Hello I used to buy a lot of Samsung electronics but have to say I will never buy another peice of Samsung equipment,just poor quality ,they always fail ,had shadow in center of screen one prior did same,had enough replaced with Sony just fantastic..

Purchased a Samsung Fridge Model: RF24FSEDBSR/AA Side by Side fridge, bottom freezer. I have the same problem since November 2018. Three service calls in with a 3rd party company and the problem is not fixed with the fan. No one seems to want to take responsibility and just fix the appliance. Miele, Bosch may be better products. Tried sending emails but everyone's address is hidden. Wonder why?

The most stupid service they provide 1. Poor installation 2. Comprmise in the quality of the product 3. Heavy noise from 2019 model AC!

Water dispenser in fridge never worked right, we thought it was our water pressure, till it stopped working, repair man asked if it always sprayed water when we chgd the filter, we said yes. He said it's not supposed to. Which explains why it was NEVER right. They won't cover it , out of warranty ..

Every agent I have talked to has done nothing to help me. I am trying to use their chat right now and nothing is happening at all! I bought a S10 and received an email to return my S9 that had a shipping label attached to it. The shipping label is blank or corrupt according to acrobat. It is a nice phone but this has to be the worst customer support I have ever dealt with! ...and I used to be an AT&T customer!!!!

One of the worst experiences. Had my S9+ repaired for broken screen. Everytime I called the person just read the script 5-7 days. The phone was finally returned. Email said tracking ticket issued for overnight shipping and it took 4 days mosting due to package not picked up at samsung. When It arrived it was missing the sim card tray. After several calls, they sent out a new tray just as with the phone the overnight delivery took 4 days. The tray was the wrong one. Another call and the support person was having trouble finding the part number. Told me to call the parts contractor. Went out and bought a tray from a repair store cost $10 and took all of 2 minutes. Called samsung to refund the $10. They would only offer a Samsung gift card good for samsung products ( what can you get for $10). They referred to the contractor company that sells parts, after two days of waiting to talk with someone they said they only sell parts and have nothing to do with samsung. I just want my $10 back. I paid $245 for the repair. NEVER AGAIN. I do like the phone very much.

Purchased Samsung microwave less than 2 urs ago. With in first year started err-83 code. Replaced the door switches and it all started over after about a week. It never works. Never again will I buy junk from Samsung.

The customer service is extremely bad they hang up 2 times in 1 day the phone just because they are not able to answer to simple questions like "Why samsung pay is not working in ireland and if there is any plan of fixing this problem in the near future " and " if esim for galaxy watch will be available in Ireland in the near future " basicly the girl on the phone had no idea what i was talking about, it is absurd for a big company like Samsung to have such a pure customer service and to put on the ireland market at full price products that don't do what they promised to do.. i am a fan samsung, and i feel disappointed. Hopefully they will improve in this side o their business

Absolutely no support for “Ambient Mode” from Samsung. I spent a lot of $ for a QLED tv with “Ambient Mode” that’s supposed to match your wall color to eliminate the big black screen or allow beautiful images as art on the wall. DOESN’T WORK!!! The “Smart Things” app doesn’t work either! That’s the interface to tv for Ambient Mode. I called Samsung 5 times, talked to several pleasant support people, none could help and said I needed to talk to the Smart Things app experts. They would all “transfer” me to those experts but each time there was no one there, I waited 45-60 minutes each time until I finally gave up. Smart Things app doesn’t work, QLED Ambient Mode doesn’t work and there’s no tech support. Don’t waste your money on Samsung QLED tvs.

I brought an Samsung Ceramic Hob in Black_BK.On December14/2018 todays date is February 28th must be the worst thing i have ever brought from day one it stained even with water ,scratched when anything touched it kept coming up error code SE sent J P R Digital Appliances Ltd to repair it which they did. within one day the same error code came up contacted samsung told they would come out and repair it jpr told them there was a crack in the glass and refused to repair it i sent pictures to Samsung to prove it was not cracked then JPR said there was grease on it when i tried to speak to JPR they refused to speak to me JPR are liars . Samsung have refused to repair it or refund me I'am an old aged pensioner and can not afford to buy a new one saved for six months to buy this and just been fobbed off would not buy anything from them again it just shows how these big company's treat people

Have been with samsung for over a decade. They recently had an update which causes the phone (Galaxy J6 ) to restart continually. Sent it in for repairs as their troubleshooting guide on the net did not work. Once they had my phone they tried to charge me £129 for repairs before they would fix the software update. My phone is not broken, it was their update that caused the issue. Customer service was great however the company as a whole are awful & only after profit not loyalty. Will never be purchasing Samsung again will be using their competitors from now on.

I bought a new Samsung refrigerator one and a half years ago. Out of warranty now and stopped cooling. Repairman is on his second trip out to try and fix it. I will have spent almost as much as I paid for it just trying to get it to work. I definitely do not recommend Samsung products, and will never again buy one.

I purchased a 82" QLED TV and right out of the box there was some screed discoloration right in the middle 6" high and 1" thick where the pixel colors were off. Very noticeable on light colors. Called Samsung warranty, no problem we will send someone out to fix it no problem. The technician shows up does a live stream on his phone to show Samsung what its doing and they denied fixing it stating "it does not impact viewing experience." I am appalled that I spent this much money and they won't warranty fix it. This is not how you do business Samsung. The technician was very apologetic and stated he tried to get them to replace the panel. He told me my best bet was to return it where I purchased it.

I bought a Samsung 65" TV from Costco on line. opened the box and hung TV on the wall. When I went and emptied the box looking for the power cord and remote nothing was there. Contacted Samsung, and took screen shots of my order info/receipt from Costco along with the delivery confirmation slip and a screen shot from my bank account showing payment. Samsung refuses to acknowledge this info because there is no model # and serial # on it. What receipt has a serial # ?? I gave the serial # of my TV to a rep over the phone. they still want it in the receipt. TV is going back- shame on Samsung.

Just bought a Galaxy S9 and although the phone is nice, I am getting frustrated with Samsung. After I bought the phone, there was a new update to Oreo. Hate the update. Seems like Samsung is moving more towards Apple is their design and if I wanted that, I would buy an Apple phone. I still have a Galaxy S5 and LOVE it. Wish Samsung would go back to previous update. At least I didn't have to push three more buttons to accomplish something. One swipe and I was done.!! Please reconsider the new update. It is not user friendly and looks cheap1

I have a company tablet that need to be reset as an employee who set it up is no longer with the company and the gmail account information is unavailable. I have been trying to get help with this for 4 months. I have been shuffled from Samsung USA to Samsung UK and Samsung UK is not trying to shuffle me off to Samsung USA. 4 months and no help, just shuffling me back and forth.

Just got the new phone updated for my Samsung S9 very much preferred my phone the way it was before it updated don't like it one bit so hope it goes back to the way it was before on the next updates or my next phone will be an iPhone!!
