“Play It Koi was one of the few pond companies that was willing to ship to Hawaii. Not only that, you offered the most reasonable price to ship to Hawaii. “I would just like to say that my first experience with Play it Koi will not be my last. I needed a yearly maintenance kit for my Pond Max filter and was searching the web for one and found it at Play it Koi, I purchased it from their web site and received it within 48 hours. Ben took the time to email me about some water quality issues I have been having and gave me true and honest advice. “I needed some tough to find parts to repair my koi pond pump system. I have a very tight pump vault and needed just the right size check valve. The Play It Koi folks graciously measured the valve dimensions to see if it would fit. In addition, I needed only a couple of feet of 2” flexible hose. Play It Koi was the only place I could find that sells it by the foot instead of 25’ or 50’ very expensive rolls. Excellent service in all regards.”

“I built my first koi pond last year. 5000 gallons, skimmer, waterfall, lights, 3 filters, 6 jets, bottom drain, 2 pumps, plants, fish, etc. I'd spent a fair amount of time educating myself on best practices for good long-term results, and ultimately drew out a design and created a shopping list. There was no single source where I could buy everything on my list, and ultimately I ordered different parts from 6 different "pond companies". I've ordered twice from Play It Koi. There are other companies that I won't order from again. Admittedly, I'm new to the game, and have limited experience. But both times I ordered from Play It Koi they have had "in stock" what they said they had in stock. This has not been true with other companies. I have been contacted to make sure what I was ordering was actually what I needed. I have been contacted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase both times. I value honesty, and integrity, and customer support. I think Play It Koi has been the best of the 6 companies that I've ordered from in terms of everything that I value as a consumer. I would not hesitate to order from them again, and will do so as the need arises. I'm publishing this anonymously because I'm basically a private person and I want to keep it that way.”

“Once again, Ben came through on just a moment’s notice to help me. I needed a can of Rockin Foam so that I could finish work around my skimmer before it started raining for a week. Ben had a can, let me pick it up and the job was finished before the rain came. This may sound like a broken record, but Ben and Play It Koi get 6 stars out of 5 for their customer service.”

“Was looking to get a Sanke for a friend's pond and came upon Play it Koi. Arranged for a curbside pick and I told one of my other buds when I purchased and he decided to purchase as well and came along for my pickup. We ended up leaving with 3 different koi. Ben was very accommodating and customer service and curbside pick up was great. Highly recommend Play it Koi.”
