“I recently visited the Rack attack by the Mall and I must say those guys are awesome. I initially scheduled to have a tonneau cover installed, however due to other obligations I had to reschedule twice and the guys working there made the process so easy. The work done was top notch as well. Thank you Rack attack for an awesome experience. I’ll recommend you guys to anyone.”

“I just sold my older Mazda and now have an Altima. My Thule rack from the Mazda won't fit the Altima, so I spoke with Nelson at Rack Attack. He told me that the fit kit for the Altima is out of stock, but then helped me to find another dealer who had the kit. A huge thank you to Nelson for awesome customer service!!! I will be back.”

“My bed cover was delivered to me per fedx, I didn't need to go pick it up, per RA. The L channel was to short, wrong one in the box, I just called the 800 # instead of dealing with RA. They sent out the wrong one again, I called back again, then i gor the right one.”

“J’ai acheté un auvent yakima en rabais denviron 50 pour cent du pdsf sur leur site en ligne. L’auvent a été out of stock pendant plusieurs semaines mais Rackattack à respecté ma commande et à livré l’auvent au prix convenu. Le delai de quelques semaines durant l’hivers ne m’a pas derangé vu que j’ai reçu l’auvent au printemps et a tres bon prix.”

“- online order beginning of the month. - received an email saying they couldn’t run my credit card and that I had to phone the e-commerce department -Phoned the e-commerce department repeatedly and no one picked up. - then they charged my card but not for the whole amount. -then some boxes arrived but after I began assembly I realized multiple pieces missing. -phoned e-commerce. No one answered. -phoned sales they said they would transfer me to e-commerce, but line went dead. -phoned the Vancouver store. They said this was terrible. It only e-commerce could help me. They said e-commerce was terrible at picking up the phone. -phoned the Coquitlam store cause that was the name on the credit card. They said they couldn’t help me. -emailed everyone whose emailed I knew. -finally the next day a sales manager phoned. Said if I wanted my money back I had to ship them back the half of the stuff they delivered. I said I was low on trust that anyone would get back to me. Only other option was for them to root through spare parts and find all the things I was missing (hope I didn’t miss a piece!!). So now 3+ weeks later I got pieces spread all over my front patio and am waiting on another package. Still don’t know why they said they couldn’t charge my card and then charged my card. Creepy. Just a nightmare. At least I get entered into a draw for posting a picture!”

“I finally decided to pull the trigger and invest in a Hullavator system for my kayaks. Liam was quick to respond and explain my options. I went down to the next morning, received detailed explanations about what I needed, and left with my car kayak-ready! Excellent service and fast installation. I couldn't be happier.
