“I am in the process of moving from an established home of 21 years to a new state and home. I purchased a Pond Max Filter, tubing and fittings, and a Nycon Koi sock transporter to assist in moving my fish who had been established approximately 17years. When I placed my order for the filter, tubing, and fittings, the owner (Ben) noticed that the clamps I had ordered might not be the best for my application and he recommended the clamps that went with the product. I then changed my order to these clamps. After the filter and tubing was shipped, I noted some discrepancies in the filter box. After describing to Ben, he noted that to get my shipment to me quicker, he had sent directly from the factory to me. He gave a very detailed description of what I needed and after I searched through the box, I found I had what I needed even if it wasn’t exactly as shown on the product details. Finally, when searching for a Koi sock, I asked Ben for advice. He recommended this Koi sock transporter and gave me reasons why. Fast forward to the move of the fish experience. With Ben’s help, I had exactly the equipment I needed. This was highly important to me as I was in a very remote location and it would have been extremely inconvenient to get either more supplies or even to get to a place to receive a shipment. The fittings worked perfectly (I did have to adjust once due to a small drip, but no big problem). The filter had exactly what I needed and worked as advertised. I can’t thank Ben (and Play It Koi) enough for all the time he spent with me to make sure I had the products that would help me succeed with moving my beloved fish. I appreciated that he asked before just sending what I requested, and when I asked for advice, he gave me very detailed advice. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking good advice on your fish.”

“Play it Koi and Ben are a great local company. We recently installed a water feature and were having issues controlling the algae. I contacted Ben and he answered all my questions and provided me with the correct product to clear up the water. We will continue to use, and recommend Pkay it Koi for all our pond needs, even though we don't have Koi.”

“Great communication!! Being a new pond owner I have so much questions about how to keep my koi alive. Ben has been very patient and helpful with the questions I have with my koi. Great online products selection and he has a lot of different treatments available for your sick koi. I also found some products to help me to maintain my pond. If you have a koi pond, it’s not a bad idea to just keep his numbers in the speed dial! You never know when your koi decide to swim side way on you”
