“All of my Thule equipment purchased met my expectations.......Installation by the RackAttack Team was Excellent. to ensure proper placement they reviewed the rack positioning regarding the size of my old cargo box to ensure proper mounting...Considering my cargo box was not at the installation, when I returned home to mount my box - it fit just like it was supposed to...Great Job....”

“No issue with your service. The only thing I would mentioned is that most of the products I ordered were shipped from out West and it takes for ever to get to Quebec. I cant instal the Deluxe Pack, still waiting on the Yakima adapter mount. No hard feeling”

“This company provides amazing support. I had a few issues with my order. 1. One of the items was back ordered with not eta on when they would get it and after talking with them they took that item off of my order so I could purchase it from another retailer that had it in stock. 2. My card was getting denied cause I had a changing security code. I sent in a message with the new security code and the person I was talking to updated my order within the same day.”

“Received 1 1/4 inch instead of 2 inch receiver..... but the service to fix the issue was extremely quick and the solution provided meet all the expectations from a serious company! The rack arrived in excellent conditions and Thule is a top quality company as well! I recommend Rack Attack to buy any device listed in their stock!”

“Rack Attack has been our "GO TO" place for the past 10 years or so. We live in Muskoka now and just purchased a new vehicle. We had to purchase a new roof rack system for our 2023 truck as our old trusted system was no longer relevant.. The previous system (also purchased from Rack Attack) served us well from 2017 to present. Our new vehicle required an update. We did everything online and over the phone with the Vaughan location. It was simple, easy and seamless. We had a timely response from them on our online inquiry. They set us up perfectly and we had free delivery. The price was even less than we had anticipated. Great service, great advice and the perfect system arrived on our doorstep a couple of days later. We are extremely pleased with this company and HIGHLY recommend them. We dealt with Eugene from that location.”
