We bought a Samsung refrigerator freezer side by side in 2017, we have had the ice maker replaced twice with constant no ice coming from the ice maker. Now the freezer went out and spoiled a few hundred dollars in meat and other foods. I will never buy anything from Samsung again. Junk!!!!

Samsung is garbage and always breaks when warranty is up. Do not waist your time and money on any products from Samsung. The world will be a better place when Samsung is out of business.

Worst company we have a bulk requirement of 43" inch's TV 56 no's we required for our upcoming resort project but I called 3 times to customer care regarding provide sales team number but i am not received any call from Samsung .its worst experience i never had

I had ordered one Samsung Z 5 and one Samsung 6 watch. It was ordered with their representative when samsung.com website on July 26th, 2023, DID NOT WORK. When the order NEVER arrived. I phoned them on August 31st 2023. They are not accepting the order. The representatives were great, but the company policies are not good. This is the 4th Samsung phone I purchased and the second watch.

Samsung, sorry to say, is to me, a prime example of POOR product engineering. We purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator. If you use the icemaker in the door, it is very low on quantity. If you use the upper pull-out freezer bin only half is visible. The worst however is the work it takes to simply remove the glass shelf above the crisper bins for cleaning. Someone was either drunk or really ticked off that day. The worst part is, that someone high up approved it.

Samsung galaxy a23 5g is the worst phone i never seen this much heating issue in 8gb ram mobile stop making this phone really bad experience with this phone

Attn: Please heed this warning. Do NOT buy any Samsung refrigerators. There have been known defects for years with both the ice maker and the flesh food section not staying cool and keeping food at safe temperatures. Samsung is WELL aware of this, there is a class action lawsuit as well as groups of over 100,000 people demanding a recall. People are getting sick, medicines are going bad, breast milk is spoiling and people like myself have spent hundreds in repairs only to have to problems happen again within a few days. Samsung refuses to do anything about it. Their canned response is, it's out of warranty, sorry. Again, do NOT buy their refrigerator. Save yourself a ton of money and the chance of getting food poisoning. This is all Google-able information. Do your research.

Declined to honor warranty Given our family business [back home] is appliance repair, I’ve done dozens of warranty claims in my life. My washer stopped working over two weeks ago, it was firing a 3C2 Motor code. Contacted Samsung because the motor is the only part still within warranty. Over the next week, they created multiple tickets and sent them to their local service company. That company refused to schedule a repair because Samsung was telling them the motor was not available…. Ultimately, after about 8 hours of calls, Samsung offered me $50 off the current sale price of a unit. Which I consider not acceptable when I’m actually in warranty. “Either fix it or give me a reasonable (half the price of a new?) replacement value… seems reasonable to me”. Last Thursday I called again and escalated to a manager, she understood my disagreement with the offer but said they would need to send a repairman out to pass the “exchange threshold”. So, they contacted a new servicing company. He came out, was quick, said he’d send his notes and I should contact Samsung in a few days for an exchange. I called today… THEY NOT ONLY REFUSED TO IMPROVE THE EXCHANGE OFFER, THEY TOOK THE OFFER AWAY!!! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager didn’t come on the call, so I had to get angry with the service rep and finally got a manager. This service manager claimed the exchange only was allowed if the product was under manufacturer's warranty. Apparently having a warranted motor and not having the part available does not apply?!?! I requested to talk to the next level manager and was declined. I requested to talk to the exchange department and was declined. I pointed out that I had the messages from Samsung with my previous offer and the service manager said “well that must have been an error”. Dozens of warranty claims (99% as the service provider) and this was top five worst experiences I have ever had. I can’t get the 15 hours back I spent on the phone with Samsung and their inept servicing company but I can proceed and never buy a Samsung Appliance again as well as advise all of my friends and family that ask for recommendations to avoid them as well.

I ordered a washing machine in March, I was advised 'Your goods are on the way!' it was in stock ready for quick delivery on the web store. When I paid for it I checked delivery time and it wouldn't be delivered for over two months! I asked for refund as I couldn't wait that long for to wash my clothes. They said that the refund was being processed, so I waited, and waited, and waited. Two months went by (and over 20 phone calls) to their so called customer service. They said that it was escalated multiple times to the back end of returns and finance (what a joke). So here I am still waiting for my money to be refunded 6 months later for an item that I didn't ever receive. I have had over 30 conversations with their so called customer service over the phone and they don't care about my refund and it was apparently cancelled for no reason (I'd say they refunded themselves in the back end). I have had to wait on the phone for over an hour multiple times for Samsung to tell me nothing of any value or any help regarding this issue or my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG! Their customer service and refund process is by far the worst in Australia. They are liars, scammers and don't care about their customers.

