Samsung ZFold3 Screen protector bubbled... Phone sent and received on the 4th November, no updates on repair, phoned customer service and they never replied or messaged as they promised! Got the phone back today nearly 1 month on, it had fingerprints on all screens and looked filthy, I can assure you they didn't receive it like that! Disgusting service by samsung#mtr.co.uk Samsung you should be ashamed using these to repair your warranty repairs!!

I wish I have read these reviews before I purchased a product from Samsung. Samsung is simply too big and they don't care to have customer service anymore. One star is too much for them, there should be a negative star as an option.

Bought a samsung Galaxy Z flip 4. 2 months after utilizing the phone. The screen cracked after opening the device. A yellow bar went down the left side and the middle of the screen became black. No one will repair these flexible screens locally so I sent it in for repair with samsung. Initially the cost was a little over 200. Fine I'll pay it. The repair center comes back and states that the phone had an unauthorized repair done to it and all the sudden the motherboard was bad and they added an LCD assembly charge to the phone with a charge of over 700 dollars. They said the phone was out of warranty because of the "unauthorized repair and was not covered". There literally is no one else in the area that will repair these phones and no modifications were done to it other than adding a phone case and a screen protector. They also stated the phone wouldn't power on, which it did when I sent it in. They told me they would have another technician look at it after arguing with them for a while. Then they just sent the phone back without any response. I ended up having to pay the exorbitant fee which should have been at least partially under warranty. Don't buy their flexible phones and don't bother calling customer service.

A long time customer of Samsung and I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I have had a galaxy watch 4 and no problems with it. Then they had an update that bricked it. Called it in they had me ship it to be fixed for free which was fine. However got it back and used it once after taking a shower the screen acted up and it shuts itself on and off. Mind you it is supposed to be water resistant and a shower doesn't bother it and never had problems before. So their update breaks my device and their repair breaks something else. They then expect me to ship it again and trust they repair it. I argued with corporate and even they are no help and just say all they can do is the repair. I've lost time and my watch only seems compromised and not what it was before their mistake. Just is bad business all together.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7+ almost a year ago and the pen tip broke about 3 months into using it. I requested a new pen and have been waiting 7 months for the new pen. First it was the shortage of supplies (at this time they were selling that pen online still so a shortage doesn't seem truthful), then they let me know they are sending a new pen but no email is ever sent (they have my email on file). I then call about this and apparently they sent it to an incorrect address (one I am not associated with). When I let them know this, they apologize and create a new ticket. At this time I have about 4-5 tickets open and every call leads to a new ticket. Then they let me know they would escalate the ticket and to call back in 24-48 hours. Which is today 12/1/2022. After calling about the update they inform me the time to request a new SPen has elapsed and I would have to be transferred to a new department. I have wasted about 10 hours of my life trying to get a new pen that was covered under the original warranty. Their products are great, but if one every breaks good luck getting them to take responsibility. Their customer service is the worst one I have ever dealt with and at no point doesn't it feel like I'm making progress in getting my issue resolved. Each call feels like it's a copy/paste response to frustrate you into giving up. Never going to buy another tablet from them again, feels like a scam at this point. The SPen nibs are cheap and WILL BREAK in less than a few months from both my experience and what I've read online.

Bought the Samsung Flex Washer/Dryer set and the extended warranty a few years ago and had problems with the washer within six months and waited for service for over three weeks with the control panel being replaced. Less than a year later, same thing and it was replaced four times in two years. Just before the extended warranty we purchased expired, it stopped spinning and draining. Repair was called and they came out and we were told Samsung was NO LONGER MAKING REPLACEMENT PARTS for this 3 YEAR OLD washer. The extended warranty stated the washer would be replaced if repairs could not be made and we requested a replacement, however, the warranty had a clause that they could choose to refund the cost of the extended warranty ($399 vs $2,000; gee, I wonder why they chose refund, read the fine print peeps!) We spent almost $5,000 for this set and warranty and now the dryer refuses to start. Samsung appliances are awful (we also bought a refrigerator). I'll never purchase another. My last washer/dryer (Kenmore) lasted 20 years through 10+ washes a week. If I could give zero stars I would.

