“Efficient telephone service following an online quote. Documents arrived quickly and a follow up enquiry was dealt with swiftly - no having to listen to a long list and then pressing buttons and waiting forever - and this was at a peak time. Very competitive price too.”

“I bought the insurance for its suitability and price. The online system was fine and worked without problem apart from taking the payment . I called and spoke with an agent who quickly found the application and took the payment. The printed policy arrived about a week later and was as expected”

“I received over two weeks letter that either contained nothing but a return envelope and the second a possible loss of car cover. The phone number on the letters also is a costly one and is being phased out,still had to redial to get the cheaper call. The issue was in fact one at there end,and although a sincere apology was given it was still my time and money being wasted.”

“For driving in the EU it would be useful on occasions if the overall comprehensive insurance cover period could be increased from the maximum of 120 (90 standard + the current ability to purchase a further 30 days) to say 180 overall. Other companies offer this.”

“Excellent service, took out House Insurance first and saved approximately £250 so decided to get a quote for car and saved £310, RIAS provide exactly the same cover, that my previous policies did, but a lot cheaper. I would definitely recommend anyone over 50 gets a quote from RIAS, they will be surprised at how much they can save.”
