Horrible bunch of liars. They have been dragging me along for a month over a brand new washer thats broken and cannot be repaired. First. was offered 270 to spend more money on there website i said no i want an exchange. So then im waiting on a new washer that wasnt even coming. They lied so many times. Samsung will not honor there warranty its a horrible company and me and my family will NEVER buy a samsung product again and i urge others to think twice.

Samsung have great products but their customer service is appalling! Orders are rarely delivered when promised, you are often given made up dates for when your product will arrive & are just made to feel like an absolute pest ! They take your cash promptly but offer only dirt poor service! Quite surprising that a giant company like Samsung get away with this level of service in 2022 !

The worst system ever. The people are OK but Samsung support systems is just awful. Samsung mistakenly returned shipped a repaired cell after a shipping hold was placed on the order. There was no way to correct Samsung's error.. NO WAY.

Since the latest "software" update that I trusted to install...my phone has become a paperweight. I have sat on hold twice in one day for at least 15 mins each time (said it would be 3 mins)...to have nothing resolved. I did the phone reset as suggested and waited on call back...then I couldn't even answer the call back, phone didn't work...3 times in a row. I know they put some kind of crash bug in this latest update to kill ur phone...so you have to but another one. Not happy...nothing was resolved in phone calls...even got hung up on because I expressed my "feelings" about the corrupted update data. Was even approached with the pay to have phone fixed option....Im not paying even more for a phone that I already payed for....this phone is about 4 months old. Told them that not all Americans are made of money and I won't be paying another dime. I won't be buying another Samsung phone. You can take your phone and shove it where the sun don't shine...And I will be expressing my feelings to everyone I know. Just...dont expect to be helped here....

stove rusted within 2 months, took EIGHT months and at least 50 hours to " resolve" and that was ONLY AFTER I WROTE BBB. Cell phone died three times due to overheating battery, again- lack of Samsucks service wasted wekks of my time, Runaround to at least 4 or 5 people EACH conversation, had to keep explaining problem, and then NO RESULT. Sent phone in three times, and without fail, Samsucks would then call me to tell me screen was cracked or no longer under warranty, so they needed to charge my credit card $180 before they would repait phone. ALL LIES- IS STILL UNDER WARRANT YAND SCREEN IS PERFECT !!! I sent the phone in last time with PHOTS of it in the box to show how perfect it ooked, and had 2 witnesses sign a paper I wrote saying it was all perfect. Thsi time, no calls, but THEY LOST THE PHONE . Still dealing with that BS.... SAMSUCKS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUPPORT OF AND COMPANY, AND NOW THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUST AS LOUSY.... DON'T BUY !! FOTMER LOVER OF THEIR PRODUCTS, ....caht, phone and email all had huge waits and major runarounds....

I spoke to multiple agents in a 2 day timeframe. It's difficult to understand the agents. They do not understand what I'm explaining to them. Because of an error on the financing side and not approving the correct amount the price of the appliance continued to go up each time I'm checking the status waiting for it to be updated. So essentially amount they had to correct is still not going to be enough for the refrigerator. Horrible, horrible service. I canceled the order.

cannot believe the awful service which is provided by samsung. I don't know how they can get away with 2 hour wait times, staff jot understanding the request or their processes and no way to ask for a manager to investigate so stressful and puts off having a contract with them and giving them hard earned money.

By far the worst company I have experienced. Brought a smart TV and after 2 months, it develops a fault. Contact Samsung, they offer to get it repaired. They arrange pick, get it repaired and return it with a crack screen. How can a repair and transit bring back a device in a condition worst then before the repair? But, it has a policy where, you should contact them within 48hrs. How can someone do that if they are away? No consideration for being away, as it was returned, while out of the country. They have washed their hands from me. Terrible, terrible experience with their useless, robotic advisors. Happy to take your money and highlight their products as great. It’s all a smokescreen. If your products are so good, why would it develop a fault with 2 months? Avoided company and products like the plague. Pretty much like all the negative experiences here.

