Tired of the delays. Hung up on twice in one day - first when demanding proof that phone had been returned. Called back and spoke with manager. He finally acknowledged the phone had not been returned to me. The refund was under consideration but there was no timeline. This seems like just another delaying tactic, so I asked to speak to a higher-level manager. He put me on hold to transfer me to his manager, but the call cut off before transfer complete. Please stop with the delays. Time for the refund.

I returned a phone. It was rejected and returned to me and I was told it had "gouges." There were no gouges. I took photos to prove this and sent them to customer service. I was told to return the phone. I received an acknowledgment that the phone was received. I have still not received a refund. When I contacted customer service via email, I was told the phone was rejected again and returned to me a second time. I never received the phone back and said so. I did not hear back via email. I called customer service on the phone. They also claimed phone was returned. When I asked for proof the phone was returned, I was hung up on. At this point, Samsung has simply stolen my money.

Bought our Samsung television less than 6 months ago and the on and off switch has already broken. Contacted Samsung Philippines technical support and they said it was our fault and will not pay for the repair even though we have a 3 year warranty. It is hard to comprehend their response. The television is obviously sub standard we have a Sony television which is still going strong after 15 years. I have complained on facebook and instagram. Don't buy Samsung. Disgraceful company.

25.5 cu ft refrigerator shelf on top of vegetable draw is horrible. You cannot clean a spill like other brand refrigerator. Disgusting Model 260BEA bought 17 th of October 2018 and a digraham was sent for me to move glass clips and glass might break. Horryfing and if I need someone from Samsung to take care of this there is a fee.. Lowe’s would not take it back. That’s another story. None of them cannot do anything For me. Payed $1,228.64 it look like I have it 5 yrs. My attorney general in my state will here of how big awful companies take advantage of us the costumers. Will spread this advategeous care of samsung. Only buy telephone and television. Please don’t by refrigerators it’s a nightmare.

Samsung stole my trade in phone. I am so upset with their customer service. I believe they pay people to just yell at them since they can never fix an issue. I will not be buying another one again. Truly amazing how bad their customer support is.

In August 2018 I purchased two Galaxy note 8 brand new in the store and about two months later one started to give me issues it would not charge it kept saying there was water in the phone even though my phone had never been exposed to any kind of liquid so over the past few months it is getting worse to the point where I can only charge with a wireless charging pad and it dies very quickly. I called to do a warranty exchange with Samsung and got told that they do not replace faulty device that they only offer repairs and the closest Samsung store is a two hour drive away this is very bad customer service they said I can send it in but then that leaves me with no phone for days I have young children so my phone is needed on a daily basis and I paid $800 for each phone so why should I have to go with out a phone because of a defect in the phone I swear I will never in my life spend any money on any thing made by this company again.

Brand new phones turn into paper weights with these gold diggers. New update tashed our phones and there customer service is the worst in history.

I had a broke phone charger that I called in about it was under warranty. I've been lied to twice and then when I call back after 6 weeks they left me on hold for 30 minutes

Customer service from Samsung was abysmal. Had an error with my TV, which was still under warranty as it wasn't a year old, only to be told Samsung can't see an issue, we must be wrong, and they can't do anything. Avoiding any Samsung products in the future.

Samsung have the worst customer service, they do not adhear to their own policy and deny it's customers their stauatory legal rights of return. They have denied my refund and called me a liar, awful service. No customer care at all.

Samsung Egypt decided over the phone that the motherboard of my washing machine is broken and needs replacement in their service centre. Even though I agreed on the visit fees for a technician to visit and diagnose. But he decided it's more convenient for him to diagnose it over the phone and decided on the error as well. Worst customer service in Egypt. I'm sure Samsung co. Is not aware of this con happening using their name.

I bought gear icon x 6 weeks ago, I tried to register them, as they seemed faulty, I was told by Samsung I should have 2 SKU numbers. I didnt, i went to the store, they helped me call Samsung and advice I didnt have 2 skus. They told me to return them, as soon as they receive they would send me a replacement. A week later, I get an email, they need proof of purchase, I sent, a week later, today, I called 3 times. I was on hold 25 minutes, then 41 minutes, then 27 minutes. I want a refund. I will be disputing g the charge and I will call the BBB. This system they have set up is a scam. A sham. Disgusting.

TURNS OUT, Samsung is a real company with a customer service department not a bunch of foreigner's being paid $1 per hr to frustrate (former) customers into submissive apologetic state for ever calling in the first place. Doesn't mean I've actually gotten satisfaction but I do have a manager's e-mail address now. The long cold freeze out is possibly ending, a company with such good products shouldn't have such bad customer service. It's suicidal

I bought a j3.6..cell phone..then after 2 yrs upgraded..my upgrade was stolen..i went to verizon to reconnect my old 1..they did a reset before asking me so i could get my info..password etc..then i had to reset password..thus locking my phone..its been locked for 3 weeks now..no help nust run around from samsung and verizon..then they said if i could prove it was mine for 100.00 send it to texas to unlock..they said google has it locked..i say its a scam..i have hired a lawyer..its fraud..i have to pay half the cost of a new phone to unlock their mistake..or buy a new phone..i will sue..and never by samsung again..or use verizon either..this is a scam.

They have the worst customer service I've ever tried! I got a manufacturing defect in my Note8 screen and the customer service said they need a couple of days to fix it. Until now and after a whole month without a phone, the device is not fixed!

We have a fridge freezer that is 4 years old. Majority of this product is made from plastic. The shelves are glass edged with plastic and it started to deteriorate and discolour. Now we have the edging of the shelves cracking so the shelves integrity is undermined. We spoke to Samsung numerous times and each phone call was responded with GDPR and clarifying that all calls are recorded and monitored. Unfortunately, the person rattling this off from a script did not have a good command of English, so we had ask her to repeat what she was saying. Now this happened every time we called on the same day. We than said that we are returning the call and we really don’t want to go through GDPR and Recorded calls. So her response was that she cannot continue with the call and put the phone down. Bearing in mind we were returning the call. From than on, we refused to take their calls and only communicated by emails. The worse company for after sales service and all there products

The TVs do not come with screws to mount the TV on the wall! They expect you to buy their wall mount with the screws. However, they should at least supply the 4 screws to mount on the wall for those that already have a wall mount! Since they supply the 4 plastic spacers they should supply the 4 screws. Going from hardware store to hardware store take time and money! But the TV is great! Really a bad experience!
