I sent my icon x earbuds for a warranty service a few months ago. I've called several times and been given the run around over and over again. It's like they're holding my earbuds hostage. It sux!

Worst Customer Service ever!!! Buyer Beware. I completed the phone trade in request as instructed and factory reset my S7phone. Something did not clear and they would not work with me in the slightest to resolve the problem. They refused to honor the trade in credit and made it very difficult to return the phone I purchased. If you have any problems with this company you will not receive any help or respect through the process. I have been a long term customer with many Samsung products and it’s sad they are willing to lose a customer so easily. In addition they limit what you can write on their site. Very manipulative.

Bought a refrigerator from Best Buy. Mistake # 1 in crisper drawer while ice overfills to the point of dropping on floor Samsung refused to refund after more than 4 repair tries. All these repair attempts made during warranty period. At this point they pretended to authorize a return Now they refuse to refund due to it finally being out of warranty Best Buy said they would not take it back without Samsung approval and they refused to offer any assistance on this matter Bottom line I will no longer shop at Best Buy and no longer purchase Samsung products including all their electronic products Samsung will exhaust you while continuing to sell defective refrigerators

We bought the fridge less than 3 years ago. The compressor went out😡. We called customer service and because we didn’t buy an extended warranty, they said we can’t help you😳😳😳. We also found out many businesses won’t work on Samsung cause they can’t get parts. I will never buy Samsung again!!!

I am not at all happy Samsung appliance sales service follow through. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from HD. No one made it clear HD was the go-between and I was really purchasing from Samsung. The delivery guys told me to email HD with photographic evidence of damages on the unit the day I received it. They then told me I could request a rebate or new unit once I did so. They told me if I signed for delivery there would be no problem with this. That was a lie. They also were completely unclear...as I later found out...I needed to contact the Samsung department within Home Depot...who clearly doesn't give a damn about customer service or Samsung's reputation. I emailed HD within 24 hours of receiving my refrigerator with photographic evidence...as would be time/date stamped, as I was told to do by the delivery guys...citing damage to interior ice chute and door handles, as well as the right side of the unit. It was such a hassle to get in my house I requested a credit rather than deal with more possible damaged units or damage to my floors and walls again. After being ignored regarding the email (no you sent to the wrong dept or feedback of anykind), I tried calling. I was tossed back and forth between Samsung themselves and HD...each blaming the other and saying the other was responsible. I have been dealing with the Samsung department of HD...which someone finally directed me two two weeks and dozens of phone calls after initial delivery. I have called repeatedly while being told to wait for verification of delivery...which took over a month to procure. This is not at all profressional. As I began to expect, I was told I'm not going to get any rebate and to go away. I used to always purchase Samsung cell phones to this point as well and that ends today after this horrible, unsatisfactory experience and dishonest practices on Samsung's end.

Bought two QLED TVs, the 75 in stopped working after 9 months. Called CS and after talking to six different people and over 2 1/2 hrs on the phone, I was assured my TV was covered by warranty, also received a email with confirmation. Days later on a follow up call when no service was provided, they told me that I had bought from a non authorized dealer and they refused to honor the warranty. How can a retailer sell Samsung products if not supplied by Samsung? Items delivered in sealed original shipping cartons. They lost me for life and everyone I can talk to.

Simply EXCELLENT I called Samsung as i needed my washing machine had some spinning issue and asked for a call back. They called me back within 3 minutes. The person i spoke to was extremely polite, helpful and arrange an engineer to visit in less than 48 hrs. The engineer was from Domex. My entire experience was over and above my expectations. I would strongly recomend Samsung appliances both for the superb quality of their products and their customer service. In fact i already have. Thank you

Suggest you avoid Samsung Mobile Upgrade Programme. It promises lots of freebies and discounts but in reality they don't materialise They then offer Shop voucher discount codes to apologise but when you try and use them you find its s con vouchers unredeemable and zero value Don't trust this lot there crooks and liars.

