“Rack Attack is the best. I was looking for a box to fit atop my 2021 RAV4. I talked to Ryan and he checked all the specs confirming the Thule Force XTXL would fit. They had just sold the last box and ordered one up from another store and installed it for me. Friendly and knowledgeable - highly recommend.”

“Ryan was extraordinarily helpful!! I had a family tradgedy, no time, and a need to make something amazing happen to my Wife’s vehicle. Ryan made it happen, and managed to answer phone calls and help other customers at the same time. His collegue, Chris, was also very helpful on a seperate occassion. I won’t bother to shop anywhere else for rack accessories next time I am in need. Thank you so much! 6 stars!”

“Excellent experience in ordering during a busy sale period. Manufacture was backordered, so seller offered to issue a refund and invoice me when inventory arrived. The did so and I was a bit slow to move on the invoice once it arrived, but they were patient and honored the original sale price. Shipping and delivery were extremely fast after that.”

“I visited Rack Attack on Oak St in Victoria today asking for help to remover a Thule Car Top Carrier from my car. The carrier had become a problem as it was too tall and I was unable to use the underground parking at my apartment building. I was not a customer and was not there to purchase anything. The gentleman in the store was amazing. He immediately offered to help and went to work to remove the carrier while I waited. Within 15 minutes of arriving without an appointment the car top carrier was removed and placed securely inside my car. I am hugely greatful for all his help and his friendly attitude. There was no charge for the work he did. Thanks so very much for the exceptional service!”

“I recently visited rack attack because I was missing keys for a rooftop box that I had. Wow! How amazing was the person who got me the replacement keys. Some blonde guy with glasses really really nice. Very very knowledgeable about his products. As I had to wait. There were other people in front of me and I listened to him Converse with his customers. I would certainly certainly recommend going to them if you need something of racks for your car skiing, snowboarding, whatever your rack needs are they are amazing.”

“I broke the mounting plate on the lifting hinge of my Thule box. Thule North America had no way of finding or replacing the part. Rack Attack pulled the car into their shop and replaced the part in less time than it took for the Rage Against the Machine song Killing in the Name to finish on the radio. (The lyrics helped us all.). These guys are absolute pros. 10/10.”
