“This is our 3rd Teton pump for our pond and they are the best! The pricing was good and I loved how fast it was shipped - even with the free shipping I got it in 2 days! I would buy from them again :) I love that the owner Ben really wants to hear both good and constructive criticism, which makes me realize he cares for his customers and his company!!!!”

“I recently made my second purchase from Play It Koi! They do not disappoint. I live in Charlotte so my plants had to travel a fair distance. I purchased Pickeral Rush and Water Hyacinths. I was leery of the hyacinths as I felt they are a delicate plant. Everything arrived in stellar condition. All plants are thriving. The best news is the customer service from Ben and Lisa. They are the best. I highly recommend them.”

“I was surprised at how quickly the liner arrived. Since the website shows the location of store in Washington state I thought the order would ship from there. Since I live in Virginia, I was expecting a long wait. The liner was shipped out of Oklahoma by Fedex and didn't take long at all to arrive. The cardboard shipping box was a little dinged, but liner seems well protected inside box. I also was pleased at the email notifications when product shipped and later on, the progress reports. Will definitely order from Play It Koi in the future.”

“I chose to order from Play It Koi after viewing the plants--or lack thereof--at my local water garden store. The plants arrived in great shape and were packaged well. They were even wrapped in moist paper towel so they would stay hydrated and survive the trip. They all arrived healthy and look great in my pond.”

“My experience with recent purchase at this store was great. I received my order within few days of my ordering it online.
