I just received my Samsung device back from the repair center. Unfortunately the touchpad does not work. They were supposed to fix the touchpad and they emailed and said that they had replaced the touchpad with the new touchpad but like I just said, the touchpad does not work. I'm really getting sick and tired of having to send the device and packet and wait and not have my device when I need it. Can you please simply send me a new replacement device that works correctly? I'm still under warranty and I'm very very frustrated. I would also like to file an official Complaint with Samsung. How do I do that?

I bought pedestal’s on line. Called they said they would send me a return by email! They didn’t listen to the conversation when I told them I don’t have the boxes or packing foam anymore!! Never got the email! Took them to Home Depot because I ordered from their website. They were going to take them but Samsung put a hold on them Samsung said they would call me. Again never called!!! Called them again today they said they will email shipping labels it will take 24 to 48 hours to get the email again I have no boxes! I will never buy Samsung again and I will explain to family and friends why they shouldn’t

I sent my trade in exactly how they told me, I just received an email saying I didn't do it right and that they are charging me $535 giving me no money for my trade in. I Factory reset and Device restarted normally when I sent it, now they are saying it doesn't, And it's too late to return my phone and get my money back. Samsung special offers are a fraud! I am calling the police!

Appliance store steered us towards all Samsung appliances. I can't say I like these much compared to others I've had over the years. They jave a lot of shortfalls that may seem minor but are annoying or inconvenient. 1. The refrigerator ice/water dispenser has no drip tray, tends to spew ice everywhere no matter how close your glass is, and has no light. I'm also not a dan of the handle-less doors. Takes getting used to as to which way your hand must be turned or which hand to use depending on which door you're opening. Dumb. The ice consistently comes out crushed even when you select Cubed. Sucks. 2. The dishwasher has the dumbest rubber piece at floor level instead of a proper trim/toe strip that sticks out and catches your foot plus looks stupid. Also, how can a diswasher be efficient when it has to run for 2 hours?! 3. The washer has too many settings and often changes the time that was first displayed when you left the machine so you areive back and have to wait longer. These cycles also seem to be way to long. And don't let anyone say the black stinless doesn't show fingerprints. It's worse than a standard paint finish.

I would give Samsung a negative 100 if I could. The customer service is a JOKE!!! WE purchased a new washer/dryer set and after just 2 months our dryer quit working and that's when all the bs started. 5 WEEKS!! That's how long it took us to get a new dryer. That's after sending a repair man to try and fix it first. Everytime you speak to any customer service representative, you have to repeat the problem over and over and over!! It's like nobody takes notes! I will never, never, never, again buy a Samsung product. Poor quality and THE WORST customer service!!!

Worst customer service. Was over 2 hours on the phone about an issue with bespoke appliances, I was transferred 7 times from one dept to another, at the end I heard the urvey/feedback press 1 if dissatisfied and 5 if satisfied, of course I hit 1, but the system said hmm.. sorry I could not understand your response good bye.... Stay away, you won't be helped after purchase.

I can't apply for promotion I have a right on. I bought 2 S22+ and should've got Buds Pro with each. With one phone I got to register and waiting for buds which is not a problem. But with other one I can't register and can get anyone from support to help me

The most terrible customer service ever!!! I ordered to have my S22 ultra cell phone screen fixed, it got cracked on May 27th and paid $116 for it. At this time I was not expecting any issues. I got my ticket number and two emails one being the label to print, and another saying a box was coming out to me. I went on about my weekend. On May 29th I received an email saying the box was delivered by Fed ex to a garage, I don't have a garage. Not Samsung's fault, I get it. Stay with me... I called Samsung and told them I didn't receive the box to send my phone back. Samsung customer service says " I apologize" and says they have put a ticket in to send me a new box. I figured since the other box showed two days later, this second box would be her by today June 2nd. Guess what!? No box! I called Samsung back at 2 pm, told them what happened again, got hung up on, called again this second call today this customer representative was very good. Due to my trouble she refunded me what I had paid and sent me out a new box, however during the process of getting everything situated with the new box, I get dropped into the survey. This meant anoth phone call back. Call number 3: told what happened again, and really feeling frustrated because it's been a good while since I started the calls at 2 pm. Call number three transfers me to a supervisor. This is now call Representative number four and I'm an hour in on calls. I explain the situation, and Im transferred again to warranty. This is now call Representative number five and me explaining what happened yet again. Now I'm saying I did what I was supposed to do and even paid to get my screen fixed I just needed the box. I explained I started this ticket on May 27th we are now on June 2nd and I explained everyone I had talk to and that I had been dealing with this for an hour and 30 minutes. Representative number five once again tells me they are sorry asked to put me on hold to read my ticket at this point I'm scared to even hang up because I really don't want to have to call again and explain what happened again. The phone drops me into the survey again. I call back again to call Representative number 6. At this point I'm heated and extremely frustrated and ask to speak with a real supervisor. I get transferred to another supervisor (call representative number 7) who then tells me that the money that was refunded to me with caller number two will come out again after they receive the phone and fix it. I went off two hours! I was dealing with it for two hours. I did what I was supposed to do, I just wanted my screen fixed and I paid. I went off because at this point my refunded money I paid on May 27th should stay refunded due to everything Samsung is putting me through. Call Representative number 7 puts me on hold and I get hung up on. I called again call Representative number 8 at this point it's been three hours. Point made I'm still dealing and there is no resolve. Sure I'll get the box eventually, but compensation should be made. I did what I was supposed to do in my end... Shame in you Samsung. This is why everyone is switching to Apple.