Worst company, worst customer service. I can’t believe they don’t have a complaints department. I purchased a dryer that doesn’t dry. They sent someone out to me 6 times and still can’t fix it or replace it. I will never buy another Samsung product again. Customer service operators are like robots reading a script. I can’t believe this company sells and much as it does with such horrible after sales care.

I returned my Samsung dryer and received confirmation of the refund from Samsung. I was told that my refund would be processed within 48 hours. It has been 1.5 months. I have called customer service 6 times and send a myriad of emails but I keep getting the runaround and no one is processing my refund. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had for any product. I strongly caution against ever purchaasing anything direct from Samsung.

My telescope stick part of my vacuum broke would not stay up! Spent 50 mins on phone and still not sorted out. They need video proof and they were meant to send link but this has been a problem for them . My vacuum stick is only two months old.

I bought the newest Samsung laptop, Book 3, for 2600 dollars. The computer starts overheating and smoking, leaking acid. Customer service is horrible; they refused to do anything. I'm spending 4 every day with them no luck

Samsung deleted my account and I have been trying to get it reinstated but they have no clue on what to do. Have disconnected me after an hour of doing what the demand. All the reps are reading from the same script. Four different chat people and they will not give me a number to call. Say it has been escalated a few weeks ago and nothing has been done. Good job the phones are solid when you finally get your order. Not much has changed with customer service in the last couple of years except got worse. Would really hate to go with Apple as their customer support is just as horrible.

In 2019, we purchased a Samsung 55-inch television. After two years, we had an issue with the television.Our television is no longer operating correctly. We file a complaint about our television problem. They requested for $20,000 while addressing the problem. We had a lot of problems in three years. We are completely fed up with Samsung products.

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am writing this time because I am flabbergasted! I called (sent by the phone company) because my daughter passed away. I wanted the photos off her phone. The rep told me ‘Go ask you daughter for her password’ - AFTER I told her she had passed away!!!!!! Then had the BALLS to yell at me when I got upset about it! Refused to put a supervisor or manager on the phone. The only I got out of that call was anger, frustration and disgust!

Your staff need better training. 1) They frequently interrupt the customer mid-sentence. FREQUENTLY! 2) They lack basic English skills, for example, asking me for a number that has 7 ciphers, instead of saying 7 digits. I have been repeatedly asked to send the same information by texts and emails. For example, invoices and proofs of purchases, serial numbers, etc. I would think once I have registered my TVs and provided an a email address, model numbers and serial numbers in my Samsung account, that this info is readily available to your agents. Other companies have this system in place; Samsung should step up and make things user friendly for both their customers and their staff. Of all the companies I have ever dealt with, Samsungs customer service is exceptionally deficient. Get in touch with eBay and find out how they train their staff. Sounds like their call centre is in the same country as Samsung’s. Training, training and training and slick systems is the key.

Samsung A13 5G, screen went black. Samsung Authorized Repair facility diagnosed issue as failed screen and motherboard. Phone was 5 months old at the time. Repair facility cannot do needed repairs. Samsung Customer No Service repeatedly dodged responsibility, even to the point that they indicated I should contact the store where I bought it and the service provider for resolution. Frequent phone and chat sessions, plus several scheduled callbacks, which were ignored, and I still have a dead 5 month old phone. Looking for new service provider and other options besides Samsung for all my phone needs. Now waiting to see what the State Attorney General office finds out as a result of my complaint.

I ordered a galaxy z fold 5 on monthly payments and it took full amount from my bank . I got that cancelled. I was told by an operator she would cancel ,she did, and then I was told to reorder again and they would follow the order and see it processed correctly they did not. It went thru and processed wrong the second time. I called from 8 to 11?30 speaking to everyone in the company and they tell me it can not be canceled. I had marked monthly payments but they took full amount out of my account. This is absolutely the hardest company to deal with. I would rate it zero if I could . Hard lesson to learn. I should have read the reviews first.
