“The delivery of my rack came within 3 days of ordering it, which I thought was very good. Everything in the package came as I had ordered. Assembly was rather complicated, but the instructions were fairly good and there was more information available with videos online. Only thing missing was instructions for how to assemble the locks into the cover, but again the internet solved that problem.”

“Rack Attack was very good (open box yet a perfect condition rack and prompt delivery). My only complaints are about the rack itself, which had nothing to do with Rack Attack and Rack Attack’s return policy. Specifically, the strap which holds the bike to the frame is to short and not usable for an e-bike that has the battery integrated into the frame, thus making the rack as is, useless. Fortunately, the solution was that Saris sells, as an extra cost accessory, extra long straps that solves the problem. The return policy is a problem as it states on the website, not returnable if used/assembled. How would one know if it didn’t fit if it wasn’t assembled, and that voids the policy.”

“Great product arrived with minor damage , reported it within 20 hours to Cody on 01/27/21 who sent me to Alex (same day). NO follow up from the organization as of 05/01/2021 - still waiting for Alex or Cody to respond with the minor repair information. Alex stated that he would ask his Manager and get back in touch right away. WILL CHANGE MY RATING TO GREAT AS SOON AS I HEAR FROM ALEX. Cheers Stephen REVISION: I AM NOT CHANGING MY REVIEW AS THE 20% DISCOUNT ALEX PROMISED HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AS OF 05/11/21. Credit was completed last PM , product is still damaged but I can repair it , good response if you stay on top of them!”

“I ordered online Baseline towers, clips and round bar adapers (existing round bars) for a new GMC Canyon. Everything arrived from 2 locations in Toronto to me (near Ottawa) the next day. Pretty incredible. The box was missing the Yakima torque screwdriver but Rack Attack Ottawa had one for me right away. That's a Yakima issue, not Rack Attack, so all in all, well done. RA staff in Ottawa were great, both on the phone and in person.”

“Website was easy to use for online shopping with needed info being easy to find. Also, personal communication in regards to delays due to backordered stock was prompt and thorough, both at time of purchase and when items were finally available to ship. Great work all around!”

“Superb experience from the Rack Attack store in Ottawa. Due to COVID restrictions I could not go to Ottawa so they helped me get the correct parts as well as work with headquarters to get everything I needed sent to me. The order arrived in 3 days! All installed without a problem.”
