Samsung Microwave Model ME18H704SFG. Purchased May 2019 and had the standard 1 year warranty. August 2021 hit the stop button with 15 seconds remaining when an item started to boil over. Open the door remove the item and the entire microwave died, Check all the circuits and outlets, they're good. Unplug to reboot the microwave and nothing. Called for service, $250 before diagnosing and ordering a part, but with a complete shutdown I'm figuring the motherboard. To repair will cost more than a new one, so there will be a new microwave but it sure as heck won't be a Samsung.

3rd. review - Samsung galaxy watch - zero review After 6 weeks watch returned from factory not repaired under warranty since they lost the loose backplate that was supposed to be repaired with the non working watch with the serial number on it and would not take the serial number on the galaxy box. Consumer protection of N.Y.S. wrote a letter to them and it was returned like that. I wrote to c onsumer protection on how they returned the non working watch and asked them if they could follow up for me to get refund or new watch. What l am trying to say is don't ever buy a Samsung product that might have to be sent back to factory for warranty repair service - They have the worst customer service of any company l ever had to deal with. Again l wish that l had found this review site before l bought a Samsung product and will never buy another product in the future.

I bought a kitchen appliance package which included DW, microwave, range and fridge. 2 months after I received them I started getting error messages on my dishwasher. I called Samsung and they arranged for a service technician. Over a period of 1.5 years I had a technician here 5 times. I finally asked on one of my calls to Samsung; at what point do you offer me a new DW. First I was told oh yes you certainly qualify with all these problems and he said they would call me with delivery details. When I did get that call I was told oh no nobody authorized that. We never give out new DW's. I was told my claim had been escalated but they just wanted to keep sending technicians here to look at it. I finally told them that I am throwing this piece of garbage out and will never ever in the future buy another Samsung and I will tell the same to all my friends and family. They never even responded so I guess it's not a big deal to them. Do NOT buy Samsung appliances!

Bought a house with with all new Samsung appliances. The fridge/freezer stoped working. The first tech said it was the compressor and that it was covered under warranty but he had to order the part. A tech came a week later without the part and said it just needed to be charged for $300 and that nothing was covered under warranty (two months ago expired). He said that charging it was only a temporary fix. Then he said he could do it for $200 if we went outside of Samsung and cancelled the ticket!?!?! Super angry that the quality of the product didn’t last longer than 5yrs, and even more upset at the service provided by the techs. Oh and btw, don’t plan being able to get ahold of any real manager or customer service agent on the phone. Horrible experience.

I purchased a Samsung gas range from Home depot online. It arrived damaged. I have been trying to resolve this for 3 months. Samsung is the worst. The customer Service people who answer the phones try to help but they have to follow the supervisor's instructions which is to call back in 48 hours. They always say that they will have a supervisor call you back, but it never happens. I had planned to buy all four kitchen appliances from Samsung but have completely changed my mine. After reading the reviews here, I will not be purchasing a Samsung phone either. Fair warning to people who purchase Samsung products!

Purchase a Samsung smart TV model UN50NU6900B. TV died I contacted samsung-TV and discovered TV is out of warranty. I purchased the TV about three years ago. Samsung was in my top ten; but due to my recent experience, I will never purchase or recommend any Samsung product again. Before the TV died, red streaks appeared and then the black screen of death. I followed all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. I’m truly disappointed this product. I expected such a brand model to last at least 5-8 years.

Don’t waste money on Samsung tv, constantly crashes, their customer service trying to blame it on out internet service. We have 2 TVs (one Samsung, one Sony, 2 smart phones and 3 computers), the only thing that looses internet connection is Samsung tv. Rubbish, waste of money Avoid!

Samsung service is the WORST i have had in my 65 years on earth. A $2,000.00 refrigerator dies not even a year old. Call 1-800-samsung get a non english speaking rep. I had to make a total of 22 call each one was from 8 to 19 calls to get a rep in the USA. They closed out trouble ticket 2x with no reason given Lowes finally traded it for a new frige. stay far away from both samsung and LG look at the repair ratings BEFORE buying

Ordered a phone. Never received it. Samsung says it was delivered. Fedex confirms that Samsung's story is fiction. Samsung refuses to cancel or refund order. Seems like theft to me.

