if I could rate them a 0 I would. I ordered a washer and dryer for them which included delivery and installation. They sent out a third part delivery/installation service that forgot to bring a dryer vent and told em to go buy one myself and install that myself. I clearly don't know how to install a washer and dryer otherwise I wouldn't have bothered having them install them. They also flooded my laundry room in my new house because they did not set the washer up. The 2nd time they came to rectify the situation they flooded my laundry room again and caused a gas leak in my house. My house could have blown up if I hadn't caught it in time. Samsung couldn't even tell me who delivered my appliances, and told me to get in contact with XPO. No accountability on their side.

Bought this fridge because it was time to get a new one especially just gone through a kidney transplant so needed a good working fridge to store fresh produce. Boy did we get a defective brand new fridge. Not even a month, 2 weeks into using this side by side fridge and the fridge compartment was freezing all our fresh produce. To the point where eggs exploded, cucumbers could be weapons, water became ice and the jugs holding them cracked, couldn't even defrost meat properly because it was basically taking meat from a freezer and trying to defrost it in another freezer. Contacted Samsung, a tech came out said the issue was the freezer part had a broken part. Ordered the part, which he came back in 2 days. When he did however come back with the new part it turned out to be the wrong part. So had to wait another few days for the "correct" part to be ordered and delivered. The fridge was ok for 2 days then started to freeze everything again. Called for another service. Customer service was rude and appalling. The rep not only claimed that the phone call made today was the first phone call and that there was nothing in system to say the fridge had been serviced prior, after searching their system he then realised that the tech did come out twice to the property and this was not the first service call. Did not apologised, just brushed it off as if he never said such thing. This time same tech came out claimed it was now the light in the fridge side. Ordered part and then came out to fix it again. Fridge was good for 2 days and then froze everything again. This was getting ridiculous had to throw hundred dollars worth of food out, couldn't even keep water in fridge without it freezing. So we basically had a side by side double freezer. Not only did they did not fix the issue, we had to chase after them and the managers to find out what was happening. When we eventually did they still delayed the refund process. It is the worst feeling especially when you are recovering from transplant and have to be ever so careful with what you eat and how it is stored. The people that took our case did not care about the situation, did not care about our lose because in the end they were not the people going through it. The only thing I now own from Samsung is my phone which they should just stick to what they are good at. Worst customer service once they get your money they will try to delay the process of doing what is right. Once I get my refund I am getting the fridge I should have gotten LG. I do not recommend Samsung for anything other than their phones as their service is horrible. If you had a good run with their product and service, lucky you. But I did not and it was the worst. 2 months of just trying to get our refund back so we can get a fridge so I can recover properly from my very blessed and thankful transplant I got. Still in the process of waiting for refund. If this product actually worked it is a decent fridge, but in my case it didnt even after replacement of 2 parts in the fridge. 1 star for the product but can not even say the same for the customer reps, tech company and managers at samsung.

I ordered a 65" TV from Samsung which was supposed to be delivered on July 22nd 2019. It has been over 3 weeks now that I have been waiting for my TV. So I called Samsung to inquire on the status of my TV. I was placed on hold for 55 minutes the 1st time I called. The lady who helped me whose name is Shafaq Told me that I had to call their delivery service which is ADS. When I called ADS They told me that they can get ahold of me so Samsung instructed them to return The order to their factory. They then told me that I had to call Samsung back so they can send it again. I called Samsung the next day and was placed on hold for 51 minutes this time and told me that they could either have me call back ADS or just reimburse me with my money. I then asked them to please update my phone number in their system and they said I was the only one who can do that which I think is total BS. They told me to go to accounts.samsung.com. I tried to do update my number that surprise!!!! Their website wouldn't let me. Their customer services sucks big time. The people I've spoken to are rude and are very dismissive over the phone. If you talk to a Cherry or Alfred or SHAFAQ, hang up the phone cause you'll be wasting your precious time.

Please do not purchase a phone nor insurance for your phone from Samsung. Samsung is giving the financial Bank; T D Bank permission to charge interest on the insurance and they do it so slick that you dont see it until a year later. I purchased my phone through a promo. NO INTEREST FOR 24 MONTHS. I traded in my good phone for this B S. The customer service team sucks. They put all the blame on the bank. The bank said it's Samsung. I believe the bank. Now I'm on hold again for an hour waiting on Samsung to pick up.

