I ordered items and they took money out of my account for items not in stock . These were refunded further down the line. I returned items from 3 orders on 7 May and got a refund for the one order fairly promptly the next week. There were two other orders part returned at the same time but no refund for these . All have been tracked and delivered back to them on the same day. Despite calling and emailing and contacting this company on the website l still have no correspondence or do not have the full refund owed to me which is a few hundred pounds worth . I am about to raise this with my credit card company. I won't be buying from this company again . Very poor customer service.

Similar to all the other messages here I have returned a dress over a month ago and no sign of the refund despite sending numerous e-mails. About 2 weeks ago I did get through on the phone, was fed a pack of lies, and since then can't get a phone connection. I have another (faulty) dress to return but am reluctant to in case it goes into the refund black hole as well so overall I'm over £100 out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The customer service is appalling - even the CEO Rick Christo rick@romanoriginals.co.uk hasn't replied when I emailed him directly. They clearly are in financial trouble.

Very bad costumer service, ignored, rud ,never no give answers, one moth ago returned 2 orders ,from one refund les money, from next order still don't have refund.

Very disappointed with this company. My first order arrived, without a despatch note, which I requested and received. Unfortunately both items were unsuitable and returned. 3 weeks later I am still awaiting my refund. Emails sent have not been replied to. Needless to say I will never use this Roman again!

Sent goods back via tracking system at post office , roman advised will take £3 from refund for this service returned on 30/4/22, still waiting for refund its now 20/5/22, emailed twice advised will contact me in 2 wkd, nothing still waiting will mot buy from company ever again

My wife is Still waiting on refund of over 400£! Absolute terrible customer service. Now saying refunds 28 days. Avoid this company. Contacting them is nearly impossible

A jacket that has hardly been worn is fraying at the seam, they were very unhelpful with a query about a dress and now they have sent an item, that is clearly to be delivered to a UK address, via international post to Spain and again are being extremely unhelpful. What a joke - never buying from the again. if I could give no stars then I would.

Finally i got my money back .i did what a person on here suggested i sent a message through facebook. After weeks of trying i will never go through all this to buy a dress .

Lovely quality clothes, but shocking returns for online purchases. I received a faulty item, followed returns policy but no refund although Post Office receipt tracker says item delivered back to Roman on 28th April. Now phone line outage ??! on customer service phone number, no reply from customer services website. Just look on Trust Pilot for lots more terrible returns policy reviews

I sent a return back to them by Royal Mail 48hr tracked. It shows it was received on the 27th April. However, it is not showing on my account and they are not responding to messages. By the look of the number of similar complaints on here I begin to think the company is in serious trouble.

So it’s 20 days since the returns where received (a have an email confirming this) to get a refund I have now stated that) I will be taking to trading standards unless my account is credit back tomorrow, shocking customer service

I returned 2 separate parcels which according to Royal Mail tracking were received by Roman 1st May. Still awaiting my refunds. In total over £150. Not happy. If I haven’t received the refund by Monday I shall be going to the small claims court.

As other people are having major problems seems pointless repeating what others have put. This is the first problem I’ve encountered with Roman so hope it’s temporary. Phone lines/ computer difficulties sense a big problem . Why are you still sending emails with advertising bumph but not replying to problems and refunds. Come on Roman sort yourselves out.

I sent two dresses back to Roman on 21st April. Still getting emails from them asking same questions. I am owed £160!! I have sent an email today saying I will contact BBC Watchdog and will be taking legal action. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!...i wished I had read reviews before ordering. They have my returns as tracked. They’re response is that they’ve not been processed. How long does it take this company to refund

I purchased a dress £42, which didn't suit or fit me,so returned it.on the day l received it on 4th May 22 they say it has been received at the warehouse and will email when it has been.processed nearly 3 weeks later nothing l shop online a lot never had this issue with any other company it is disgraceful l will never shop with them again!!!!!

Sent a dress back 9th May roman recieved it back 11th May (royal mail tracked) no confirmation of return email no refund, I am on disability and cannot afford to wait this long, will be contacting trading standards tomorrow

Still waiting for a refund over 2 weeks. In this day and age they are having technical difficulties which started since April. Absolute rip-off. No contact made, no notification of emails to their customer services. Absolutely poor service and coincidently their phone number is down! RIP-OFF!!

Like a lot of other customers I will not be using this company again! Lack of communication is not on! I am waiting to receive a refund. My account does not even show the return of 5 items as being dealt with. Think this company is going down the pan big time.
