“What is happening with my refund? I sent dress back on 29th of April and have not received any response, my emails are being ignored.”

“Same as all others. Waiting for refund on items sent back on 25th April. This is theft by Roman. Will never use them again. No reply to my emails. No phone line. I WANT MY MOMEY BACK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“i have rang to speak to some one on 0121 314 6573 after waiting 10 mins and being told i was number 2 in the queue ,you suddenly ,said to send an email .i'm sorry but that is NOT ACCEPTABLE .is your company going bankrupt and your holding back refunds ,i want an email sent back to me ,with an explanation ,as i've read so many people are also waiting for ,PULL YOUR SOCKS UP ROMAN ORIGINALS ,it used to be a very good firm ,i say used to be .i shall take this to thr news papers if i don't get an answer ASAP CATHY M”

“It's ridiculous , the only company I know that takes weeks for a refund ,so shall never order from here again .24th April and still waiting on refund of of today the 18th May”

“Doesn’t deserve any stars. I’m in the same position as most and am waiting for a refund from April. Absolutely disgraceful, how many people’s money are they holding on to? Are they about to go bust? Customer services none existent, telephone line not working, very worrying and frustrating for people who are owed money.”

“Same as everyone else. Item received back by Roman Warehouse 23rd April. Despite complaining twice that I still haven't got my refund, I get same response (obviously from a robot as exactly same response no matter what I write). Isn't this stealing your customer's money Roman?Unfortunately, I can't use them again because of this.”

“The same as all the other reviews on here, they’ve had £150 of my returns since 26th April and despite several emails, still no refund. I was told to wait 14 days, this is ridiculous. My items also took 10 days to arrive so they have essentially now had my money for 29 days and I’m going to have to pay it off on my credit card. Never again…”

“Waiting for refund for item returned 28/4, their phone lines are “not working” and emails go unanswered. TRADING STANDARDS, here we come. Customer service worth zero stars, annoyingly have to award 1 star 👹”

“Roman originals, still waiting for you to do the decent thing of refund of £250 , 2019 October, of damaged clothing , by nhs dryers and their NHS staff (Kate , piercings dependant silver )and Miele washing machines and dryers ...( German brand) not your british Indesit, hotpoint or Whirlpool....All information included photographs I took of the damaged clothing ,and the parcel of the returned clothing , Hermes now Evri, the new Hermes, collected NO , £24 is nit enough to compensate me for the £250 worth of clothing , my time ......inconveniences Awaiting the parcel purchase clothes , 1017520337 ref. No.( next day delivery ) and nothing to do with your NHS , fact.”

“You have confirmed receipt of my returns (27/4) but still no refund. You said up to 21 days which I find incredulous! I don’t think I have ever shopped online and waited this long. I’m A regular customer but can’t be ordering on this basis 🤷‍♀️”

“seems there is a pattern going on here , so i sent back 2 dresses 27th april total £170 no refunds ,i have messaged them nothing, emailed them to say ive been blocked ???? why is it taking so long for refunds, i tried phoning they have a problem so answer message says !!!!!! i will be charged interest on my credit card soon if i don't receive refund !! so angry i stressed with it all,i have been ordering several dresses for daughters wedding other companies ive used refunded within 5 days. I'm disgusted with roman never again !!!!! i will give them 5 more days otherwise im taking this further”

“Same as other posts. They have had my returned parcel since 28 April (tracked) despite numerous mails I have received no refund or exchanges requested. I cannot get through on the phone for the same reasons as other posts. I am owed £105. I have now given them 48hrs b4 taking matters further.”

“I am still waiting for a refund for items returned on 24/4/22, only ever received 1 reply from contact form saying up to 14 days. Unable to speak to anyone for over 5 days because of continued automatic message saying they have an ‘outage’ of phone line. I find this incredibly hard to accept that an online business not able to communicate with customers. I am extremely disappointed with lack of customer service”
