“Hi folks, I'm super happy with the rocky Mounts rack, and the support I got when I called your Vancouver store. Phone support to the online order was also really good, when I called to find out how much longer I had to wait. Segue to the only critical point, delivery time. It took about 6-7 weeks to get the rack to me. Would have liked occasional updates to let me know I hadn't been forgotten. Otherwise, great experience all around!”

“I broke the mounting plate on the lifting hinge of my Thule box. Thule North America had no way of finding or replacing the part. Rack Attack pulled the car into their shop and replaced the part in less time than it took for the Rage Against the Machine song Killing in the Name to finish on the radio. (The lyrics helped us all.). These guys are absolute pros. 10/10.”

“Just got off the phone with Kyle at Rack Attack Framingham - he did exactly what I was hoping he would: he oriented me to the options, was super clear and efficient in communicating them, and advised me on some different ways to go. The conversation took just about 20 minutes, and that included payment and scheduling the installation. And all that happened on a busy Sunday afternoon in December! Kyle was the consummate professional - he knew his stuff, and that made everything very clear and the (big) purchase as comforting as it could be. Looking forward to my new Thule roof system and storage pod.”

“Disappointing. Ordered the roof rack system based on the Fit Guide. Received a call from a Rack Attack rep saying the rack had been discontinued BUT they still had enough inventory to fill my order but the boxes would be opened. They confirmed they were the correct fit for my car and gave me a discount. Received the rack quickly but they didn’t fit (too long). Found the tech specs for the rack online on my own after measuring car roof rails and confirmed the ordered rack was wrong size. Called the rep I spoke to originally. He investigated and confirmed their fit guide had made a mistake. Sent me a link to submit the issue for follow up. I filled it out the information online immediately (Monday lunchtime). Didn’t get a call back until last Friday - I was driving and couldn’t take the call. Was an email sent as well. Called back four hours later. Was told the rep who called me was “on lunch”. Sent an email response as well. Still waiting for answers. Needed the rack for a family trip after Christmas. Now wondering where we stand. By email they offered me an alternative rack that has a holiday discount. No instructions on what to do with my misfit rack. No further discount for this incredible inconvenience due to Rack Attack’s error. Unfortunate as it felt like the initial service was so good and I was really impressed with their level of care. But I guess they’ve got my money for the discontinued rack so who cares, right?”