I bought washer from Samsung.. customer service is a nightmare product broke after 3 months and even with full warranty they refuse to exchange it or refund. I had 7 technicians over month and a half and machine is still broken .. they are horrible never buy their product

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered S22 ultra and case and protector and got free pack that included charger. Got phone and have no way to charge it as it seems each item is sent seperately. I have emailed multiple times and had no response back and have called dozens of times only to be disconnected. Still had no response back. Based on the hundreds of scores of 1 they obviously don't care. Disgusted

Bought a refrigerator and a dishwasher, opened them after 21 days since i was remodeling the house. When opening the dishwasher had a dent. Called samsung and they did not provide any help under the excuse that i was putting my claim after more than 15 days. They refer me to the warranty department which told me they did not cover esthetics and to raplace the door it will cost me $450 Summary i bought a brand new samsung dishwasher fot $715 and i have to pay $450 nore to have it the way it should have arrived. Horrible customer service to the point of been hanged the phone after requesting to talk to a supervisor. Wont buy any product of samsung again

I purchased a microwave last year and all of a sudden it started turning on by itself. I located on Samsung website was a sensor seems straight forward and obvious, same exact issues happening. They send a tech out who looked and bent my hinges as an attempt to “fix” a brand new microwave. As soon as tech leaves I open the microwave and close it, it turns back on so it wasn’t fixed within 5 minutes of tech leavening. I call Samsung they schedule me again for another tech. I took off work again now 2 days. They never show up. I call Samsung and they told me they never came because the first tech said their wasn’t an issue with the microwave. Which is mind blowing considering he bent my microwave and damaged it to fix a problem that didn’t exist? And they couldn’t of told me that before I took off another day of work. So end result was hours wasted 2 days off work. No fix and they proceeded to tell me the customer that my microwave functions properly eventho it turns on by itself and turns off without any input. I have never dealt with such a terrible company who said they can’t do anything for me because at this point it’s their tech company and Samsung isn’t responsible so I’m out 2 days a work and a over the range brand new microwave now needing to be replaced. Never buy Samsung. Total scam company I will never purchase a single thing from them ever again. They couldn’t even accept that it’s their microwave they blamed the fact the tech company lied and said they fixed or never had to fix my microwave and said we’ll sorry can’t help you. Complete disgrace.

I have never experienced such total incompetence and lack of customer service in my entire life. My husband purchased a brand new Samsung A12 cell phone on March 19, 2022 which worked properly for roughly 2 and half weeks. I reported the problem to the retail outlet where he purchased the phone and they said Samsung needs to deal with the problem. I have been trying to get Samsung to fix or replace this phone now for over 2 months and have had to report the problem 3 times. Now have 2 separate case numbers and still no resolution. Extremely POOR service.

"Never buy samsung" Samsung has the most useless customer service and products. I bought a new phone and it came broken out of the box and samsung just get tossing me around from department to department and 5 different best buys. After 3 months when we got the phone back it had new faults. And then again they start doing the same stuff sending me from department to department. Just Never buy samsung ever.

27-09-2021 Service Engineers visited my home for Air Conditioning Servicing they Shifted my AC Unit from hall to bedroom and charged 3500Rs without providing us the receipt means black money is made by your employees(Praveen Pandey-9004835845) under the name of SAMSUNG INDIA Servicing Issues: Please hire good Service Engineers having good morale and dignity towards work. During the above servicing the Praveen Pandey Samsung employee made a fitting problem because of which the entire Refrigerate Gas leaked, then I called the Service Engineer again for third servicing in the month of November 2021. The Service Engineer filled the Refrigerant Gas in my Air Conditioning unit, after 2 days I called him again for Refrigerant Gas Leak, but he wont inspected properly. When the new Samsung Engineer visited to our home and inspected AC Unit he found the Gas was Leaking. So, the ethics of Service Engineer of Samsung tells us that "First the Service Engineer Destroys our AC Unit by Leaking Refrigerant Gases and then making money by refilling the Refrigerant Gas. This is your Company Business Strategy and making money in unethical ways.

If I could give minus stars I would I purchased a pair of wireless sport/running headphones for my husband for Christmas. Due to us both getting covid they remained unused until he felt better but we were initially also unsure as to whether they were charging properly but decided to test this a couple of times before getting in touch with Samsung thinking we were doing due diligence and being reasonable. It turned out there was a problem as they wouldn't hold charge and the battery would drain while turned off. Unfortunately by the time we had decided for sure they didn't work properly it was day 22 since purchasing, taking us out of the 21 day returns policy (which is an absolutely immoral period for electronics and not clearly mentioned when purchasing) When I contacted customer services the first response was 'Well if you knew they were broken why did you not return them within 21 days' I was then passed from rude accusatory chav to other rude chavs, back a forth for days, I got passed around and told to call different numbers, who told me to call different numbers. The process was so mind damagingly frustrating I thought I'd just give up and let them keep my £100 so I could piece my head back together I ended up getting in touch with AKG who offered to look at the headphones, confirmed they did not work so sent out a replacement. So in the end another company helped me out
