The Samsung Frame TV broke after only 10 months of ownership. Samsung Customer Care is non existent and doesn't care to resolve the matter after I've been waiting for a month for it to be fixed or replaced. Look for another option if you're considering a Samsung Frame TV.

Last year, I replaced all kitchen appliances with new Samsung appliances. Issues began immediately. Repair services are inconsistent with no assistance on uninstalling the device for diagnosis. Samsung uses external contractors who will leave the heavy lifting of extracting a wall oven before diagnostics to the customer. Repairs have taken months to complete. Samsung offered a refund a month ago. Approved yet, I'm still waiting on the payout. I've been inconvenienced for over three months in total. You can not dispose of their appliance until they provide you the refund (per their policy) so you can not install a new device to assist in servicing your family with meals and their needs. DO BETTER SAMSUNG!! If you are reading this, save your time and energy by purchasing with the brands that are known for appliances [GE, Whirlpool, etc]. Please learn through these reviews or lose your money and waste your time! Still waiting on my refund...

I had to gothrough alot of aggrevation and frustration for a full year. To be able to get a refund on a refrigerator I purchased which stopped working 7 months after I purchased it.to get samsung to send out a repair man was like pulling teeth,they give you the run around and you have to wait 2weeks from tje day that supposedly they create a repair ticket. My refrigerator would work and all of a sudden it would stop Working.ive spent hundreds of dollars on groceries that I've had to throw away because it has spoiled. I'm still waiting for them to answer me if they're going to compensate me for all the food lost which happened 3 times. I'm very disappointed with Samsung. They gave me the run around until my warranty expired.i had to call everyday and spent an hour trying to get to the department I needed to speak to. Some of Their call centers are out of the United States. And I couldn't understand some of the agents.to say the least their customer service is a joke. I wouldn't recommend buying a samsung refrigerator. Everyone I know has has problems with Samsung refrigerator

Have ordered earbuds from a store in Toronto, and paid for it, but I haven't gotten it in almost 3 weeks now. Called the store to check to see if its arrived, but perhaps they forgot to call me. They said yes they had it, went all the way there waited about an hour each way and paid for public transportation (around 7+ CAD), they didn't have it in the colour I ordered and tried to convince me to take the other colour. I said no, when is the colour that I ordered coming, they just said they didn't know and had no approximation on the time it would take, he just said it might be months and shrugged then said oh well I could refund it for you with some attitude. But I don't want the refund, I just want the product I have ordered and paid for. Oh also called customer service to complain and at least get compensation in the form of store credits for the 7 CAD and they were very argumentative and refused to do so, also stating that there was no way I could escalate the issue past them and that they were the highest ranking person I could talk to in the customer service department. By far one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

I have had 3 orders canceled by samsung.com I have spent way too much time going back and forth with the online ordering attempting to use the advertised 36 month no interest financing to no avail. Complete waste of my time. Not only that but I have now opened a new credit account that apparently I can't even use! I have been on the phone with the credit issuers and the account is in good standing. Usually samsung is my first choice in appliances and especially tech hardware but if this issue is not resolved I will never buy another samsung product again. I mean really, why pay a premium? I have never in my half of a century on this earth had so many problems just trying to order 2 phones and they aren't even flagship ones. Congratulations on loosing a good customer. Now to see about closing this orphaned credit account...

I have been dealing with a broken tv for over a month and fighting for the repair. I never received the proper send out for repair, we were bounced around and demanded the fault of the issues was on our end. I explained I have a camera in my living room to prove the damage was absolutely NOT on our end that it was a manufactured defect. I had to pay for geek squad to come out and again have Samsung deny the repair even AFTER the tech watched the video. I will NEVER buy anything Samsung again nor will I recommend the service side of them. They were rude, confrontational and didn’t care that the tv is only 10 months old and was paid in full for over 2k. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. I will not ever buy from them again.

Samsung customer service can do nothing to help the customer. I called 5 or more times and the service person couldn't fix the problem. Had me to have Spectrum come out. They checked everything. That didn't help. Called again, but no help. As I have said I called 5 or more times. Samsung sent the Service Quick out. First one saw what I was dealing with and called Samsung (even with pictures) but is was denied. Called again and a 2nd Service Quick Tech came and he saw the same problem and sent pictures. But, again he was denied the ability to fix the issue. So we are still without a quality picture. We have the exact TV in another room and each of the Techs saw how different the color was. But, the Samsung people didn't even believe their Service Techs. The Service Quick Tech were very nice and tried to get authorization to fix the issue.

