Over the last few months cards we have sent either haven't arrived or turned up 4 days later with a first class stamp and a delivery which we thought was next day took 2 and a half day!!!! Bloody shocking

Online service is just as bad as going to my local post office. Sort it out Royal Mail before you all start complaining about your redundancies when it all goes wrong. Another days parcels all sent with a differen courier. Your loss numpties!!!

TOOK THE DAY OF WORK TO WAIT FOR MY NEW MOBILE PHONE AND GUESS WHAT THE POSTMAN HAS STOLE MY ITEM AND MARKED THE TRACKING DELIVERED. FUMING . TOTAL SCUMBAG HOPE HE IS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS STOLEN NEW PHONE. MEANWHILE I HAVE LOST A DAYS WORK AND ANOTHER DAYS WORK WHEN I FINALLY GET SENT A REPLACEMENT IF HE DOES NOT STEAL THAT ONE AS WELL AND NO BUSINESS PHONE TO CALL MY CUSTOMERS ON

Disgusting company Utterly disgusting! Sent an important package for our business to the warehouse in China and Royal Mail managed to lose it and made us fall behind by a whole month! Absolutely despicable company with no compensation and really poor customer services! Truly the worst of the worst! Better yet - they've lost my latest package as well sent by first class post on Monday! It's saturday now and where is it? It was a very important package! Shame on you Royal Mail! You deserve to be on the list of worst companies in the world!

What fool at royal mail changed the delivery rules?? Talk about crap! What is the point of a delivery service that doesn't f***ING deliver. I stayed in all day to wait for a parcel - idiot didn't even ring the bell. Just shoved note through door and ran. Second time this has happened - so hacked off with them. Notes to royal mail. 1 train your staff how to use a door bell. 2. People sometimes leave their homes. It is okay to leave a parcel in a safe place - as you have been doing for years. Sack the idiot who says you can't!!!!

I paid to have my mail redirected and not received a single letter. I have phoned twice, to be told it takes time. It's been three weeks since I done it. My son, brother and mother have all moved recently and none of them have had any mail either. My brothers mail is taken in by a neighbour when she sees him. Appalling so called service. Surely people can sue for this. They have given people our private information like on my payslip it has my personal details

5 parcels I have sent first class from the north of England to Kent have taken 2 weeks to arrive at the destination - 2 still haven't arrived, disgusted with the service

I used to work for these, parcels marked fragile would come in, the handlers would launch them across the depot,not concerned that they would break, couriers leave parcels etc with neighbours, not this lot, they post a card through your door, where you have to either go online to arrange a redelivery or go to their depot and collect it yourself, their website hardly ever works, personally i would use couriers over this lot every time!

Never attempt to leave parcel with neighbours it's basically a collection service from the depot. Other courier services try their best drop the parcel or return the next day ir give you an option

I have never experienced such an awful delivery service such as this. They give you 1-2 seconds to get down to the door, otherwise they leave the package in some strange place. Most often IN OUR BINS. Or just behind it. Once they left our new 24 inch PC monitor between our bins. Well now that's very safe for a 250£ monitor. Anytime I can change my delivery service, I do NOT pick Royal Butt Mail.

Returned some items to the royal mail collectable shop. They were received 2 weeks ago yet will not be refunded for another 2 weeks. Apparently it takes 28 days to issue a refund. They lost a customer now.

A very important letter was sent on 19.05.17. A severely disabled persons claim for benefit that they really depend on. There was a deadline by which date the form had to be submitted. I sent it 1st class recorded and the letter is lost. I spoke to the customer services complaints reference:Nick and he only dissappointed me further by saying that 1st class recorded isnt good enough to rely on because its not step by step tracked, i had to send it Special delivery. Your special delivery prices are ridiculously high that i can't afford it!!!!!!!!!!!! If 1st class recorded soooo unreliable and Special delivery SIMPLY A RIP OFF!!!!! how can i trust Royal mail with any serious letter??? By the way, filling in that benefit form on behalf of the disabled person TOOK ME FEW DAYS!!!!! Is it worth of anything in ROYAL MAIL'S WORLD????? I VE BEEN TOLD THAT IF THERE IS ANY FINANCIAL VALUE TO THAT LETTER, I COULD CLAIM A COMPENSATION. OTHERWISE ROYAL MAIL CARRYING NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST LETTERS!!! THIS IS WRONG THAT ROYAL MAIL TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. ANY SELF-RESPECTING COMPANY SHOULD PAY FINANCIAL COMPENSATION TO VICTIM- CUSTOMERS WHO ENTRUSTED THEIR DOCUMENTS TO THE ROYAL MAIL BUT HAVE BEEN LET DOWN MISERABLY.

Had 2 negative experiences.. One my sister sent me a gift from London to Manchester.... Its not even that hard to deliver, it got lost....? I did get a refund Now I shipped something overseas, not only they messed up the address but it still didn't arrive.

No delivery quality control, barely any complaints line. Terrible service in general, don't ever rely on it. In my building, delivery personnel won't even ring the door and just mark it as inaccessible. A very shameful service quality.

Royal Mail lost my item, a commissioned item that was hand made specifically for me and cannot be replaced. Their customer service has been horrible and because I was the recipient they won't even talk to me. They won't refund any money and claim that even if they did they would only refund what the materials cost. So if they lost the Mona Lisa I guess to them out would only be worth the cost of the canvas. If you value what you are shipping so not use this company.

25/04/2017 I post some papers to india and my paper was very important I use royal mail recorded delivery take 5 to 7 days and cost me £ 10 pound and now almost 23, days I don't know where is my post . I lost my papers.
