“In spring my pond is often a bit green and murky, but this year especially so. Adding the hornwort balanced it out and after two days, it was almost completely clear. (I used beneficial bacteria and treated the pH also.) Customer service was great--they cautioned that shipments might be delayed due to the COVID situation, but the package arrived in about a week. Also answered my questions promptly.”

“The hyacinths I ordered arrived on time and as promised. The plants look great! The owner even refunded me for what I thought was a missing flower. I was wrong. Two plants were stuck together. Even so, he didn't recharge me! He also gave me suggestions on how to overcome the algae issues my pond has had. I will definitely order from Play it Koi, again!”

“I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt that I needed to leave a 5 star review for Play It Koi. My package despite being securely wrapped came in completely damaged. Play it Koi replaced it within 24-48 hours. No hassles no issues. Great service. Looking forward to ordering more from Play It Koi. Thank you again. My Koi thanks you as well.”

“not only did I receive rhizomes, there were healthy plants growing. Bare root. Well packaged. Rhizomes have multiple eyes along with healthy plant above. When experienced difficulty receiving parcel sent through USPS due to COVID19, Ben at Play it Koi stepped in and made a second shipment utilizing FedEx. Plants arrived promptly, the next day at no additional cost. I would recommend this business and shop here again for my pond needs.”

“Ordering from Play It Koi was simple and painless. The owner Ben is fantastic and personally thanks you for your business. The order arrived very quickly and was packaged well for shipment. Ben even gives you his personal cell phone number so you can call him directly if you need to. The PondMAX ClearMAX Flocculent worked great and cleared up the water in our pond. “I just installed my PondMax pressure filter and an Aquascape solid handling pump including PondMax hose and clamps. The pump and filter have been running for a few days the water already looks cleaner. I had a problem with one of the clamps. Ben contacted me a few minutes after I emailed him on a Sunday. I was hoping for a response by the end of Monday. A few days later i had a replacement clamp. the experience I had with Ben and his company was second to none and I will make all my future pond purchases from Play it Koi.”
