Summer from hell thankyou samsung Start of summer holidays and the worst thing happens... the washer dryer decides it wants to burn the house down! Call samsung expecting rapid response and am told no more than 10 days and it would be back working again. On day 10 engineer (22 but seemed competent) comes out to inspect unit and decides he needs to replace (honest) drum spider, valve, front panel, (nearly a new unit) engineer came back 22 days later with parts that I had to chase for because ACL (Samsungs repair partner) didn't think to tell me that the parts were in. After a 59 minute wash (speed setting) which took longer than an hour. Machine was smoking again and not washing. Called ACL again with much aggression and non understanding from ACL office staff to get engineer to come back that day, (only after samsung got involved when ACL put my wife in tears) engineer stated that there was nothing wrong but proceeded to report that the rest of the interior needs replacing (his words) saying that after that the machine is a write off because its a new machine inside) 19th of August (my birthday) engineer replaces parts that he said before needs replacing and reiterates that there is nothing more he can do other than writing off to samsung if needed. I put a single pair of my own underwear in for a dry cycle on sensor. (Bear in mind that they are clean and dry themselves.) The machine asked (on sensor) for an hour and fifty minutes to dry my underwear, which I allowed. After that cycle I checked my progress and my underwear were hot, wet and smelt like sewage. (Like I had cleaned the toilet with them after I had used it) Whilst this is a novel party trick I thought I would give the machine a fair chance to be a washer dryer. I put in a load of washing (vetted by the engineer as being within the capable weight limits of the machine on both wash and dry) And put the machine on wash and dry, not only was the machine melting my counter top from underneath but the machine proceeded to have a hissy fit over being too hot and decided after flooding the kitchen that it wanted to keep my clothing in a bid to cool itself down (or something to cuddle I assume because it felt poorly it is after all a very young machine and I think needs a teddy) I have an hour long video of the machines behaviour with a very colourful commentary that you would expect from a sketch show. Engineer comes out on the 26th to not only bring backup to prove that my question of competence is not an issue and to expose us to more risk of catching covid, but to blame wessex water, ariel (washing capsules), mine and my wife's intelligence and to test my patience. During this visit the senior engineer was so belittling that he was upsetting my wife who asked me to tell them to leave, my first request for their departure was met with confusion and the traditional "what?" My second request which did not include the word please was met with the engineers leaving so quickly that they left their tools behind which samsung themselves told me to sell on ebay fir a profit, I offered ACL the chance to collect their tools and was asked to put them outside the door which I did, the engineer has lied about this and made me out to be "crazy".Samsung want to send these people again but the police have advised not to as it is illegal to knowingly cause distress to disabled individuals. I don't like excuses or liars.

Worst Customer Service I have ever Dealt with. They Lie Trying to Cover Up a Lie. I have been a Samsung Customer for over 20 Years. Like the Products, but the Customer Service and Service are Absolutely Terrible!!!!

😡I will never purchase a Samsundg Appliance again! The heating element on my dryer went out after about 14 months! Not worst part. I had to practically disassemble the entire dryer simply to get to the old heating element. It entailed disconnecting wires and removing parts that were not even involved just to gain access. I lost count of how many screws had to be removed, which were all different sizes for each part. So, you have to keep track of which go to what part for reassembly. Oh, by the way, it has to be completely reassembled just to see if it is installed correctly, otherwise, guess what? Luckily, I got it first try, but... It's now about 6 months later and I have a new issue with it not starting. If you call Samsung, they want you to set up an expensive service appointment but I'm not investing another cent into this.😤 UPDATE: Buyung new dryer tomorrow, NOT a Samsung!

