WARNING - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG ONLINE I ordered a fridge, it did not arrive. I keep getting excuses about "procedure". I asked for a refund. I am still waiting. The common excuse is that they have not received the fridge from the Brisbane warehouse to their Sydney warehouse and will not refund until this occurs. I stated this is not my problem as I personally never received the fridge. This is 2 months on and still getting the same excuses. The answers are scripted and the CS team are well versed in the scripts. $721.65 down the drain!!!

My Samsung fold 2 has been away for 12 days now being repaired through no fault of my own the phone just started to look like there was ink all over the screen I was told it would take up to 10 days to be repaired but they are now saying another week which means it will have been gone 19 days NOT ACCEPTICAL for a £1649.00 phone i asked for a loan phone but they said no terrible customer service i will have to think twice before using Samsung again in the future maybe time to move to a more reliable provider

Such a shame that we don't have a 0 star review option. I ordered a washing machine on 02/08/22 they said the delivery is going to be on 16/08/22,i've booked a day off from work, i took the old washing machine out and on the delivery day they emailed me saying that is going to be delayed, the new delivery date is 30/08/22, so i've waited with no washing machine until 30/08, i've booked another day off from work and instead of a washing machine i received an email telling me that is going to be a delay, new delivery date 13/09/22.i even called them on 27/08/22 just to be sure everything is fine and they said i will have the washing machine on time. I never heard of something like this before. Very disappointing!

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a GalaxyBook2 Pro 360 four months ago, and two weeks ago the device stopped working; it won't turn on, or visibly charge. No worries, I thought. This is a top of the range (£1400) laptop and Samsung are a great brand. This will be a good experience. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for my laptop to be picked up. They at first refused to allow me to have the device picked up from one address and then returned to another (I'm working away from home at the moment) saying that it was impossible (Their service centre disagreed, and said it was absolutely possible). They then went to the wrong address to pick the device up (neither the address I am at now, nor the address I would want the device sending to). Picking it up from the correct address has to be approved by the service centre, which delayed things again. I did get a call at 8pm last Friday night from someone "senior" at Samsung. They couldn't understand me, and I couldn't really understand them, but I did hear the word sorry. It was at this point that I realised it was pointless trying to push against this. Have a look at the reviews of Samsung and you'll see that it's a surprisingly awful company; this is not going to change.

I purchased a phone and few days after the mobile got switched off automatically. I was away from Dubai and was surprised that Samsung does not support international warranty, therefore i waited till i came back and was hit with arrogant representatives, unwilling to listen to their customers, working like robots and considering that people in front of them are just numbers. Following the diagnosis, i was informed that the mother board needs to be changed and obviously all my data will be lost. How such a brand could be trusted ? How liable is it? Honestly, you can't compare with Apple where the Team is welcoming and well trained and they are confident to deliver high quality service and product to their clients. My experience with Samsung in Dubai was Awful .

I hope someone from top management sees this! I am in desperate need of Samsung addressing my fridge not cooling! My ticket no. is 4166179995. I have to call them almost everyday because my fridge is not cooling and it seems all their repair centers are fully booked and so raises the quedtion about their products quality. I have thrown $$$ worth of food and can't cook, can't store food much more we have a baby at home that we cook food for. So when will Samsung finally settle this problem???? They always tell me that they will pass my case to another repair center. So will I just wait???? Samsung come on!!!!!!! What happened to your company's products & services?????

You can find great deals from Samsung.com when they have new product showcases. However, their deliveries are always late and delayed. Customer service team members always said the item will be arrived on time until the due date. Once the date passed, they start explaining that it happened because of high demands. It happened every time I ordered a product from Samsung.com. And they never changed it. This time they were charged me in Aug 19, and I was informed that mine will be arrived in Sep. 9th (originally, Aug 26)

After talking in the phone with a representative and explaining to him I wanted to trade my 21fe for a 22 ultra the representative told me I would bet 600 in rebate for the phone so i wouldpay 699 and my trade. So I did the online purchase and when Samsung got my old phone in they charged me 600 more. Is sad that representatives don't know what they are doing. Every year it seems Samsung wants you to drop 1200 to 1400 on a new phone. Ridiculous

Bought fold direct from Samsong I have spent three hours on hold trying to get a solution to a under warranty defect. Customer service passed me around and solved NOTHING. Extremly disappointed, been with Samsung for years, trading this overpriced, unsupported, defective junk for Apple. Nice to see that you live up to your 1.3 star rating...way to go!

I pre ordered the Watch5 on August 17,2022. The order number is: US161242279. When I ordered this, I was told it would be delivered on August 26, 2022. The next day I ordered my girlfriend one and that order said the 30th so I changed hers to pickup... On that day mine said the 26th for delivery still, no changes. Not once was I ever notified of a change in my shipping date until today when it changed from August 26th to August 30th. Why was I not notified of this change? I would have canceled the order and changed it to Best Buy for pickup but now I'm just out of luck because an unauthorized change was made without notifying me? What kind of way is that to do business?

Made a 2000 dollar order.....only received my earbuds. Got promises that my order would be here by a certain date from chat agents....Got nothing. Crazy disappointed by Samsung once again. I suggest that nobody orders through the website. You will be disappointed. Be careful! I will take my warning to social media to keep people from making the same mistake I did.

