One hour of my life I will never get back. What Samsung Chat line Service do is when they don't know what to do they switch you to a customer review survey. Then when you try to get back in you can't

I bought a 40in TV in 2009, and it was great. Then, I got 32in Smart Samsung, and it is even better. The OTA picture are sharper, and the TV has internet and apps, including YouTube. Sweet. The reason I give Samsung a 3 is because I ordered an S8, because the price dropped in April 5, 2019, from $499 to $399. The order said "Expedited Shipping", but after paying, it says I will get it around April 23. When I contacted Samsung as to why I have to wait 3 weeks (or more?), they gave me a BS line, "we have a large volume of orders." Yet, others say their S10s are arriving within 3 days. Ugh.

TV died 9 days after going out of warranty. They agreed to honor the warranty. Repair and replacement not available due to the fact that no delivery company or technician they work with services the area where I live. They agreed to refund. However - getting to this point has taken over 2 months of at least 2 phone calls a week. Wait time for the refund/exchange department every time I call is at least 1 hour, sometimes 2. Every time I call I am told that whatever action the last person I spoke with agreed to do still needs to happen. They have rescheduled a replacement delivery with a company that does not deliver to my location at least 5 times. There is no continuity of service. Every time I call (and wait on hold for at least 1 hour) I have to explain the entire 2 month saga anew. I STILL have not received a refund. I have offered up my own solutions - even offering to bring the broken TV to another location where it could be picked up. I've offered to take it into a retail location. I've had service reps email or text me but then quit responding. I would give a zero if possible.

Bought a £600 monitor, tried to use samsung warranty to get it repaired, service centre lied about the repair and even danged the monitor more. What does samsung do? nothing just endless emails back and forth even with their manager alex. The service center has 1 star rating and 90% of the reply say the same story as me, Samsung just does not care. I sent them 20+ images of the damage and defect....

FIND ANOTHER BRAND- ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE When I called for service I had to listen to 7 !!!! Sales pitches to buy products which took 10 minutes while holding for a rep- finally I gave up and went for a live chat session- the rep was helpful and then basically just disappeared- just stopped communicating- so i havent a clue if i have a service request ornot and also very irritated that when i call for service I dont want to be pitched another product! Fix my problem quickly , make me a satisfied customer and then maybe I will want to purchase another product but for now - will never purchase another product from Sansung again. And i still need my TV serviced so must now try to locate a reputable vendor to fix my TV. BUYER BEWARE.

Bought a non plumbed French style fridge freezer. Extended warranty also. First of all water kept leaking into the crisper but they repaired that without question but then the water dispenser on the door leaked it got under the coating on the fridge and made it bubble. Wouldn’t repair it because it’s considered cosmetic. Very disappointed as it was a faulty drinks dispenser that caused the problem. I had originally praised this fridge. I still like it but it’s the company’s after sales I don’t rate. The fridge is only just over 2 years old!

They stole a little over 1000.00 from me basically and do not not care I sent them the defective product because they would not replace it and they lead me to believe they would send my old phone back they did not! SO I am out of a phone and money.

I spent a couple months researching what tv to replace our aging Sony Bravia flat screen with, and finally settled on this tv for overall features, size, and value. Major mistake on my part. The Tv arrived undamaged, but once set up (no easy feat for a tv this size!) I excitedly turned it on. the picture was amazing! I was sure I made the right choice. But after just 5 minutes of running when I looked at the tv again, the brightness had for some reason turned so high the screen was almost completely washed out in white. I tried changing settings, resetting the picture and resetting the entire thing back to factory original settings. Nothing helped. I turned it off and back on, and the picture was fine again... for 5 minutes. So I called Samsung, the tech took me through a pile of settings, only to finally tell me it had a problem we could not fix. I expected some offer of repair or replacement for this tv, but when he entered the serial number of the unit, told me my warranty expired 6 months ago? I asked if it was previously owned and he said no, but that Samsungs policy was to actually start the warranty period as it comes off the assembly line. I told him I bought it brand new, and had owned it for ONE DAY! He then told me to mail in my receipt and the "warranty department" would review it adjust the warranty period if they determined it was warranted. A process that could take weeks. Needless to say, I returned it to where I got it from (not qvc unfortunately) and am sad to say after years of purchasing Samsung products, will never buy them again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Please read reviews before buying a Samsung appliance. Our year old fridge stopped freezing Samsung sent out a company to fix it 4 times and the company said its unrepairable, but Samsung didn’t want to hear it and kept sending out this company to do the same exact repairs. We are beyond frustrated and nobody seems to care. It has been a month and half and it’s still not repaired.

customer service is very pathetic. Not giving proper update regarding the service.not update in status of the ticket.bottom line don't go for Samsung electronics.

worst ever customer service, there favourite answer is "we dont know or we dont have information" dont ever buy anything from samsung online shop. order one mobile there say it delivery in 1 or 2 days, today is 4th day but no delivery yet. if some wants to gift some one, most emrassed situation u will face if u order from samsung. the customer support is like 4 years kids, what ever u ask, answer will be i dont know. 1 star is too much, it should be 0 stars for there great work,

Bought a set of appliances thru Samsung direct finance. Never received them in 30 days. Cancelled my order which was a pain of 1 hour on the phone. The next day they sent me a return form to return back the items I never received. Samsung online is the worst, customer care service is just a bad joke.

This was the first time I had to contact Samsung, about a recent update on my mobile galaxy s8. The help I was given was second to none and I came off the call feeling very happy. My problems were sorted 100%. So much so I felt the need to give a glowing review. I would not hesitate recommending Samsung to all my friends and family.

I was screwed on a 75inch TV then I was lied too on how they were going to fix it, replace it ,and give me a full refund and now they want to give me partial payment. They are so pathetic.and the biggest problem I found out was the president stacey Davis. They dont have the truth in them

So when contacting samsung customer support, i didnt feel like waiting on the phone, so decided to start a support chat session. About a repair for my laptop. I told the automatic chat bot what device i was asking about. and it was clearly in the chat when the support agent told me she was reviewing the chat...not only did she take forever to respond, which made me have to ask was she even still there. she totally missed the message where i told what device i was asking about, so she asked what model refrigerator i was asking about.... she obviously didnt read all the messages. there werent many... so she wasted my time. then when the site asked me to give a review of how satisified i was..the bottom options were cut off.. and i minimized my screen, tried scrolling, zooming it and out, to see the bottom options..tried dragging the box. none which worked so i got annoyed and here i am.. next time ill call. their nicer and faster over the phone.

Samsung outsourcing their customer service is one of the most unproductive moves on their part. Constantly have products on their website that are out of stock, but they won't indicate that to you. They will let you order it then tell you it will ship out in 7 business days just for it to be 3-4 weeks later and nothing. Customer chat takes 30 min before someone answers. What a disaster.

Hello I used to buy a lot of Samsung electronics but have to say I will never buy another peice of Samsung equipment,just poor quality ,they always fail ,had shadow in center of screen one prior did same,had enough replaced with Sony just fantastic..
