I take this opportunity to give a blatant plug for the Team at Reviews.io with full disclosure that Team R3 Data Recovery the Data Recovery Hospital has been a paying client for a few years. As a small business owner I have built a team of data recovery specialists into one of the very best data recovery companies for success rates anywhere. But like Reviews.io we are newer to the market than the incumbents who appear to dominate yet from experience are not to be trusted. R3 are able to deliver the success rates much larger global companies cannot at an economically realistic cost that others in the Fields of Data Recovery cannot. Success rates are key and Trust is paramount ..... Thats why I chose Reviews.io to collect our company reviews. Reviews.io as a company like R3 is competing in the big wide world. Competition and rivalry from the global leaders is often a good thing - claiming to be number 1 is not always the best and there are pitfalls to being number one. Reviews.io was not our first choice but we have to learn from our mistakes and recognise other good companies with good people and a good reviews collection platform that is a number 1 platform just not spending / wasting cash on advertising when their system and development speaks for itself if you know what you are looking for. Reviews will get noticed more and although my endorsement and blatant support is biased it should be seen by others looking for a trusted reviews platform as significant. Whether you provide goods or services or need to check those that advertise them one thing to know is there are good and bad reviews platforms. Reviews.io is a good reviews platform - probably the best and has been entrusted to looking after our reviewers and reviews. “I have used other review platforms in the past including some of the big players out there. reviews.co.uk is a breath of fresh air, the platform itself is extremely easy to use, well priced and includes great integration api's/widgets. I have found the customer service team very responsive and always willing to help.”

“We've been very impressed with Reviews.co.uk. The service does what it says on the tin :-) Setup was very easy, reviews are gathered easily and the star rating shows up as intended on Google. What makes the difference for me is the service, everybody we've spoken to is willing to help and very capable of doing so. Queries are answered quickly and issues resolved promptly. “Since using reviews.co.uk it has helped our company on two fronts. Firstly we get an easy to manage platform that even when busy I can manage quickly. Secondly the conversion rates are much higher than previous platforms. The ability to respond to reviews and show how we handle negative feedback openly is also a strong selling point to me as a director. It ensures the reviews are real and unbiased and whilst we all want positive reviews, genuine feedback and honest criticism is of great value to a busy company undertaking difficult tasks, under pressure. This helps us keep our eye on the goal. To be the best and offer the best service. For me Reviews.co.uk is the best and what's more it's a British company”

“I've been using Reviews.co.uk for a few months now for Petalina having done some research of the 'reviews' marketplace. Other businesses seem so expensive in comparison. With some help it was easy to get started, and the friendly team are always on hand to answer questions. I'm very pleased with the conversion rate too - and it's great to get feedback! “So far its been a really good experience. Great features and service level and the new branding looks great too. On-boarding was easy to do in-house and the few questions we had have been answered very quickly either by phone or online chat. Its all backed up with a commitment from their side of no contractual tie-ins too which is refreshing! Before using Reviews.co.uk we had tried a well known competitor system and had a really bad experience. We had legitimate reviews being blocked and abrupt emails being sent from the system to our customers (calling them fraudulent!) which caused us a large customer service issue. In addition the competitor in question had poor customer service levels in consideration to the amount we were expected to pay. Bottom line: Be careful who you 'trust' with your customer data and reviews! We had a lucky escape that time! So now with the initial experience with Reviews.co.uk being so good and different to what we have previously had to deal with we are certainly happy in our choice!”

“Reviews.co.uk have been incredibly helpful since the first call I made right through to us launching with them a few days ago. Callum and Alice have been brilliant sorting out all my enquiries quickly and efficiently. The prices and service available is so much better than some of the bigger players in the market. So far I’m really please with the results, fingers crossed our click throughs and conversion rates increase as expected. Overall well recommended.”
