“I recently purchased a Yakima Exo swing base and storage rack from Rack Attack Ottawa. A hitch was also installed. This was a sizeable expense, but done after taking the time to review options in the market. The install was done as promised and we were very happy with the advice and service. This is a quality product and the swing-base is extremely practical. Unfortunately I recently striped the bolt that attaches the system to the hitch. This is required to solidify the structure. The General Manager Kent suggested I return to see if the bolt and attachment could be rebored. Jacob was responsible for applying his knowledge and skills to solve this issue which had essentially grounded us from travelling with the system. This repair and help from the professional staff as Rack Attack Ottawa will allow us to continue our travels with the quantity of stuff we carry. Kent and his team is the reason we will remain loyal customers and promote their work. Thank you.”

“The Tempe AZ store is awesome. They have the expertise and they’re capable but they do it in a friendly customer focused manner. If you need racks, cargo or overland gear go see these folks. They were so helpful and what was going wrong for me was totally my own doing. I wish more people approached their job Like Rashard (spelling) in the Tempe AZ store does, he was awesome. Go see him and get what you need”

“Hello Everyone, Last Saturday [the 13th of July], I stopped in to This Shop. And I am Eternally Grateful! The night before, I had pulled into a Parking Garage, that said,”Clearness 8 feet 2 inches. WELL, IT WAS NOT! My Roof Top Tent, WAS VERY SERIOUSLY DAMGED! My 4 Runner, was not safe to drive. I showed The Store Manger & Employee, the problem! And “THEY” Went To Work! “Waited for a long time for my item to come in from back stock. Got a phone call that they had the item and that it would be shipping. They charged my credit card and I still haven’t seen a tracking confirmation for my item being shipped. It’s been 13 days since that communication. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered some new Baseline towers and 2 base clip 110, we had purchased a new truck and our old Q towers and Q clips would not fit. I would have to say the new style towers are awesome, very well engineered, very secure, and I would challenge anyone to try to remove them without the proper tool. Rack Attack processed our order, having to ship from two different stores because of inventory, all without missing a beat. Really can’t say a bad thing about Rack Attack.