I wanted to redo my entire kitchen in Samsungs Black Stainless Steel. Bought a Microwave - Had to return the unit two times because they sent damaged product. It literally looked like someone dropped the unit off of a roof there was so much damage. Third time was a charm. Bought a $3500 double oven - once again I had to return the first two because it had a horrible buzzing noise Bought a $2500 fridge - Ice maker does not work properly. Contacted customer service and they said my unit was out of warranty even though it was 8 mos old. Apparently they count when the store purchased the unit from them not when I purchased the unit from the store. Trying to get this fixed. What a joke. Dont waste your time, take heed to these reviews

Worst customer service ever! Always have a problem with them. Their phones are nice but not worth all this hassle. My next phone is going to be iPhone because Apple makes okay phones but they always put their customers first. Samsung customer service is a waste of time.

Samsung Has The Absolute Worst Customer Service O n The Planet! If you purchase anything from them you are a FOOL! & A SUCKER! I will be replace my almost new clothes dryer with a Whirlpool Because Of Their total lack of customer service!

“ Don’t buy their product”. I will never buy a Samsung product again. I spent over 1,200 for smart curve TV. Within a month of my purchase I had to exchange it for a new one because I was getting a black screen for about 5 seconds. Now 2 1/2 years later, I’m getting vertical lines down my TV and of course I am out of warranty. So they sent me to their repair center where I held for almost 2 hours and no one answer. Calling now and no answer...just music ...worst service ever!!!

Very very bad Coustomer service I bought 75” tv from sams was problem in picture they say they will send sumwone to fix & they call say they have to order parts then call & say not available parts so u have to return they came pick tv in January 2019 still not refund my money yeat I call so maney times always hard to rich them to refund department hold more then 1 hours is still 5 month over dint reshive my refund yeat they say my chk is mail on April 27 still not reshive very very crappy Coustomer service & u can not talk to main person in refund department so they can help or solve my issu teach department try for me so hard but they can not get touch refund department in 15 day so they stay in touch with me but finally the gave up to no help or solve my refund yeat crappy service do not by Samsung product

The absolute worst customer service experience ever encountered. Reps will say anything you want to hear but no action is taken. 4 months after order started / still no delivery. But it’s paid !

I have been dealing with Samsung Customer Service about the same issue for the past 5 month, and it still is not resolved yet! I have NEVER had such bad customer service in MY LIFE!!!! You would think that a company like Samsung, as big as it is, would make sure their customers were taken care of! The amount of times I was told my customer service reps that my product was on the way only to call back and hear that they haven't sent it out yet is ABSOLUTELY UNEXPLAINABLE!!! I would say you should think twice before buying a Samsung device or accessory.

customer service was unresponsive and unable to answer very simple questions about an issue with a year old samsung washing machine that had stopped running - took over 3 days just to be informed that they would not be the ones to honor the extened warranty that was purchased at the time of purchasing the washer and dryer - poor response time and poor information provided once the response was given - highly unhelpful and would most likely NOT purchase another samsung product due to very poor customer service.

Received Gear watch for Christmas 2018. Watch wasn't working as of May 2019. Contacted Samsung. They told me that I needed a serial number for the watch.They told me that the serial number would have been on a piece of paper on the backside of the watch! Needless to say after wearing the watch for six months, There was no longer any piece of paper on the backside of the watch. Samsung did not stand behind the watch because I could not find the piece of paper that had the serial number. I did have an invoice from Amazon showing that the watch was purchased on December 2018. Unfortunately, for some reason that invoice did not have the serial number. They will not honor the warranty! UNBELIEVABLE!

Don't buy Samsung s10. It's a trash phone. I am having an issue with signals, camera is blury and looks like a fake camera. The camera quality is very bad. Also the battety timing is not good too. I send my device to samsung, and they send it back to me by saying we didn't find any issues. But I am having these issues, means your customer is lying?