Refrigerator delivered this morning does not work properly. Call the number on the back of the manual and talk to three different people who didn’t even know what a refrigerator was let alone troubleshoot it. They kept reading the manual back to me. So I called Home Depot and they called Sam song and then got back to me and Samsung said call them. I was given yet another number for Samsung that was not the number on the back of the user manual. So they are going to Have a technician call me in 3 to 4 days, To schedule a time to come to my house, for My brand new freaking refrigerator. Really? So I’m guessing now we’re talking about at least a week later before someone comes to fix it? I would send this refrigerator back immediately, except then I wouldn’t have a refrigerator. My God I’ve never hated something this much like I do Samsung, since AT&T.

I bought new Samsung A30 at Slot in Lagos, Nigeria. The Phone developed fault 2 weeks after. It started hanging/freezing whenever in use. After sometime, it will display the message"System UI not responding"or Process UI not working/responding". It goes off at interval, the home page goes blank most times. i reported and they said it has been repaired to no avail. I expected that the Phone will be replaced, unfortunately, they have not been able to do anything since then.

Love my 55" top of the range Samsung TV. But I need 3D glasses to watch it with a double image. Only a year old and level 2 Tech support will be back to me on 24 to 48 hours. With support in a low cost environment why am I forced to be unproductive, wait around and hope I am near the TV. Not good enough

Warranty is terrible. I have all Samsung appliances, when there was a problem, no matter what it was... It wasn't covered under warranty. My phone is also Samsung. I received a Samsung Galaxy watch active as a gift with extended warranty July 18. My adult daughter who purchased it for me for my Bday was told I could wear it while swimming by the store it was purchased at. Also, the side of the box says " Swim-ready Water resistant (5ATM/ 50 Meters". I got it wet when my hand dipped in the water, no deeper than just above where the watch sat on my wrist. It made a weird noise, glitched out and turned black. I dried it off immediately, hasn't turned on since. I called Samsung, they tell me water damage is not covered. Excuse me?? It says SWIM-READY, WATER RESISTANT! ( I know, not water proof, but water resistant should protect it somewhat if its SWIM READY) So what exactly does that mean then??? They said it's not meant for pools or swimming🤷‍♀️ WHERE ELSE WOULD YOU SWIM?? is there another meaning for swim that I am not aware of??? And if it can't hold up to a dip in the pool... then change your advertising, cause you are MISLEADING your customers and its false advertising as well. I have all samsung appliances, phone, tv and now a useless Samsung watch, bought the useless extended warranty as well. I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from Samsung. My appliances are just 7 years old and need replacing as the fridge keeps going on the fritz and the glass top stove burners keep burning at high temp, no such thing as low on the low setting. This has been happening since it was 9 months old and Samsungs famous words are.... "warranty doesnt cover that". I've been a loyal customer of Samsung, even when they wouldnt back up their products. 5 Phones, all appliances, 6 TV's and a watch. I can no longer be loyal. Samsung does not care for nor respect their customers or their purchases. I'm done. So needless to say, I will be switching to an iPhone, Apple watch and appliances not affiliated with Samsung. Clearly Samsung has no faith in their products either if they have to false advertise to make a sale and wont back any of their products. Very sad.

First off Samsung builds Beautiful products - Issue is they Must use total Idiots to design the inside of them. Nothing works as it should. WARRANTY - does not exist - everything has a reason that they are not responsible for building JUNK. Usually they last for one day past warranty - And God Forbid if you Lose your receipt!!!! I called with a claim - they new the model and my name - but because I did not have the Receipt to WARRANTY. When you look at the reviews and see 83% are one star - must be a strong indication that they may be the Worst Company that is in Business selling Anything in the USA. You have been warned - DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG - JUNK - JUNK - JUNK - NO WARRANTY - NO WARRANTY - NO WARRANTY.

