“I sent 1st class parcel 8 days ago, still not yet arrived. Very poor service. We put our trust in you when we hand over our post that it will be delivered, especially when you pay for 1st class for an item to go to an address within Scotland. Where is it? Will it be delivered at all? There seems to be no responsibility to the customer.”

“Royal Mail is absolutely the worst service I have ever used or had experience with. First of all, their international shipping is definitely overcharged, not to mention the amount of letters and parcels they've lost. The most recent experience which inspired this review was another lost parcel. I have no idea where they left it. On the tracking site it only says it's been delivered. But where to? Certainly not to my house, and there was also no card to say with whom they left it with. Absolutely no transparency and no accountability! I've checked with my immediate neighbours any nobody had received it. Such a sloppy job from Royal Mail, they should be shut. They are so many more reliable services, I don't know why anyone would use Royal Mail for anything.”
“Royal snail mail I have now been waiting almost two weeks for a parcel to be delivered using Track 48. Only excuse that appears to be used is COVID 19. I am expecting to be told it has gone missing as if anyone is going to believe that poor excuse. Actually Royal snail mail is a poor excuse for a very poorly run company. “I have now been waiting for 4 days for a parcel which was supposed to have been delivered on Monday. They’re impossible to get hold of. Was supposed to have something delivered today by “13:47” well it’s long past that time now and I still haven’t heard anything. But they wash their hands of any blame when you finally speak to someone (usually the delivery guy).
You pay for recorded delivery and it is just dumped on the doorstep in broad daylight. Had one thing stolen after they left it by my front door.
Right now they’re giving Hermes a run for their money in a bid to be the worst delivery firm ever!”

Daily deliveries a thing of the past and mail from the US is taking two or three weeks and the problem is this side of the pond it seems. “Parcel not delivered at stated time. If you're only job is to deliver a parcel and you state that you are going to do it within a specified window and then fail, then you are not offering a service to me and I should be refunded the cost of postage. I should also have the option for charging for my time which I've had to spend waiting in the house for a parcel which didn't arrive.
Terrible company which should be replaced by private companies who can actually deliver a service. I'd be embarrassed to work for them.”

I sent money to my nephew's for Xmas,the envelope was delivered but empty of its contents.It contained two money wallets with cash totalling,£50 so it wasn't pennies.I always assumed postal staff were meant to be trust worthy people obviously this is not the case.I feel totally sickened to think that some lowlife would stoop as low as to do this.
I will never use the postal service again
