“You nailed it! Your vehicle selector got me exactly what I needed to perfection. Mix of Thule racks and Yakima brackets was just fine and was relatively easy to install. True test was driving 1,000 highway miles with two kayaks and secure kayaks never wavered.”

“I needed help figuring out my first rack purchase. They helped me limp through it and I'm glad I got their advice. Was at the Pasadena(-ish) store and ended up buying online to get the exact model that made sense. Love my rack... will be getting my tow hitch installed by them in the next week or so.”

“The photos, description, and price led me to believe that I had ordered bars that go perpendicular to the car. I was surprised when what arrived was the sides of the bars, and nothing else. I checked the listing (and had someone else look) to see where I went wrong. One small note on the bottom of the page noted that it was not a rack for purchase. The website definitely didn't help with its clunky setup.”

“Rock attack was a great company to deal with. They sent me emails to let me know when parts were expected to arrive, being as they were delayed in the supply chain dilemma. But I wish I could write a review about the racks themselves. I just received the landing pads, which I knew were coming late, so that is OK. But trying to assemble the rack has been an exercise in frustration. I can’t wait to finally figure it out!”

“Rack Attack rapidly relayed that my Kuat bike rack was on delay and promptly offered to refund my money. I knew I was not going to find my rack elsewhere, so I asked Rack Attack to keep my order open. They did and kept me up to date on the status. My new Kuat arrived just in time for bike season inontata h April through September.”

“Orders shouldn't take 3-4 days to leave the warehouse. Was trying to get those clips for a trip and ended up having to overnight from backcountry.com”