*****DO NOT ORDER WITH SAMSUNG***** Samsung has the third-party vendor who delivers on behalf of Samsung called RXO. RXO will delay your schedule order without even informing you. My initial delivery date was scheduled on 26th November for which I got the email notification. On 25th I received a message from RXO to schedule the delivery I called them to check they said it cannot be delivered by 26th and will be delivered by 30th Nov for which I agreed even it was difficult for me to allocate because of the working day. I took off to be home on 30th Nov and no one showed up I called RXO they came up with something again and delayed my order this time I called Samsung to escalate on RXO and one Samsung representative contacted RXO for the delivery details and asked me to wait for 24hrs to get a call back. I haven't received any call, I called them back to check the delivery date this time they gave the nearest delivery date of 21st Dec which will a more than a month of my original date of purchase and again the same Samsung could not able to push RXO to deliver it earlier. AT LAST I FIGURED SAMSUNG DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER SHIPPING and you'll be grinded talking to RXO idiots on the call and if you want to complaint about them to Samsung you'll be wasting your time. I have wasted lot of my time and money from ordering to waiting and losing the best deals of the year (thanksgiving and Black Friday). Go ahead with Best Buy, Lowes or any retailer who will have the total control on your shipping.

I bought a 3 door refrigerator less than 4 years ago. Within the first year, the markings for the vegetable drawer had rubbed off even though I only used a damp cloth and dish detergent according to the instructions. It was replaced under warranty, and the replacement did the same thing! But what I am most upset about is that my extended warranty ran out at the end of last year ( 3 year warranty) and the condenser for the fridge part has stopped working. Now I have to pay big bucks to get it fixed even though it is not that old .

BUYERS BEWARE—SAMSUNG TVS ARE CLUNKERS, based on my experience! SO IS THE CUDTOMER SERVICE, again, based on my experience! Bought a 55” Samsung TV and it stopped working after 2 months. Geek Squad determined it was DOA. Samsung insisted on a repair visit, that turned into a replacement order over a week later. Time wasted non-stop. Samsung customer service was a nightmare and it took me 5 weeks to get my replacement TV—and that is because I’m picking it up myself over an hour away. They lied about the freight company and the timing for my replacement TV, they could NOT provide any tracking information, and the supervisor (Miguel, Badge # 31770) wasted my time with a bunch of nonsense and no substance. Samsung said I should have the TV by 11/29–instead, I am driving to the freight company in Chino to get it or it will take another month as I am 290 in their delivery queue. Samsung is a one and done for me. NEVER AGAIN! ☠️

Worst customer service ever. Bought a microwave. Broke after second week. Was on phone for hours. They send repairman after 3 weeks. He changed mother board. He was out the drive way for 10 minutes it broke again. After hours on phone they sent repair man in 2 weeks. He repaired a loose wire and after a week it was broke again. On phone with them again for days. Waited for another 2 weeks for them to replace mother board. Still not working. After three repairs and having to burn up 3 vacation days I asked for replacement or refund. I was told the product was not defective. And they wanted to send another repairman. I just spent three months renovating kitchen and still do not have a working microwave. WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT

Samsung customer service must be up there with the worst in the world , a don’t care attitude is evident they have no customer service skills whatsoever, often rude , can’t pronounce your name nor even in the right order Mr “ your 1st name” they don’t listen nor act in a manner fitting for such a large brand . All reviews of Samsung direct seem bad , it’s seems they don’t care ..

New earbuds cutting off and instead of sending new replacements they send you to repair for $200 earbuds. Do yourself a favor go to Amazon, Best Buy or Walmart so you can return if faulty.

I bought a Samsung Soundbar together with The Frame TV as they have promotion - get half the price of the Soundbar as cash back. They promised within 30days I will get the cash back. Its been 45 days I kept on chasing they said its delayed. Pure scam.

