“The merchandise I ordered was exactly as expected, but the shipping time just “wowed” me! I was expecting it to take a week, what with COVID and it had to be shipped a long way, but it took MAX 2 days. I ordered in the evening on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday morning. I couldn’t believe it! I will definitely order from this company again for our koi pond.”

“Ordered a UV replacement bulb for our pond filter. Bulb arrived quickly, even with standard shipping. We live in Hawaii and most places charge crazy high shipping fees, but not Play it Koi. They were fair in their charges. We will order again when we need something.”

“I'd been looking for Black Magic Colocasias every where and managed to find them here with PlayItKoi. I was unsure if it was worth trying to order the plant (as a bulb) online given that they were out of season when I wanted to order them and unsure if they would survive the trek in the mail. When I called, the owner answered and was very helpful. He gave me careful honest instructions and even told me the truth that the plants might not arrive in the best shape, but that they'd bounce back with proper care. I'm happy to report that they did, indeed, make it to me in the middle of January in decent shape, and after potting and following his advice, they have currently doubled (maybe tripled?) in size are and absolutely thriving. I really appreciated his dedication to getting me the right information and care instructions and will absolutely be recommending Play It Koi to anyone interested in purchasing beautiful plants. Thanks guys!”
