Extremely disappointed with the abysmal customer service from Samsung. After enduring weeks of waiting, my order was canceled, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. A complete waste of both time and money. Suffice it to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and steering clear of Samsung in the future.

The galaxy z flip 4 was a fail. It took me to research the problems after I had mine to realize I made a mistake. The phone simply failed. Screen turned black because of the folding mechanism. Its never been dropped or submerged in water. Owned for less than a year. And samsung customer service is the worst in the business!

There customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.. they give you scripted answers that have nothing to do with your question. I asked point blank a question for them to answer. They come back with another stupid form response that has nothing to do with my question. You can't speak to a person. They are scared of learning the truth about there phone's and there customer service. I wouldn't recommend Samsung to my worst enemy. It will make you frustrated and you won't get a response .

They have no customer service. I have had phone conversations w tech support - who clearly said they do not have a customer service dept and that is outlined in the terms and conditions at time of purchase. I have tried Samsung care - their chat, supposedly with a person. I am going on 3 people over 3 hours. Every suggestion has made the problem worse. Uninstaller, reboot. Turn on/off. I have less connectivity now than before chat started. I have used Samsung member and sent an error report - they will get back to me in 24 hours with a forced software update - then I will need to reboot!!! All I have asked for is for a person to call me post 24 hours to check in - did it work? Is problem solved?? I didn't ask gor money or anything. BTW, I also went to a samsung experience store within a best buy - 4 times!! No one is ever there and best buy is no help. They don't even know the guys last name. I am goi g to the store during stated "office hours" IT IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!

We bought a Samsung fridge 1 year ago and it only worked for 2 months and Samsung came to fix it 13 times and couldn’t fix it and when the warranty was over they couldn’t do anything and wouldn’t Evan offer a refund or anything!! So disappointed never buying from Samsung again!!! Not worth any penny

The most garbage company. They didn't help us with our fridge they waited till our warranty was over. And after warranty ended they emailed us and said the case is closed. Not recommended to buy a samsung fridge . Bought our fridge one year ago and used it for one month only .

I purchased 3 TVs from Samsung during black friday sales . I didn’t need the TVs yet because my home is still inconstruction but Samsung advertised the sale as being the biggest of the year so I bought the TVs and have stored them unpacked since. Just 2 months later I found the very same TVs for sale on Wallmart’s website at $1700 less than what I paid during the supposedly greatest sale of Samsung! I feel I have been scammed, mislead by Samsung and rushed into buying- the TVs are still at the false”black friday sales price” on the Samsung website. I reached out to Samsung but they couldn’t care less and refuse to refund me the difference.

I had a flip 4 it broke took to get repaired they won’t cover warranty said I over used the phone and pulled some kind of protection off which have no idea what they are talking about for the fix is 418 dollars there phone is junk and they know it don’t buy there products I’m switching all my phones to I phones now and I don’t like them I’m making the switch I have told my family not to buy Samsung

My newly brought Samsung refrigerator was not cooling it also has manufacturing defect ,i have to move to consumer forum for refund, company atleast agreed for refund via coupon, they took back the refrigerator and handover a coupon to me .I went to Samsung authorised dealer to redeem the coupon and buy a new refrigerator.but 8 days over company is not refunding the amount value of the refrigerator via coupon voucher. I docketed another complaint against this froud company.They cheated me in the name of coupon. I will suggest all to not buying anything from this cheaters.

Worst warranty service ever. My dishwasher broke so I called for warranty service after trying to request it through their website for a few days with no luck. After 30 minutes on the phone was able to get an appointment with a tech to come out and fix my dishwasher in 4 days. 4 days later he arrived and couldn't fix my dishwasher. Said he had to order a part and he would call me next week to come back and put it in. When he didn't call me next week, I called his company back and they said that my dishwasher had been fixed and my case was closed. After getting them to admit their error, they said I had to call Samsung back again and request another warranty service because they closed out the ticket and they couldn't get paid and they couldn't fix it on their end, you can imagine how frustrated I was. So okay, I call Samsung back go through another 30 minutes on the phone and get them to set me another appointment. So they set me another appointment for the following week. The day before my appointment the service company sends me a text reminder. The next day on my scheduled appointment, they never showed up. I called them a couple times through the day and asked when they were coming and they said they would get back to me. Of course they never did so when I called them at 5:00 p.m. and said when are you coming they told me they couldn't make it and they come the following day, first thing in the morning and that they were sorry. So now it's the following day, did they show up, no. Ask him when they're coming, they tell me they don't know but they'll call me right back to me, still waiting for that call. Have now missed 3 days of work and I've been doing dishes by hand for almost a month. I will never buy another Samsung product. I will never go through this again. I've been annoyed at Samsung because I bought so many products from them they're broke right after the warranty period expired. Now I finally get lucky on one of them breaks in the warranty and this is how I'm treated. Done done done

terrible customer service - their 'premium' installation services are apparently coming with caveats that are not stated anywhere on their website. I've been refused a removal and installation by the delivery team when they noticed my old appliance is integrated, not freestanding. They have made a mess and destroyed other kitchen appliances while attempting to do something while saying at the same time they can't deliver their service - and they left the property without putting things back or fixing the things they broke. When I raised a compensation claim with Samsung, I got a disrespectful response saying they couldn't issue compensation for my "inconvenience", but as a gesture of goodwill, they will give me a XX voucher for a new Samsung product. If not delivering the service you pay for is considered an "inconvenience", then I really don't know what is the world they live in.

Customer service is horrible. No one speaks english. Samsung financing is a joke. The website is sometimey. Meaning it works sometimes and other times it does not. Financing does not work and neither does your credit cards.

Just purcased a new refrigerator not a samsung, it was presidents day at my local Home depot advised as many people as possible about samsung equipment Junk Customer service advised it was out of warranty so that was it Equipment rusted out in the middle of nowere BAD DESIGIN

Even when Samsung stop warranty work on the Z fold 3 inside screen, (which they knew was faulty), I stayed a loyal Samsung buyer. Recently, my Z fold 4 stop working, paid to have it replaced only to learn,I had forgotten my Samsung password. Which you can't activate a Samsung phone without an account. Talking to customer service, and they taking all my information, name, address, email, DOB, and phone number, I was told, I needed to submit a request to change my password. As without a phone working on my number, it couldn't be done. Keep in mind, it would take 3 to 7 business days to get it changed. Yet, they sell products that they know will fail. I will never buy Samsung products again. They have zero loyalty to the customer that has made them so large. Only wish I could give them the 0 stars they deserve.

Bad customer service. Phone lines not good. Hung up on. Two hours on phone. Bad information. UPS wants $30 to mail and package tablet. Sad warranty. My new tablet would not turn on. My son just reset tablet. Why didn't customer service tell me that?

irst i will email everyone i can find an email address to in you corporate office and board member about this . IT TOOK FIVE HOURS OUT OF MY DAY TO GET NY ORDER DONE . i had a credit of 2200.00 BUT WAS TOLD DO TO RETURN CHECKS I HAD TO REAPPLY. THE RETURN CHECKS WAS NOT MY FAULT I HAD TALK TO SOMEONE LAST YEAR THAT I THOUGHT PUT THAT ON RECORD BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN . SO I APPLY AGAIN LIKE I WAS ASK TO DO AND WAS DENIED!!!!!!!!! I WILL RETURN THE PHONE AND DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY! I told two about 10-12 different people today for nothing.
