“Still waiting for my refund they received my parcel 30th April . They owe me over £100 . They not replying to my emails . Shocking company never again”

“I sent two dresses back to Roman on 21st April. Still getting emails from them asking same questions. I am owed £160!! I have sent an email today saying I will contact BBC Watchdog and will be taking legal action. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!...i wished I had read reviews before ordering. They have my returns as tracked. They’re response is that they’ve not been processed. How long does it take this company to refund”

“I purchased a dress £42, which didn't suit or fit me,so returned it.on the day l received it on 4th May 22 they say it has been received at the warehouse and will email when it has been.processed nearly 3 weeks later nothing l shop online a lot never had this issue with any other company it is disgraceful l will never shop with them again!!!!!”

“Sent a dress back 9th May roman recieved it back 11th May (royal mail tracked) no confirmation of return email no refund, I am on disability and cannot afford to wait this long, will be contacting trading standards tomorrow”

“Still waiting for a refund over 2 weeks. In this day and age they are having technical difficulties which started since April. Absolute rip-off. No contact made, no notification of emails to their customer services. Absolutely poor service and coincidently their phone number is down! RIP-OFF!!”

“i have rang to speak to some one on 0121 314 6573 after waiting 10 mins and being told i was number 2 in the queue ,you suddenly ,said to send an email .i'm sorry but that is NOT ACCEPTABLE .is your company going bankrupt and your holding back refunds ,i want an email sent back to me ,with an explanation ,as i've read so many people are also waiting for ,PULL YOUR SOCKS UP ROMAN ORIGINALS ,it used to be a very good firm ,i say used to be .i shall take this to thr news papers if i don't get an answer ASAP CATHY M”

“Doesn’t deserve any stars. I’m in the same position as most and am waiting for a refund from April. Absolutely disgraceful, how many people’s money are they holding on to? Are they about to go bust? Customer services none existent, telephone line not working, very worrying and frustrating for people who are owed money.”

“Same as everyone else. Item received back by Roman Warehouse 23rd April. Despite complaining twice that I still haven't got my refund, I get same response (obviously from a robot as exactly same response no matter what I write). Isn't this stealing your customer's money Roman?Unfortunately, I can't use them again because of this.”

“The same as all the other reviews on here, they’ve had £150 of my returns since 26th April and despite several emails, still no refund. I was told to wait 14 days, this is ridiculous. My items also took 10 days to arrive so they have essentially now had my money for 29 days and I’m going to have to pay it off on my credit card. Never again…”

“Roman originals, still waiting for you to do the decent thing of refund of £250 , 2019 October, of damaged clothing , by nhs dryers and their NHS staff (Kate , piercings dependant silver )and Miele washing machines and dryers ...( German brand) not your british Indesit, hotpoint or Whirlpool....All information included photographs I took of the damaged clothing ,and the parcel of the returned clothing , Hermes now Evri, the new Hermes, collected NO , £24 is nit enough to compensate me for the £250 worth of clothing , my time ......inconveniences Awaiting the parcel purchase clothes , 1017520337 ref. No.( next day delivery ) and nothing to do with your NHS , fact.”