Purchased 2 damn phones and neither came with a charger and the audacity the representative told me it's because they no longer sending them to customers because of the environment..... samsung suck

Terrible service from Samsung - I'm waiting for more than a month - from the time your service person came to my house on April 20th 2022 - changed some parts, charged me 2914 Rs and it still didn't work - and next visit in 2 days, he wanted another 1500 Rs to repair a Samsung microwave. I said does it make sense to spend 4500 on repair when I can buy a new microwave for 5000 and asked for my money back. He said the money will be returned in a week's time and he took away the parts from the machine for which I was charged Rs 2914. I am waiting since May 1st to get my money back from Samsung - how much time does a multi billion $ company need to refund the money that your service engineer fraudulently took from me? "We assure you to provide the resolution as per Samsung guidelines. Kindly wait for the revert from the team. We appreciate your patience in this regard. The new reference number is 1176765588." Tired of getting same emails from different persons - Ramandeep Samsung Customer Support -1176765588 - Sukhmandeep..2341481858...Salwinder Singh/ Vipin...is it your plan to keep delaying the service so that the customer gets fed up and stops writing or contacting?

On the 26th April 2022, I ordered a Jet 70 Battery in conjunction with another order for the Jet 70 vacuum cleaner itself. To this date, I still have not received the Jet 70 battery. It has now been five weeks (a lengthy 37 days) since I placed this order. At no point was I warned about stock or delivery delays when making the order. At no point have I ever received a single communication about the status of the order. I have wasted valuable time attempting to follow up myself and here’s how it goes: I try live chat and it times out because there are no agents available. I try writing an email, and they respond telling me I must call for e-commerce queries. I call, and nine-times-out-of-ten I get automatically hung up on because there are no agents available (apparently this is acceptable). I've managed to get in touch with customer service agents on a couple of occasions who have no information to offer other than to say that the delivery partner ANC aren't picking up the product. They tell me a supervisor will call back with an update, but nobody ever does. I've asked about getting a refund and they advise me against this as they will “need to gather the appropriate paperwork” and it will take at least 30-days to assess. I've sent emails to two different addresses listed on the Samsung website and no response has been received to any. I've contacted the delivery company ANC and they tell me that Samsung customer service are liars and that they always tell customers that ANC is at fault when the problem is with Samsung and products aren't available for delivery. I have never had such a hopeless e-commerce experience in my life. It's been 37 days and counting with absolutely no communication whatsoever about the status of the order or delivery timeframes and with no customer support system in place to help. I am now stuck with a cordless vacuum cleaner that cost a few hundred dollars which is useless for my 5-bedroom home where the battery life isn’t sufficient. I chose the Samsung Jet 70 because one of its key selling points is that you can “get up to 80 minutes run time by purchasing a spare battery”. I regret buying this product from Samsung knowing that I had the option to purchase the product from another retailer who promised a 2-day despatch. At the time, it seemed most sensible to purchase directly from Samsung, but there is now nothing I can do to change this regrettable decision and it is a hard lesson learned about reading reviews before you buy. This experience is beyond appalling and to be frank, I feel embarrassed on behalf of Samsung Australia. After 37 days, I am stuck $199 dollars out of pocket with a useless vacuum cleaner and no information whatsoever. My next step is to lodge the case with the ACCC. To anyone reading this, please remember your rights under Australian consumer law. If you have made all reasonable attempts to resolve an issue but Samsung fail to cooperate, you have the right to have your case pursued by the ACCC. This type of carry on by a large cooperate is not to be accepted.

I have problem with my Samsung washing machine. After contacting samsung customer care i was informed that service team will contact me. But there is no call from service team, infact i received a msg that no one at home. I contact 3 time and everytime I got the same reply. If samsung can't provide any support what the use of buying a sumsung product.

Never buy purchase or invest in SAMSUNG! THEY HORRIBLY SUCK! And do not ever dare call customer service!! They are cheats and liars and will steal from anyone!! Disappointed customer! I spent a ton of money for nothing!! I want my $,1400 back! Thanks, Rich

How can a business that has such great products have such horrible customer service. It is so bad I've contemplated sending their product back if I will be stuck asking them for the non existent help I need now and may need in the future. It's truly a travesty.

Ordered my Samsung appliances at Samsung.com back in April 2022. It was first saying I will receive my order May 3rd, then got changed to June 2nd, now its changed to June 24th. Trying to call them is a waste of time. You will get someone in India or elsewhere in the world, that has no idea what they are doing and will transfer you from one department to the other and you will get no answers. Never again will I order anything from Samsung.com!!! Worst experience ever.

What made me happy?!? How about for 3 stars you assume I'm not really that happy? Online ordering is really easy and the direct pricing is very competitive - that's ALL you can say for Samsung. The problem I have is they take no control, responsibility or accountability for delivery, and apparently they use the cheapest guys in town. When you order a washing machine and dryer, you have to prepare for delivery by disconnecting the old equipment, draining, etc. So when my order is delayed significantly (and twice), I'm without a washer and dryer for that long. I don't have enough underware for this, and we have a family's worth of laundry piling up until delivery is done.

Bought a new 50” Samsung tv in October 2000. It died in may 2022. I now have to replace it because it just had a 1 year warranty. From now on I just get the cheapest tv.
