Malfunctioning refrigerator , malfunctioning oven . Lousy quality . Spend a few extra dollars for a quality brand . Avoid Samsung products altogether

My barely 3 year old dryer failed to operate and it will cost more than I paid for it to repair. Called Samsung, they would do nothing to remedy the situation. I used the dryer an average of 3 times per week. Nothing like contributing to the landfill and other environmental issues, way to go Samsung. My repairman said most of his calls are on Samsung. Steer Clear.

I am using a Samsung S7 edge since last 6 years and it is giving amazing performance. Until now it is not taken to a service centre even once for any reason. Even I have used this phone in the swimming pool snd seas for underwater shooting, I am being exposed continuesly to extreme weather conditions of Qatar as part of my job since I bought. Thanks to Samsung for giving such a wonderful phone. I never thought for an upgrade from this even in this 2021.

I bought a new cell phone S20 FE , end of February and came totally full of problems, take to repair it where samsumg sent me, then it worked for 20 days and the same problems came back. Over heating, rebooting Apps,and signal problems!impossible to use, call samsumg and almost a month ago, they only tell me that they are going to evaluate, and that they are going to communicate, and I without cell phone and without being able to work properly, an absolute indifference, they do not care about the client. buy it in an official place samsumg, it is an embarrassment as they treat you, call so many times and never ever pass me with a supervisor, they always repeat the same meaningless phrases, I want the money or that they act responsibly and give me a cell phone that works!!

My Samsung dryer had a very loud noise and i had the online help chatting with a technical assistant . The information helped me to identify possible problems associated to the noise . I will need a at home visit to solve the problem anyway but I am very thankful to the assistant who was highly respectful and caring . Good experience at this time

Good news finally on my Samsung galaxy smart watch - After 6 weeks and not being repaired under warranty and sent back to me in non working condition the Consumer Protection Bureau of N.Y.S. contacted Samsung and a corporate representative called me on the phone and told me they would be sending a new watch replacement - If not for Consumer Protection the watch would never have been replaced. If you live in New York and have a legitimate complaint after not getting results yourself the Consumer Protection Bureau will fight for you.

Please do yourself a favour unless you are a through away person and replace an item, I have 8 children so for me its hard to buy a item new every year so i buy and repair when something goes wrong , i have many items from Samsung phones tvs laptops washing machines, dryer, and every time something goes wrong and there is no warranty , they want to know when who what , all i asked was can i get a quote but they want to know every thing about me, hey samsung I am supporting you but you dont support me when your product breaks down. All i want is repairs done without giving you detail when i use the bathroom.My name phone address ok, i don't need to give you my email address we are not friends by all means i just want a quote, and she wouldn't put me on to a supervisor she was arguing with me, enough, look SAMSUNG YOU ARE GOING BACKWOODS, YOUR REVIEWS ARE REFLECTING BACK TO YOU , LISTEN , LEARN, AND SERVICE, AND YOU WILL BE ON TOP, WE ARE NOT BANKS TO GIVE YOU MONEY WE NEED RELIABLE GOODS, AUSSIES STOP GIVING SAMSUNG YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL LOOSE AT THE END TWO YEARS YOUR PRODUCT WILL NEED REPLACING .

Samsung mobile phones no longer have met my needs. I need an excellent camera, external storage, and great battery. They are asking a high price for less quality. I believe they are not addressing the needs of customer. The galaxy fold z 3 is nice but does not meet my needs in mobile. If the next note does not meet my needs, Samsung will no longer be my preferred brand.

I purchased Samsung hob with built in extractor and i cannot use they said need to order new part it can take two weeks its ok i waited two weeks and now they saying that part not arrived i need to probably wait another two weeks i paid for this appliance around £2000 and i cannot make food i have two girls i did email customer service they sad someone gonna get in touch with me but just waisting my time never again Samsung customer service bad

Locked out of phone as pattern no longer works. Samsung tech support have no idea how to fix. In different country with work so will not buy Samsung again. Should have got an iphone.

