This company is so dishonest. Constantly forcing "important security updates" that have nothing to do with security. They change the functionality of your phone and add apps you don't want. It's a shame because it would be a great phone if they would stop the bullying bs.

Pre ordered my phone and it hasn't been delivered. Customer service will not tell me a thing but promise a call back that never happens. I now want a refund as I cannot begin to imagine how difficult a warranty claim would be but cannot even get that. Never again.

I ordered a washing machine and tumble dryer through Curry's. I had to have the washing machine and dryer replaced as finish quality was exceptionally poor. Second washing machine was still poor. How did these pass the Quality control checks ? I also ask myself if Samsung are supplying seconds to Curry's. Three damaged products, absolutely shocking. Samsung maybe a good brand name but the quality is not up to scratch.

the Samsung company said I had to pay for the mistake of FedEx driver who delivered the watch to the wrong address. And now the watch I did get they are not giving me the trade-in value. Very shady company and did not like their customer service at all

Sorry to have to right about Samsung. I would not buy Samsung because iv'e had too much of what a ''coincidence'' where something just doesn't work right. There software is bad from the experiences iv'e had. I felt over and over again that i was being trolled and making me mad on purpose. So ya.

The mobile support for Samsung is very poor. The representatives need to be trained on how to complete a transaction with the customer.

****PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT**** DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM SAMSUNG. PHONES ARE COOL BUT OVERPRICED. APPLIANCES ARE TRASH. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE CHOICE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND THEY DONT CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. I PROMISE YOU THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.

I bought the samsung fold 4 and since day one I have had a problem with the hinge. I just exchanged it for an ultra phone and was ask to pay up 150 pounds for the hinge issue. I have given up on the folds as they always have hinge issues. Just read the reviews to know. Not happy and refuse to pay for this. Samsung need to concentrate on sorting out their technology as opposed to charging others for their issues

I've been waiting since November for a replacement gas dryer. There was a FIRE inside our unit. Samsung said they would repair or replace. They've been stringing me along since November. Here we are in February and now they're telling me that it's not possible to help me at this point

Bought the most expensive phone in their lineup, Galaxy Fold 5 with a trade-in. I called to ask for a box or label to send the trade-in device once I got the phone. I was told they will extend the timeline to send the trade-in back and also put a stop to charge $300 on my credit card. I sent in the trade-in. Now it is being returned to me as "item received after due date" and I have been charged $300 on the cc. Not sure why they refuse to live up to their own word. However, after being a loyal Samsung user for over 10 years, I have now moved to other providers and have banned buying samsung products at my office of about 75 employees. Disappointed to say the least.

I own a Samsung Galaxy A03 and I am having nothing, but problems from the game apps crashing all the way to the system UI crashing. I fear that these malfunctions were not input by mistake. The entire system needs a lot of work.

Just got my new dishwasher delivered. Ran the first cycle and the auto release mechanism is defective. Now the door won’t close or let it power on. Customer service is trying to convince me the auto release malfunctioned because I didn’t get a professional installer for a dishwasher so they shouldn’t send someone out. This company is horrible.

We have been dealing with this BS since November. Still waiting on new refrigerator. Now they said it will be Monday. Always excuses. It's always a problem. Samsung yall really suck at customer service. Hire people who speak English. You deserve no stars. This company sucks!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Bought a Qled TV just over 3 months ago and the screen went. Outsourced company called Martin Dawes came to collect the TV. Technician advised that the open cell needed to be replaced and I will have the TV back within a week. Over a week later no update from either Martin Dawes or Samsung so I contacted MD who advised that the main board also needed to be replaced but they don't keep that in stock so will be another week before they have that in stock. They then advised due to the time frame of the repair they will put in a request to have the TV replaced. Samsung rejected the request as the TV is repairable. Contacted Samsung and I'm being pushed from one department to another with no answer as to when I'm going to get my TV back. Into my third week without a TV and still no update on when I'll have it back. Absolute shambles of a company. Was expecting more professionalism from a company as big as Samsung. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing with Samsung don't do it as they'll happily take your money but if something goes wrong you'll be left with a headache. The amount of hours I've spent on the phone with them has given me a headache. Have all Samsung products in my house. Lesson learnt. They won't be getting a penny from me from now on.

Waited since 9.00 am this morning for a call back to find out were my click and collect that was supposed to be on 5/02/2024 absolutely useless, wish I had never brought it the phone. Lucky to get 1 star.

Samsung have terrible customer service, they take no resonsibility for anything, Ausrion has deducted my trade in amount twice, call Samsung and they refuse to assist in this matter even though its via their sales team that you pay the amount. I have called/chat/emailed both Samsung and Ausrion at least 8 times and all i get from Samsung is we will call you back, they never do and Ausrion I hear nothing at all, I've had to cancel my credit card so they cannot deduct any further money. Its disgusting. Apple for me next time!!!!!!!

They have destroyed their customer reliability, cheaply made phones , second rate service and quality , it seems to be a corporate standard after the pandemic , just parasites now , look for better , I have been a Samsung customer for 12 years , no more .

Samsung has the worst customer service. The customer support acts like bots and when the issue beyond copy pasting they just leave the conversation. I experienced this on calls too. I had an issue with promotions and called them on Jan 17th 2024 and pre order ended on 30 Jan. I placed an order on 18 Jan. I have contacted them in Jan for an update on the ticket .. I have 22 calls and chats . They just hang up on call saying they aren't able to hear me. That's like pathetic way to hang up. I could hear the teams talking and giggling.. and Samsung is paying for these people? The website is shittiest.. the promotions redirect to app and when I click on app it goes to website. The chats have no direct way to open and minimize. It's been 15 days and it's so frustrating. Yesterday a guy asked me when was the ticket raised ..I said the first day of s24 ultra pre order availability. He put me on hold for 16 minutes and came back online and said as nobody is like. M disconnecting the call. And no body is sharing the supervisors details to escalate this mayhem. That shows how crappy the whole support system is. I think outsourcing has degraded the company's support system. Because the people from countries who don't really function well on online customer service and it's values can never be able to meets it's requirements and urgency. The people are so poorly trained in understanding basic communication. They are just copy pasting lines and links.

I bought a Samsung S3 I'm December and was told I would get a R1000 voucher within 7 to 14 working days it's been 48 days and still nothing. I am not complaining for a free voucher buy for the principal DO RUN PROMOTIONS WHEN YOU CANT KEEP TO YOUR WORD!

Worst technical and customer support ever. New TV broke after 2 weeks and it took 8 phone calls (total time almost 6 hours) to eventually book "replacement swap". Their goto is first send engineer (but engineer doesn't even reply to their calls!) second arrange: collect first, then replace (takes 20 days from the collection date) and then only if you escalate will they do a replacement swap (which only takes a week, I am told).
