Call Your Bank if Services Were Not Delivered! Was told £120 +parts which Quickly rose to £145 for Central London! The Plumber arrives and wants to order the part and come back another day. Alarm bells ring as costs have now risen to £290 +Parts+VAT. The Plumber now becomes RUDE to my wife when she becomes upset that she just doesn't have the cash to cover the rising costs. (Remember its only a broken button on the toilet flush to replace. Didn't expect more than £200). The Call center transfers my call from pillar to post to attempt to loose me. Then the manager attempts to escalate the conversation deliberately in to aggression to falsely accuse me of swearing at her. So Wrong, My 6 year old son is in the room with me, I Don't Swear. On hearing we cant afford the escalating costs she FAKE turned herself into a victim JUST TO CANCEL THE JOB and STEAL £145. Astonishing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Every single detail is my exact experience and my advice is that it is your consumer rights (as explained by your bank), that you are entitled to a refund, in part or in full. IF services as offered at the start of hiring a company have not been supplied. CALL your BANK to stop money illegally being taken from your account. Don't be a victim. If you call early the chances are that the bank can cancel the transaction and block them from attempting to take any more transactions.

Called at 0850 on a Saturday and was told that someone would be there by 1200 same day. At 1100 I received a call saying they have to cancel as they don't have anyone to attend. Pathetic service.

I rarely take the time to complete reviews, but I am so annoyed with this company I feel I should try to protect other potential clients from the hassle they are likely to encounter by calling these people. Let down 6 times over 2 days ... lots of false promises and a complete lack of customer care .... I am a professional landlord and for 5 days including over the weekend, during a very cold spell my tenants are without heating. I live in the real world and fully appreciate things will go wrong and trades will be delayed. My complaint here is the total disregard for customers by this very poorly managed company. I asked for the boss in an attempt to resolve the situation and was put through to a resolutions manager. She had no idea of how to resolve a situation and was more likely to inflame the situation with her couldn't care less attitude .... she would last 2 minutes in my organisation !! Having given up with these jokers, I just called British Gas .... they will be here tomorrow ... that’s more like it

NOT a good experience. VERY EXPENSIVE AND NEGLIGENCE CAUSING FURTHER COSTS TO MYSELF. I have been billed over £340 in total for just over 30 minutes work to replace two very minor fittings over 2 visits. The second visit only being necessary as the issue was not resolved on the first visit, which led to a flood through the downstairs ceiling - incurring me further costs to replace the ceiling! Upon challenging this negligence to test the first *fix* and further issue caused as a result, I am still awaiting a response 10 days afterwards. Advice: Pay on Credit card. If you have issues you can then take up your claim with your card provider as PLUMBINGFORCE don't appear to be concerned. I am still awaiting a response from PLUMBINGFORCE as we speak.

RUBBISH Booked a plumber at 8:30am to fix my boiler, was asked if I wanted AM or PM service, I asked for AM, waiting in all morning got a call just before 12 to say he was delayed would arrive in the afternoon, 3:15 got a call to say their engineers were too busy. So waited in all day, boiler still not fixed and offered an engineer tomorrow morning, rather than waste another day I found a local plumber who arrived in 15 minutes spent 10 minutes, fixed it and charged me £45 call out. Minimum charge would have been £95 with a total lack of service from Plumbing Force. My advice.......don't even ring them.

I have just been scammed by this company. They have charged me £180 for doing nothing apart from leaving a quote. The plumber arrived without any parts so it was clear he had no intension of carrying out any repairs but they have still charged me. When I phoned to complain a girl called Michelle was very rude and hung up on me twice. NEVER USE PLUMPING FORCE they are a complete rip off!!!

I stupidly went with this company despite seeing several bad reviews. They failed to turn up several days in a row, their office staff were very unhelpful and generally quite rude. AVOID. Found a nice local company to do the job instead. Do not use.

I waited during 3 appointments over 2 days caused by their delays. No one informed us what was happening. When I called the office the staff couldn't care less, and I said that I wasn't very happy with the service. Why dont they tell the client it won't be a definite appointment? The resolutions manager said this was normal as they don't know how long the previous appointments will take. She was also of the same attitude as her staff. I find it hard to believe they think it's professional to speak to customers in their aggressive manner. During the 3rd appointment they decided to cancel the job, because I has expressed I was dissatisfied. Perhaps it was for the best if the engineers are like the office staff.

The internet is full of bad reviews of Plumbing Force just (conveniently) not here. The hassle of getting the work done is surpassed only by the stress of having to deal with their customer service when it all goes wrong. Spare yourself the cost and stress.

Booked an emergency plumber for the same day, and confirmed over the phone. Receive phone call at 4.30pm to advice they have cancelled. Terrible service as I had explained it was the day before I was going on holiday so I needed a same day call out. Avoid using this company.