Sent my $1,200 new phone in for repairs. They email saying screen has a scratch (after a week of you having it) and of course that means warranty is no good. Not scratched when sent, maybe under a microscope from finger swipping! So I got an email saying it will be fixed and sent in 2 days then a week later email saying you can't repair it. Then a call you can't get it turned on. THEN another one saying yes we are fixing it and will be shipped in 2 days. Today a call saying, we can't fix it without me sending you $650 wtf? We already sent over 100 for a new screen. Never never never again. I have called 4 times during this time, begging to talk to a manager. I was either hung up on or told your all busy and would call back, which never happened. This is the worst costumer service I have EVER received

I bought this product less than 8 months ago and since the beginning it had not washed my dishes properly. Services Techs have come to look at my appliance four times and say it is working as it should. Well it is not! My bowls are not washed at the end of the washing cycle. I even have it on the Hi-temp wash and Sanitize mode and the appliance still doesn’t wash the dishes properly. I rinse my dishes by hand prior to putting it into the dishwasher to remove particulates basically washing before putting it in and still dirty after it all. Service care people are useless. They will not help and hung up on us when trying to deal with the issue. Absolute terrible service of a company! I only ask for a dishwasher that washes my dishes and this product fails to do that. My MIL has a brand new Samsung dishwasher and she has no issues and she does not scrub her dishes like I do and hers works. Terrible customer service with this company. You do not stand by your product at all even under the 1 year warranty. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Samsung’s customer service is comparable to garbage. Arguably worse than garbage actually, because at least a piece of trash won’t string you along a refund for a broken fridge for 8+ weeks with no results and conflicting email approvals. If you try to get a refund, expect plenty of lies to try to get you off the phone (such as saying your name and information, and then two minutes later asking for it once more stating that they did’t have it), and 4+ hour waiting periods of being on hold.

We bought our fridge brand new from a Lowes near our home, within a few months the fridge door stopped giving us water out of the water dispenser. This happened BEFORE covid even began and literally have a had a service repair guy out every 4-5 months attempting to repair the door and continuously making errors and ordering new doors repeatedly because they kept making mistakes. TODAY 8/30/21 the door is finally fixed. That is almost 2 years since it first stopped. We also now have several broken fridge doors at our house that they will not take back with them and we are expected to pay the dump fees for them. Absolutely horrible customer service. These repair guys have no clue what they are doing and it is not their fault they did not get proper training and do have the support from Samsung that they need to do their job. Will never buy another samsung appliance again.

Worst phone I've ever had. Not even 3 months old and has microphone issues. Won't cover the electrical issues with my phone because it has a cracked screen. The microphone issues occurred before the cracked screen so what that has to do with it I don't know. Just a way for Samsung to get out of honoring their manufacturers warranty. Is anyone one else tired of getting bent over by large companies with their warranties always being written so they actually cover nothing. I will NEVER buy another SAMSUNG product as long as I live. As I see it, Samsung sold me a faulty product and used legal jargon to get out of standing by their product. DISGUSTING AND SHAMEFUL.

Dear samsung company, I am very disappointed with samsung. I had samsung J8 mobile in good condition. The only problems were with charging socket and earphones jack pin. It was not working properly so I could go either private repairing shops or samsung authorised store for repairing. I have trust on samsung store. Finally I have preferred to go samsung authorised store for repairing my mobile because I have trust on samsung. They took my mobile with pre-checking. There were no any other problem in mobile apart from charging socket and earphone jack pin. Job card number 4330859249. They did repaired my mobile and handover to me with 2% battery. I was checked my mobile with my charger it was working properly. The only thing I have observed that screen was looking very new and very small ,very tiny like very slim pen point very light pink color which can not be seen easily. I thought that something was done on screen like opened and fitted again but the thing is that I have trust on samsung store and I did not have any problem in screen previously so I did not give attention on it I focused on my existing problem for which I gave mobile, I have checked the charging socket. It was working properly so I paid money and left the samsung store at around 3 pm. I was doing night shift in my company so I went to my office and I have found that the small tiny light colour slowly converted into dark pink colour then dark blue and dark black.Now my screen is entirely black I can not see any thing. The day after repairing mobile I was reached at samsung store and let them know that problem was from your side while repairing mobile. But they did not accept their fault and told me if I want my screen back I have to pay money. I have called many times to customer support but they are not help me in this matter. No one help me in this matter. Samsung has broken my trust. I will never purchase samsung mobile in life. I will suggest to public never purchase samsung mobile because after sale service is very bad. I will give zero ratting to samsung. Seriously I am very disappointed with samsung. I am satisfied with product but I am not satisfied with after sale service. Samsung authorised store is under samsung company so I blame samsung company. Because money is really important for me which I have lost after invested in samsung mobile.

probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have been a Samsung customer for over 10 years and while I generally like their products their customer service is terrible. their representatives lie to get you off the phone. I ordered their top of the line Z3 in Thomas Payne addition and had trouble getting the order to go through so called customer service. they told me the order did not go through so I would have to re-order. I checked my credit card company and it showed a pending charge for the first order so I called them back they assured me that the charge would not go through and that the original order had not been placed. I was also told that the charges would not be processed until the phone shipped so I had mothing to worry about. Today I got charged for $3074 added to two credit cards. when I called Samsung they basically told me it was my fault because I ordered two phones and I couldn't cancel the order even though it had not been shipped and would have to refuse delivery in order to cancel. I then asked for a supervisor and have now been on the phone on hold for an hour and two minutes. Samsung does not value their customers and I guess the good news is that they treat the customers who are willing to spend $3000 with them the same crappy way that they do those that buy their low end phones. Time to change my brand loyalty to someone else.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! My stove started on fire on Sunday today on Friday and they are still trying to decide if I'll get a refund! The stove was 1 year old, I gave them the report from the fire department and the receipt, and still no refund. DO NOT trust them when they say they will call back because they don't!! The stove could've burnt my house down, I guess I should be thankful that I was home and able to stop that. Horrible Absolutely horrible!!!

my order 11351946932 was cancelled by samsung without assigning any reason. i had to pay emi coversion charges to the bank. Very poor helpline support. Never buy any samsung product online. you can directly buy from the dealers

Customer service very rude, does not work with your schedule. Customer service never contacted me about appointment they made with me and the lady refuse to go over open dates they had to come and work with me. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG!

Called Samsung to inquire about maintenance before purchase of appliances, Could not get a straight answer. I liked how the appliance look but if delivery and maintenance is a problem I will have to find another product. Sad because I liked the Tuscan color Will not buy Samsung.

Purchased new Samsung French Door refrigerator 10/20. Unable to remove bottom shelf to clean after item leaked (shelves are NOT leakproof). Discovered that the clips necessary to push in to release shelf are not there. Was this item defective or a return? Don’t know. Samsung c/s has been less than helpful. At first after an hour long conversation I was told that parts would be replaced at no charge. Explained in detail which parts & sent photos. Repairman came, looked & I was advised that it would cost $471.00parts/labor to repair. That’s 35% of the purchase price. After a 2nd 1 1/2 hour phone call I was told parts would be covered under warranty. Today Samsung called me. Apparently no one knows anything. They can’t seem to figure out what needs to be replaced. They can’t tell me if they will charge me. I am currently on the phone with Home Depot to have them pick up brand new, still in the box Samsung dishwasher, cooktop, double oven & range hood that were to be installed after renovation was completed. I will be throwing out the refrigerator as well. I’ll go with GE. I never needed to contact GE’s c/s as their products are built right. I should have learned after having the washing machine that was recalled because they were blowing their lids. Samsung ‘fixed’ that & the machine never worked again. Washer wouldn’t completely drain & spin. Just kept refilling. It would do that for hours if not interrupted. Ended up getting a Maytag. I kept the Samsung dryer but don’t expect it will last too long as it seems Samsung doesn’t build products to last.

I bought a Samsung clothes washer/dryer set through Home Depot, and the dryer stopped spinning in less than 3 months. That was two months ago. I have called and been on the phone for almost 6 hours now trying to resolve the issue, while I still make the payments through Home Depot. Timeline: First call, they will send a service company, will contact me within 3-5 days. Never happened. Approx. a week later I called again, there is no service company available where I live. Samsung said to take it in to home depot. Another week goes by, nothing. Called Samsung again, they cannot return to Home Depot. Then I was promised replacement, with contact within 3-5 days. Over a week later nothing again. Called again, They no longer make that model? Then they offered a refund in "Samsung credit" less than what I paid. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, AND I HAVE DEALTR WITH ALOT OF ISSUES IN MY LIFE. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.