If I could give less than one star I would, Samsung is an embarrassment, their phones are a danger to the public, and Samsung will send you on a wild goose chase just to burn you (like their phones) in the end. I purchased a Straight Talk phone at Walmart in Henrietta NY. The purchase with the woman behind the counter went great, she was very nice. Then the actual cell phone worker for Walmart came back right after I paid. He got upset because he wasn't the one who run up the phone and then tried to convince me that I needed to return it and then buy it with him. I of course did not, because I wasn't going to have the phone, otter box, screen protector, and extra insurance charged twice to my account. Within a few days this Samsun A53 device I purchased began blaring a loud beep when I tried to charge it. The device refused to charge until the port was "Cleaned" even though it was incredibly clean because it was brand new. This got so bad that I called Samsung and they referred me to a place in Pittsford NY called "UbreakIFix" which they said would fix it under the manufacturer's warranty. I went to UBreakIFix and they said they needed to order a new part and to come back. I went back two weeks later to have them install the part and not only did they never order the part, they said they were unable to work on the phone at all because it was a Straight Talk phone. I called Samsung back and told them what happened and that the issue has now gotten so bad that the phone immediately SMOKES as soon as a charger is plugged in. They said they would refund me my money however I want (mentioned PayPal specifically) and then put me on hold for a long time. When they came back on the line they casually said "Oh... it's a Straight Talk phone?". I go, it's a Straight Talk phone in the sense that they provide the service, but Samsung makes the phone. They transferred me to Straight Talk without saying anything, just straight pushed me away. In case anyone was wondering, after two weeks you can't return the phone to Walmart even if it literally catches on fire within two months (great job Samsung, you've really outdone yourselves. You should be ashamed at taking advantage of people who already have little resources because they all go directly back into serving the community). Straight Talk will only send me a refurbished phone of the same make/model, presumably so I can set my apartment building on fire at a later date when trying to charge the phone. I've had to purchase a different phone (Moto Stylus 5G) so that I can continue running the nonprofit I started without having a service impact to the people we help. This has been an absolute hardship, not only for me, but for my family and organization. Oh yeah, I was visiting family for Thanksgiving and had to leave early to drive 6 hours back home to get to the UBreakIFix store the next morning just for them to say they never ordered the part and they couldn't help me anyway. I'm very angry at all this and there has been absolute incompetence and disappointment at every level of this experience.

Don't buy Samsung products online, they don't obey their return policy and simply reject your return without any valid reason. Customer service doesn't reply to call or keep call on without any reply or disconnect without your acknowledgement. Specially Don't buy Samsung M8 Rs50k, if u r lokin for monitor, it's a tv only that can be used as monitor for a programmer as text quality is worst, horrible 😱 and not usefull at all🤬....you will get dispointed 🥺and samsung doesn't get it return just giving reason as device is as per website details.your will loose your money buying this. Instead of smart monitor sumsung should name at Samrt TV that can be used as monitor in emergency only😂

There is no support for these devices you constantly get cycled back-and-forth through their fake a** psyche help page furthermore furthermore there are always files on my phone that I can not open when I tried opening phone kicks back a message that says there are no apps that can open this file with them why the f*** are the files on my phone if I can't open them furthermore I would like no files on my phone that I can't open because I don't know what they are then do why

I upgraded my Samsung z flip 3 to 4 about two months ago because the screen had so many cracks in the middle hinge. Now, I slipped my phone from the table to the floor and it is totally damaged. This flip phone is so fragile and sensitive as the person who is working in the Samsung repair stores told me when I went them to fix it. Worst of all, it has been only two months and they don't give me warranty repair because I slipped the phone one time and the phone is in total useless. When I had apple phones, I dropped the phone so many times and never had this problem. I am not buying any Samsung phones from now on, so fragile compared to the high prices with deficient services.

I bought a refrigerator on line from Samsung web site on 10/18/22, then I called and cancelled the order because I found a better deal from Costco. The refrigerator was never delivered and the order was cancelled before the delivery. It has been 4 weeks and we have not received a refund from Samsung. Every time we call we get tossed around from one line to another. I am not sure if I should contact the authority or an attorney. I have never dealt with a situation like that.