I order a phone with other items, the phone has not been delivered 2 weeks after it was ordered, even when it was showing to be delivered by August 6th, it was not possible to cancel the order from the web page, not even canceling and returning items associated with the purchase, and right when tried to cancel via chat with a representative they denied canceling, instead said it was just shipped, instead of canceling forcing me to receive it and go through another ordeal trying to return. I have not even received confirmation of shipment and the customer service did not want to cancel my order.

I had the Galaxy Samsung S10+, two days ago the phone breaks from falling from a height of about 6 inches. Complete garbage phone. Not durable at all. Then I spent about 6-7 hours yesterday trying to talk to Samsung reps, to be hung up on twice. All I wanted was answer on how to get my notes with important info on old phone to new phone. Nobody was of any help except for telling me to pay money to get it fixed. On top of that I found out the punk who set up my service in January of 2020 signed me up for lease program which I found out is a scam. I would’ve fully paid off phone months ago, but lease program traps you. Ended up paying extra months on a fully paid off phone. I will never use a Sprint or Samsung product in my life.

I bought a new refrigerator from Samsung. I bought it during Covid. I didn't dream how this would affect quality. I bought a 4 door high-end unit. 2 of the 4 panels are defective on the outside. I would not recommend this product at all. I have talked to a service rep at samsung, and he basically said tough luck. I could cry every time I look at the refrigerator.

I have owned every Samsung S series since the beginning My last 2 phones were the note and I always purchase the premium every sense is 6 plus August 23rd at purchased the note 20 ultra after its release Since then I have had 4 complete failure malfunctions not including the fact that every single note 20 ultra had a seaport failure I have bought 7 different Chargers Have run my insurance up for the year and have paid out a pocket for 2 note 20 ultras after my Insurance Is my last note 20 ultra went down June 17th I I've been playing the local repair cinnamon the Samsung waiting game since they said they didn't have the parts to repair it and they didn't have the phone to resend me a new one so they're going to reimburse me that was 8 weeks ago They may be go through a bunch of hassle and pull up records of purchases of the phones And submit it I've done this 3 times and they seem to keep losing my information and it keeps starting all over So here I am out $1390.99 again for the 5th time Once again Samsung does not want to do anything for me and drag me through the Mud after All of these years of loyalty I will say that this will be the last Samsung I will purchase for me or my family or any of my employees And I just found out that Best Buy will not even warranty a Samsung phone or tablet anymore So that should tell you something So unfortunately a platform that I've known and loved all these years I have to find another one that suits my purpose Because Samsung no longer cares about their customers or their product

samsung maintenance team is the worst team ever thier call center don't have any information or updates ,they just keep promising to call you back but nothing happens there is no follow-up at all it will be last time to buy any thing from samsung very bad services

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 3 years ago and the freezer does not work anymore. I was told by appliance repair company it is leaking freon and would cost almost the price of a new fridge to repair. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with Samsung and when I asked if there was anything they could do for me, they took all of my information (which took another half an hour), then gave me the number of another repair company. I asked if this would be covered by any warranty and I was told "no warranty after 1 year". So basically almost 2 hours for them to give me a repair service I could have looked up in 2 seconds. Complete junk, terrible customer service, they do not stand behind their product and will NEVER buy anything Samsung again. Would give no stars if possible.

When you buy a Samsung product, pray you don't need warranty repair (2 attempts, same product), no offer of replacement, long process of refund, still no end in sight. Probably not a Samsung customer anymore. Currently have 3 TVs, 5 phones and 2 sets of buds live.

Got one of the new 7 series 55” TVs. Had a few teething issues - connectivity was a bit tricky but customer service helped fix it. Then realised how difficult it was to raise Bluetooth volume past a minimal amount. Saw people complaining/asking for help from the company about it for literally years. Not sure anything’s been done to fix it but I found using Google home to control the volume really helped. Apart from those issues, now fixed, the TV has been great - excellent pictures and sound. Now if only they’d make the remote big enough to actually press the correct (tiny) buttons!