I've been a LOYAL #samsung customer for 10+ years. I sent my Galaxy S9+ in 17 days ago to be repaired for a "known system error" - Error Moisture in Charging Port. (It only charged when the phone was off and functioned normal) This phone is MINT. Not a scratch, dent or ding on it. Under warranty might I add.... In the last 17 days I have experienced the most HORRENDOUS customer service in my entire life. It has been a nightmare to say the least. The "repair" department sent me an email that I was being charged $120 to fix LIQUID DAMAGE in my phone. Mind you this phone is "wind proof, sand proof, water proof"..... Although it was never in water. Ever. I called extremely upset and finally was routed to SC rather then the Philippines…. a true victory in itself. A woman I spoke with was able to go get my actual phone and check it out while I was on the phone. She agreed with me, it was in excellent condition and didn't think there was liquid damage. I was transferred to the Escalation Team. I'm assuming highest customer support. I was given a 24-48 hour window that I was assure a phone call. This never happened. I called back again, and was again promised another phone call. Please bare in mind, I was on the phone, on hold, telling the same story EVERY SINGLE DAY just to get this taken care of. I received an email on Saturday night, they decided to repair the liquid damage. Thank you? Even though that's not what is wrong with my phone! Still no phone call. I continue reading email a little later and this is what was repaired all together on my phone: "liquid damage, back cover cracked, abuse, keypad, cosmetics" WHAT THE ACTUAL...… Who's phone are you sending me "Jason"?!?!? So now, en route to my house is this phone. I don't know what was done to it. I don't know who's it is. It certainly isn't mine. I call today and yesterday... "call back tomorrow" I'M TIRED OF CALLING....CALL ME WHEN YOUR SUPPOSED TO. How am I supposed to support a company that has this horrendous service and can't live up to their promises. I'm not asking for a lot. Just someone to talk to.... tell me what happened. Tell me why. Assure me this really is going to fix my problem.... When I get "my" phone back... I will be trading it for an iPhone. A company that can offer steller customer service! Samsung has lost a loyal customer and I hope you all consider this also. I wish I could take a little video of what all of my interactions have been like. Its truly disgusting. I'm going to be posting this on every single review site I can. #callmemaybe #samsungcustomerservice

We purchased $4000.00 worth of Samsung appliances at Orville's last year. The final deliver of all four appliances was delivered on December 26th 2018. We were promised a Rebate from the Samsung company and all paperwork was summited in January of 2019 before the deadline of February. I have called Samsung monthly to find out when this $350 Rebate will be sent. Every month I get the same story. Your paperwork was received we are working on getting the Visa rebates out. It is on the desk we will check and report you request. What kind of scam is this? Here it is the end of July 2019. Never again will I fall for this one. And it leaves a bad taste in dealing with Samsung. I will go to Chanel 4 news if I do not hear from them soon. Patience running thin.

TV of less than 4 months had pixels go bad. Dish tech was scheduled to come out and assess the TV and put in repair/replace needs. Dish tech determined panel and mother board needed to be replaced (on a Friday). By Tuesday, Dish was no longer working with Samsung and the company my ticket was reassigned to does not have technicians in my state (CO). When Samsung informed me of this they said a replacement TV would be sent and I would be contacted within 3-5 business days. 10 days later, I was never contacted. I called Samsung and they said the original request was approved over a week ago. Again, I was not contacted. They have made no effort to expedite this.

First dishwasher that actually doesn't need me to do anything to the dish I put in it. I have done some testing of my own. I am really happy with the Samsung dishwasher. I am going to attach some pictures. I do tests on what I know to be hard to wash as you can see the plate had caked on cheese.

Samsung Laundry: 1. Ecobubble 9kg washing machine developed a software fault within 3.5 years and because Samsung had changed the way they collate Product Registration, they couldn't find ours and refused to honour the 5 year Warranty. This is a fault that only a Samsung Engineer can fix...why send good money after bad. There's no guarantee nor warranty to cover future repairs. 2. Tumble Dryer developed a fault within 6 weeks and took 2 weeks to fix. Samsung sell at premium rate prices, yet their products lack quality and their Customer Service fails appallingly. I won't be buying Samsung in the foreseeable future.

Hi, I had purchased a Samsung UA40D5000PR LED TV in 2013. While purchasing the TV, Shop Owner assured me that Samsung LED TV's don't have any problems till 20 years. It will work fine as compared to older CRT TV's. But after 5-6 years my Samsung LED TV stopped working. So I contacted their service center for repair. Now Samsung started showing their true HD colours. Their Visit Charges: 1000.rs+ 180.rs GST+ 295.rs Engineer Visit extra= 1180.rs Parts or extra charges as per the product with GST. So I booked their engineer visit which was local TV repair Man, not a professional engineer. First he told the total charges would be around 7000 -7500 for Motherboard of TV. I said ok lets do it. But disaster was to come, after 2-3 days he called me and said the company has closed the production of the mainboard. Also you need to replace the TV for 8000-9000rs. I had bought the LED for 58500.rs. So please don't buy any SAMSUNG products, they are cheap, unreliable, NO GUARANTEE for any parts. If you want to take risk, then buy at your OWN RISK.

Samsung have not carried out their promise of a cash back on the mobile I purchased. They say I am out of time as they sent an email asking for more info. which they didn’t. They have no valid complaints procedure. I will never buy from them again and have found many people who have had a problem with them feel the same.