I have had 3 issues with Samsung projects over the last year and have to say that the aftersales service from Samsung was nothing but shocking. Having to repeatedly call them as they never get back to you. Bubbling fridge door took them five visits to my house to resolve after having to submit a request for repair on their poor workmanship 4 times. Also have a washing machine where the paint is delaminating only in one small area at the front of the washing machine and now I have been advised it is not warrantable as it must have been a detergent issue, strange that the rest of the machine is still perfect? 3rdly I had to go to the telecommunications ombudsman to get them to take back a new S22 that is not fully functional with full bars and when you want to make a call tells you it is not on a registered network. I have 90% of my household good Samsung product and that will now change abruptly.

Dear Sir, I have ordered Samsung mobile M33 5G with charger. I received mobile but not charger. The charger shipment was started but with in one hour, it was cancelled automatically. I got this information through email. Immediately I called to customer care and they have given ticket number. I didn't received any email or charger till now. Why the order is cancelled, nobody knows, I am continuously follow with customer care, but they are saying, within 24 hours e mail will be received from concern team. Single email was not came from concern team, why the concern team are not responding, eventhough I am continuously follow up with customer care. But till now, there is no proper information. I called customer care around 20 times, but no progress. Howlong I should wait for charger? Why the order cancelled? They are saying the product might be damaged or defective. But not exactly knows. Why the order is cancelled and returned to samsung office? Customer care persons are not giving proper information. Concern team are not responding. Why? In samsung office, employees work like snail? or cheating customer by cancelling the order without customer information. Such a worst service is providing by Samsung customer care, is it believable? Yes, my experience, very very bad. Why it happened no body knows, the No.1 worst company in the world.

Awful, awful customer service. The warranty on their devices is not worth the paper it is written on. I have been trying to get help for months and I am now at the end of my tether. They seem determined to do everything to not honour the warranty and repair equipment. Their customer services team are deliberately obtuse and you will spend hours going round the houses of their policies, which are non-sensical.

We bought a Stackable Samsung Washer/Dryer in April of 2022. It has never worked since. The product is still under warranty and we also purchased a 3 year Service Warranty. At first after installation the washing machine is not working. There is water coming out from the bottom of the machine. We found out that there is a part/plug missing. went out and get it and have a service person put it on. We ran the washing machine and there is still water leaking. We were asked lots of questions and was asked to do trouble shooting which we are not able to because the washing mashine is installed at an apartment and the tenant will not be able to do that. Besides, it leaks when you turn it on. We spent over an hour first with a technician name Noel, and then his superior by the name of Yearma. Still they ask us alot of questions before they can send a technician to look into the problem. My husband who is a cancer patient and spending over 60 minutes trying to get someone from Samsung to go and check the problem is absolutely unacceptable. He was in pain and aggravated after being push around. Finally after we offer to pay for the service if they found nothing wrong they agreed to send a technician. Even then there is other department that we have to go through.

Samsung is not responsible company. It is like 2 weeks that I was delivered with my refrigerator. it does not work means does not cool. I have paid for it. it is now 2 weeks that I am calling Samsung service. At any time they just transfer me to different departments in order to escalate the case. they just apologize and do not resolve the problem at all. They do not understand at all that we are a family of 3 and we do not have any other option now. the staff seem to be useless in the sense that just ask me to wait until the appropriate solution will be found but they do not do any action. they just repeat for me that it is their framework. they are like robot. I want to return it but they do not accept. there is not any means and way of complaining against even to the higher positions that seem to be involved in this corruption, they just sell the product and do not care if it works or not. it is a nightmare for my family and me now. I would never ever recommend anybody to buy a fridge from Samsung at all.

I bought a Samsung tv 75 inch led and the tv wasn't working and they called to have a repair person come out they gave me a price of 524 to fix the tv then when they called to have the repair person come out they told me it would be over 1100 to fix the tv which isn't what they claimed the first time so instead they decided to just go and purchase a new TV don't know how Samsung stays in business they say one price on the phone then when the repair person is on the way that's if they can find someone to come after multiple calls they tell u something else their TV's stink their customer service is even worse I don't get how they won't fix something for the price they give u over the phone the first time when the tv wasn't even a year old jusy doesn't make sense to me I think they should honor the first price they give you when you call and not two different ones I won't ever buy anything Samsung again they are the worse TV's and when you have a problem they can't get anyone out there to fit it and if they can they give you two different prices

I have been a loyal and long-standing customer of Samsung. I purchase a significant amount of electronics and appliances. In the past, my experience has been very good. However, lately, I had a horrible experience with the repair and customer service of Samsung. I have been very disappointed with lack of responsiveness, unprofessionalism of various staff, and quite shocked at the arrogance that has been displayed and continues to be displayed without regard to customer satisfaction or doing the right thing for Samsung customers. In addition to the problems associated with the mismanagement of repair issues, some of the staff working in the repair centers are unhelpful and exhibit bullying behavior when a customer contacts Customer Service to raise a complaint. In fact, Customer Service has been total ineffective in resolving or managing the complaint. Customer Service keeps promising to have management contact the customer, but these are just words with no action. I would think twice about continuing to be a Samsung Customer.
