“I stopped by the store on 07/02/24, was greeted by an eager young lad. He showed me some bike racks and i told him what i was looking for, a Swagman Current and was surprised to hear that they had 3 in stock. Was even more surprised that they matched the current price on one of the competitors sale price. Well done guys!!! All in all it was a very good visit!!!”

“Today I went to purchase a set of keys for a Range Rover Roof Rack that I’ve owned for years but had misplaced. Instead of charging me for them, they gave them to me for free. They didn’t have to do that!! That’s customer service. They’re a great place to deal with!! I went away totally impressed! Sincerely, Les Haugrud”

“Rack Attack Yakima product review - Phil Rodriguez at Rack Attack Charlotte installed a Yakima Lock-n-Load platform, with Timberline towers and Yakima corner bracket kits. I added 3 Pelican waterproof cases on my 2023 Bronco with factory roof rack for overland travel, fly fishing, and upland bird hunting with my dogs. The Yakima rack fits and works perfectly and the quality is outstanding! Steve B, Mount Pleasant , SC”

“Finding a proper fit for my bare roof vehicle was a frustrating process, especially on the very short time frame I had before an upcoming trip, until I found Rack Attack. After entering my vehicle info they gave me 3 options for a guaranteed fit. Shipping was incredibly fast and the system I chose fits perfectly with my vehicle. I can't recommend this company enough.”

“I am unfortunately not starting off with a great review :( I placed an order which gave me a decent ship date, but when I completed my order it said nothing was in stock. Tried to call their customer service number and email their team with no answer and no response...felt a bit mislead.”

“Rack Attack has been a pleasure to deal with and we recently bought a Yakima Stage 2" receiver rack for our E-bikes and love it's features. I talked with a customer service rep at the Kelowna store prior to purchase and he was very helpful in narrowing the options and makinga reccommendation for our needs. We purchased a couple of add ons to the rack system and are pleased with the customer service support. Their free ground shipment is an added bonus if you dont have a local Rack Attack store. They also have a 60 day return policy which is helpful if you are not satisfied with any of your purchases. We have ordered an add on Light kit for our rack from them as they are competatively priced and have good inventory levels in Canada. Will definetely buy from Rack Attack in the future. “Love my new Yakima Overhaul HD truck rack! It arrived quickly, and Rack Attack kept me up-to-date constantly on it's status as it made its way to my driveway. With this setup, my race kayaks, bikes, and SUP boards have all been nice & safe on my trips. Thanks!”

“I purchased a rack on Saturday , from an eager, but new employee. His efforts were good - but I am an uneducated shopper and needed support. Unfortunately the rack which he sold me was incorrect - and I was informed until I installed it and went to pick up my bike. 3 days later - I attempted my best to load everything and headed back out to Rack Attack. I was feared about getting my money back $1200.00 rack .. and not getting the support I needed. Well I arrived at 10AM opening time and was greeted by Justin ! This guy was amazing - I explained my situation and he was so apologetic.. and SO helpful. This guy knows his STUFF .. it was a pleasure to deal with him, and I left with a rack that is now suited for my bike. If you need racks - go to RACK ATTACK - and Justin is amazing !”

“So many people have raved about Rack Attack. With that in mind, I finally made a purchase on something big that we've been wanting and it was quite painful. 1) I placed an order online and made a note to have a custom key and lock to match my existing roof box. Everything was inputted (address and credit card with an online order number). 2) I was emailed from customer service saying it would be an extra fee. Not a problem at all and we confirmed what I wanted. A revised invoice was sent to me. But I had to call in with my credit card number -- that was strange to me since I had already placed the order previously on my original order. I was even suspicious thinking it might have been spam asking for my credit card number. However, after calling, it seemed to be okay and I provided the information over the phone. 3) Days later, then I get another email saying you need my mailing address because my parts were all in. This confused me even more because why wasn't I asked that previously? Or wasn't picked up from my original order. Like I mentioned, both my credit card and mailing address were all entered in my original order. Either way, I responded with my mailing address so it would be shipped to me. 4) When the bike rack finally arrived to me, it was missing the custom keys entirely that started this whole back and forth. Customer service was contacted again and I was assured it would be looked after. 5) Days passed and still no answer, we had to reach out and turns out, it wasn't addressed yet as a result of vacation on whoever was in charge of looking into this. 6) Keys and lock were finally acquired from two separate stores (Ottawa and Calgary) and shipped to us. I just feel like the back and fort, missing information and constant miscommunication with different people was frustrating. I am happy with the product and that has been exactly what I wanted but I was disappointed in how the customer service was handled.”
