ALL Samsung appliances suck. This is probably why most repair people will not work on them. We are replacing our $2,000 refrigerator after 5 years. We have already replaced the stove and dishwasher. They don’t care at all when you call them. Stay away!

Do not buy any washer or dryer Samsung makes. They used an OMB company to fix my washer. The first guy didn’t look into the washer problem like he should and said it was the motor and he didn’t have the part. Another appointment was made. Second appointment, the technician comes out looks at the washer in more detail and says, it’s not just the motor it’s the Clutch and PCB also. Set another appointment 3 weeks out. Note: I’d been waiting 3-4 weeks for the first appointment . I call Samsung because that unacceptable and ask if I can just get a replacement. They said they would need a receipt. I spend time and energy and had Lowe’s get me a receipt. Samsung said that receipt was not good enough because it didn’t have the prices on it. Again, I called Lowe’s they found the original receipt, but because it didn’t have a zero balance paid they said I’d have to get on that said it, although it clearly said at the bottom of my receipt with signature that I was promising to pay once the product was delivered.

Worse Shopping experience of my life. Never had to jump through so many hoops to get our range replaced or refund so we can purchase another. Their game is to drag tickets on for the longest time ever in the hopes you leave. To date, no resolution. Useless customer service reps with no interest to help. Undelivered promises is all they're good for.

Two terrible experiences buying Samsung products. Washing machine in 2020 - first one just wouldn't turn on, second one cracked, third one makes a terrible banging noise when is spins - the technician concluded that it was just a bad design!! Then bought an 85" TV on 30th June 21 - first one cracked screen, second one LED's broken and two months later we're still waiting for the replacement because their processes are so convoluted and complicated, we're dealing with about 4 different companies to try and resolve it. I have wasted HOURS trying to deal with this company. I WILL NEVER buy another samsung product again!!!

WORST customer service EVER! I was literally transferred 12x just to make arrangements to have the dishwasher which I purchased from them installed. I was transferred to every dept but the correct one. the people on the line were friendly but each one more incompetent then the other. You absolutely need 2 hours to spare to speak with this useless company

Worst CService I have ever dealt with. They stole £700 from me (I think there's a thief in their returns warehouse). I have been dealing with this issue for 4months. The email agents are plain stupid and also not given the policies to be able to actually help. I've spoken with the courier about raising an investigation and the police. Samsung still don't give a toss. I've just called them, waited 15min in a queue, spoken to someone who doesn't speak english (not the agent's fault!) who just didn't have enough launguage to help me. Then I tried again, again 15min wait, agent then put me on hold for 10 min, then HUNG UP ON ME! Tried again, phone line cut me off after 15min before I even got to an agent. I am LIVID. GIVE ME MY £700 BACK YOU THIEVES!!!!!

i ordered samsung fridge and the due date for delevery was on 20 aug 2021. But till today delevedy has not haopened. The samsung helpline is also unable to tell when the delevery will be made. I could have purchased through dealers who are making delevery on the next day itself

These appliances were advertised as black stainless steel and they are nothing more than BLACK SHRINK WRAPPED. Have had my fridge for 3 years and am embarrassed when company comes over. Recently purchased a high end dishwasher and chose a different brand. Unless Samsung chooses to find a "paint", replace the door or find other way to make this fridge look as advertised, I will no longer purchase Samsung products. And when I am at Lowes or HD, I make it a point to let their customers viewing refrigerators, know not to purchase a shrink wrap Samsung. Dozens have thanked me! Without an attempt at a resolve from Samsung, I will continue to spread the word.

We bought all Samsung appliances including washer and dryer. Worst appliances ever. Within first month washer needed repair, door switch went out. Dishwasher always has OC or some kind of error code on it. No matter how you put your dishes in. Microwave went out in first 3 months with SE error code. Unplugged it for an hour still has error code so unplugged and left it for a month. Plugged it back in after a month it started working. Who knows. Stay away from these pieces of junk.

I purchase a new galaxy S21+5G from Samsung and was told if I return my old Samsung Note 8 phone I would be given a $300 credit towards the new phone. I received my new phone and set it up and reset my old phone as instructed by Samsung and returned it in the same box that they sent me my new phone to Samsung with their shipping label thru Fedex. A week later I get an e-mail stating that the box they received was empty. I called them and told them it was not possible and told them exactly what the phone was wrapped in in the box. They said it was the wrapping I told them but NO phone. After looking into the matter further with the Fedex person at the store where I shipped it from she explained that the box showed a weight of .80 lbs and said if the box was empty as they claim the weight on the box would be much less than .80lbs. Now I am disputing the chargeback of $300. with my credit card company and Samsung has told my credit card company that I cancelled my order that's why the chargeback. Samsung is lying on 2 counts, one the box was empty and two I cancelled my order. Someone in their warehouse took my phone from the box because it was in perfect condition. Stay away from Samsung offers as they are dishonest.

Samsung is a very waste product, I took the mobile 5 days, it stopped working after 5 days I went to deposit it in the service center, we got the mobile after 2 months, even after that the mobile is not working properly I told the company that My new phone is taken for 5 days, you get it replaced, the company says that you have to run it from there, so you are requested not to buy any Samsung product, I do not want that the way I have been disturbed, you people are also upset. Ho

Malfunctioning refrigerator , malfunctioning oven . Lousy quality . Spend a few extra dollars for a quality brand . Avoid Samsung products altogether

My barely 3 year old dryer failed to operate and it will cost more than I paid for it to repair. Called Samsung, they would do nothing to remedy the situation. I used the dryer an average of 3 times per week. Nothing like contributing to the landfill and other environmental issues, way to go Samsung. My repairman said most of his calls are on Samsung. Steer Clear.

I bought a new cell phone S20 FE , end of February and came totally full of problems, take to repair it where samsumg sent me, then it worked for 20 days and the same problems came back. Over heating, rebooting Apps,and signal problems!impossible to use, call samsumg and almost a month ago, they only tell me that they are going to evaluate, and that they are going to communicate, and I without cell phone and without being able to work properly, an absolute indifference, they do not care about the client. buy it in an official place samsumg, it is an embarrassment as they treat you, call so many times and never ever pass me with a supervisor, they always repeat the same meaningless phrases, I want the money or that they act responsibly and give me a cell phone that works!!

Good news finally on my Samsung galaxy smart watch - After 6 weeks and not being repaired under warranty and sent back to me in non working condition the Consumer Protection Bureau of N.Y.S. contacted Samsung and a corporate representative called me on the phone and told me they would be sending a new watch replacement - If not for Consumer Protection the watch would never have been replaced. If you live in New York and have a legitimate complaint after not getting results yourself the Consumer Protection Bureau will fight for you.