Mobile phone repair service absolutely dreadful. Phone sent to Samsung repair service via JB HiFi - took 3 weeks before they said they couldn't/wouldn't repair because of water damage. Couldn't contact anyone in the repair team - JB HiFi had the same problem - we had no communication during the whole 3 weeks. Phone was sent back with scratched all over the back - phone is still usable (just microphone socket not working) but completely damaged on the surface - no way of contacting Samsung repair. Will never buy a Samsung again. Dreadful customer service.

I have the Samsung Galaxy 21 5 gig ultra. I was having a problem for 3 weeks since I've had this phone. My notifications were not popping up on the black screen. I called three different customer service people at Samsung and they all hung up on me at one point. They didn't know how to fix my issue so they hung up on me and never called me back. Two of these happened yesterday on August 4th 2021 and the first customer service professional hung up on me because they couldn't figure it out. The second one that I called 5 minutes later also hung up on me. I was not being rude I was being polite. Then the third person that I got after that I was pretty riled up and I'm surprised he didn't hang up on me because I was so angry. He went inside of my phone and I allowed that and he went to a bunch of settings and he actually fixed my problem. After calling Samsung four times I finally got somebody who helped me. His name was Domnie. God bless him for actually taking the time out and doing his job correctly. The reason I gave Samsung a2 is because everything that I buy is samsung. My TVs my last four phones and this is what I get. Thank you domini for not giving up and for actually doing your job. And doing it correctly. So that's the reason I am very very upset with your customer service. Out of four people that I called only one was willing to help me and not hang up on me. And we were not disconnected. They literally hung up on me. Because they're ignorant and they don't know what they're doing. You need to train your customer service people how to fix an issue with a cell phone. Thank you Domini very much.

I purchased all new Samsung kitchen appliances for my new house. After using them for just over 1 year the dishwasher door opens in operation and the combination mirco wave door glass drops due to being heard on by double sided tape from manufacturing. Samsung are not interested due to the items being over a 1 year old. PLEASE AVIOD buying Samsung goods due to very poor customer services and the quality of their products

I sent my Galaxy Buds Live to repair the case and they have not send my case back. The first month they keep telling me that they will send it to me within 48 hrs. I asked to escalate and they keep putting me on hold or they tell me that they will reach out to me within 48 hrs. Worst customer and repair center.

Follow-up to my lost Samsung smart watch- Now 5 weeks since I sent it out to factory for warranty repair - Review should be negative 0 not One as posted - Spent hours trying to get through to speak to someone about the warranty repair and when l do they either state watch cannot be repaired since they lost the back loose plate with serial number on it that was supposed to be repaired with the non working watch - They wont take the serial number that l have on the original box of a 8 month old watch -They are the worst incompetent company to deal with - very difficult to get hold off when you call the phone might disconnected or they hang up when you want to speak to a case manager - I wish l had read these Samsung reviews for warranty service before l bought the watch - I doubt if they will send back the non working watch and l will be out 200 dollars either way - I am now making inquiries to the Consumer Protection Bureau of N.Y.S. and filling out complaint forms . I am now in the process in trading in my two Samsung cell phones for 2 Apple phones. Samsung is a multi trillion company will the worst customer service and support. Anyone should think twice about buying a Samsung product that could require factory repair if defective.

Pretty much everything. The hearing quality of the phone is very poor. I purchased a phone and earphones and did not get a receipt at the store even though I asked for one and gave all the details for the invoice. service at the store was a disgrace overhaul. When I tried to get the receipt from all sorts of Samsung service centers, each one referred to a different center, no one answered the phone or called back. Still haven't received it.

S21 Ultra 5G no fast charging 4 months after purchase. I had all Samsung phones over the years, S8,S9,S10,S20 and this never happened. paid £1400 for the phone, the charging port became loose and when trying to speak to tech support by the name of Ralph, he tried to make me feel like It is my fault or It is something on the software level and I should try resetting it.