My husband and I bought a new house last year and bought the Samsung bundle which included a gas range stove, microwave, and the 3 door French door family hub refrigerator. I would love to say our experience with these products have been amazing as we were so excited to have smart appliances in our new home but unfortunately that could not be farther from the truth. We got about 6 months of peace before our 28 cu. Ft. 3-door French door refrigerator with family hub in stainless steel started its decent into chaos. The problems began with us getting the error code no: 41 constantly popping up on our touchscreen. We called the call center as it prompted and we were told to shut down/manually turn the fridge off and then on again. We tried this several times as instructed until one morning we woke up and found that same error message on the screen but this time the fridge had shut itself off (went into cooling off mode) and we lost some of the food in our freezer. We started calling customer care ever since and had 2-3 separate call outs to replace the mainframe of the fridge to try and “solve” the problem but each time that same error message would pop up in a day or so. Our most recent experience with this fridge from hell is when we came back from a 5 day vacation to find that the fridge had once again reset itself into cooling off mode and therefore every single item in the fridge and freezer had gone bad and had the entire house smelling like something has died. We lost every food item in the fridge as well as the freezer which cost us hundreds to try and replace. The absolute last thing you want to do after a long trip is come home to a broken fridge filled with rancid food that now needs to be cleaned/replaced. Long story short our experience with both this item and customer care has been horrible to say the least. After speaking with customer care about our latest experience we were offered a a low ball refund (store credit only) with no mention of compensation on the food we have lost due to these ongoing issues and the reason we were given was because the product is now out of warranty so they cannot refund the price we originally paid even though we reported these issues many times while we were in warranty and it was never fixed. Due to this nightmare experience that has been going on for more than 8 months I would hesitate before buying this product or anything directly from Samsung for that matter.

Recently our dryer began to malfunction. It was stuck in a mode that would not allow operation. I was convinced that it was a malfunctioning controller assembly and was prepared to purchase a new one from a third party vendor. I called Samsung customer service and was put into a chat. The chat sessions are extremely busy so you will almost certainly have to wait a while but they will contact you when your turn comes and if you miss the chat you stay in the queue and they circle back to you. During this chat I was informed of a feature of my dryer that I was unaware of - it’s wise to read the users manual. There is a child safety feature that somehow got turned on but once disabled the dryer is working again. Seven years and this was the first and only problem ever. I definitely recommend Samsung products and the fact that they have a 24-hour chat session available demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have blatantly lied to by service reps and supervisors. Received conflicting answers and had orders cancelled without my knowledge. I paid extra money for commercial display TVs to use as menu boards and all I want is for them to work.

Terrible service, our Samsung 50" lasted less than 2 years and now screen has stopped working and not fixable. Apparently it's a known issue with a lot of Samsung TVs. Won't be buying another Samsung again.

After speaking with customer care about our latest experience we were offered a $2100 refund (store credit only) with no mention of compensation on the food we have lost due to these ongoing issues and the reason we were given was because the product is now out of warranty so they cannot refund the price we originally paid ($2579) even though we reported these issues many times while we were in warranty and it was never fixed. We at least would like a store credit for the original price we paid so we can attempt to get a fridge of almost similar value even though I understand we will need to downgrade. Due to this nightmare experience that has been going on for more than 8 months I would hesitate before buying this product or anything directly from Samsung for that matter. I tried uploading pictures and videos of my experience multiple times but it will not let me post.

Absolutely disgrace of a company. Our brand new fridge started to have tiny cracks that became actual cracks in the fridge on multiple shelves and in the freezer as well where the fridge is getting overheated. Reported it more than a year ago to no resolution. Samsung said it’s not a manufacturing default! There are other reviews with same issues! How is that not a manufacturing default?! Do not buy

Purchased a new stainless Samsung dishwasher at the Home Depot. Lower area of the door has discoloration blemish. Called Samsung to advise of this factory defect and was ask to send photos. I sent the photos and was assured Samsung would remedy the factory flaw. A tech was sent to my home and claimed Samsung does not cover cosmetic damage. Additionally I was informed my manufacturer warranty’s was voided because of Samsungs negligence. I was told to contact Home Depot were this piece of garbage was purchased and Home Depot threw it right back to Samsung. So after paying over $1000.00 for this motorized garbage can that is 7 months old I am stuck with a marred finish and the other issue with this scrap can is it does not clean the dishes properly. Tread carefully when dealing with Samsung and the retailer that sells their products because there exist NO customer service.

I bought samsung fridge which took ages to arrive and when finally arrived it has no legs and they promise to exchange it with new one but they took ages to follow up. When we follow up they said they will refund money. 😡😡😡😡 what a waste of time and money. Delivery service is even poor. They call you when they arrive at home. I think they should inform us at least 1 day prior before they come. People have job here. No one is staying at home whole day. What a hectic process. Never gonna purchase any products from samsung.

Freezer and ice maker failed while under warranty. 5 weeks later it was repaired. Samsung promised to reimburse for spoiled food but in the end declined because it wasn’t the compressor that failed. Any excuse to not stand behind their products works for Samsung. Never again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT! The Z flip Is a badly designed product that cannot take the wear and tear of being opened and closed and when you try and get it repaired under warranty, if you have the slightest scratch anywhere on your device they void your warranty and expect you to pay for the full repair! Criminal

Samsung is the absolute WORST company I have EVER dealt with in my life! My 92 year old mothers refrigerator almost caught fire due to the motor of the ice maker burning thru the back wall of the freezer and omitting a chemical smell. We had to wait a week for a technician, when he got there he deemed the unit unrepairable and that Samsung would replace the frig. I then had to call Samsung and because the frig was out of warranty, ( it was 9 years old), they were willing to give us a 50% off coupon to use on another Samsung frig. First I never received the coupon, had to call, and call and call and call over and over, finally received the coupon, but needed a verification code which took another week or more and endless hours to receive, finally received the verification code and then the coupon would not work, then it worked but did not take the entire 50% off, to make a VERY long story short, it took me 5 weeks and about 40+ hours of communication with this horrible company. We should be reimbursed completely for the purchase or compensated tremendously for the traumatic experience this has been!!
