1st issue purchased a (gold)ie meaning yellow gold LT Active 2 watch...received box stating gold and contebt was rose gold labels on one side said gold and digital code was for gold then on one side small print unless u know  Abbreviations you would not have caught it The one product code in the middle of AUP C code stated rolls gold package said gold the codes were gold 1 barcode was different talk to customer service the package I received was for a gold watch the product they send me inside was free rolls gold watch it's my fault I was told subpar unprofessionalism....and received a pink gold rose gold instead of the gold one that we made sure was yellow gold watch....We  returned all product ruined wife's birthday... thank u for not doing anything to make better... (have ticket numbers on all issues u suck)Next on list ordered 2 watches active 2 and Galaxy watch 3 huge delay in shipping... Let alone everybody I talk to on the phone to resolve any issue had different education nobody at this place is on the same page or even can say same script... so now i have received a defective product and another ticket and 4 other people with different answer now been another 2 week physically....now 4 hrs of my life not going to get back ... and now being told the ticket submited on 11th has been looked at but no one has acted on it first was told 3-5 days turn around ( kim calma) u are in serious need of  Reducation let alone know your business.. now its the 11th day and i was told 7 to 10 days is turnaround time and now they will expedite my ticket and get back to me .. possibly this week or next ... but with all that has happened samsung u as a whole i would say 2 out of five on Google.. and negative 12 on customer service.. i have all in my account go check .. u will respond and i will continue to make little post to make sure u do fix  this ....waste of my time money and memories that u have ruined .. im no one obviously in ur eyes but u will know me......(ticket # 4158768973.. and the rest on my account ill verify when you respond.....)

Bought a range and microwave thru Best Buy. They were delivered March 27. On April 15th ran the self clean option, the glass in between the doors shattered. Called Samsung they set up for service. The service company called on the 16th to say they would be out between 10-12. They never showed up. I called Samsung they said they didn’t have the part and they would order a replacement would take 5-7 days. Called Best Buy today the 22nd. They said I would come in the store and pick out the range and set up delivery. No one at Samsung told me this, so I called them. Then they tell me the exchange is in the return products department and hasn’t been approved yet and it would either be Friday or Monday before it’s approved then I contact the store for the exchange. No one told me that on my call onTuesday so here I sit with a broken oven for a week and will probably be another week or so for a replacement. If I hadn’t already ordered new cabinets I’d go with a different brand, but this size range was measured for the cabinets to go in both sides.will never buy anything from Samsung.

Slide in gas range purchased in April of 2019. Look beautiful however, stopped working. Called for service. $100 to come out and diagnose problem. Fine booked appointment. Prior to appointment they call $530 for parts to fix the range, though they havent even inspected it. $125 per labor. Cancelled appointment, bought a new range. I will NEVER buy a Samsung product ever again!

The Samsung care + protection plan if you miss 1 payment it is canceled and the only way to restore it is to purchase a 24 Month protection plan.

I sent my tablet to be repaired. They took out my my tray card along with my SIM card. I called and asked for it to be sent back. I was told they will be shipping me a new tray card and will take 2-3 business days. It’s been a week I haven’t received anything. I called and they told me they just processed it and will take another 2-3 business days to mail it to me. SERIOUSLY!! do you guys not work? What is taking so long to mail a tray card that you guys forgot

Purchased a washer that was defective and they take forever to get back to you with your concerns. Spoke to John and Ralf who were no help and just kept me on hold for more than 2 hours. They will tell you they will call you back and never do. Have been without a washer for weeks and now have to wait for the refund to be approved which I know is going to take them forever. After reading comments, it is concerning that Samsung does not care at all about their customers and all their bad reviews.

I contacted Samsung because of a trade in offer I was to recieve ( Angelus Clemeth Ablaza ) A wonderful customer service representative went above and beyond! She should answer every phone call! Beyond appreciative!

If I could but less stars I would. I purchased a stove on the 15th of this month and called them to ensure the delivery. (1 there is no manager or supervisor to speak with and never got a call back. I call about 5 to 10 times a day. I called the delivery company they never got the order to do the delivery. (2 I spoke to a lady named Crystal today who first said my bank blocked the order which I know is false cause the funds have been taken from my account. I called my bank which confirmed. I have bank of America which is one of the best so they called with ne on 3 way. Chances are great cause Crystal answered again. She then back tracked and said she did not say the bank blocked it but could not say why it is blocked. They have them in stock she confirmed that. Still I have not received any call from anyone who could give me any answer to what is going on. Too bad cause I loved my Samsung TV but I also did buy them from best buy. Never had to deal with Samsung themselves before. Worst customer service experience I have had in my 38 year old life.

I contacted Samsung Customer Service because my 50" LED UHD TV (purchased almost 4 years prior) suddenly stopped responding to my smart remote other than to turn on and off. Making matters worse, my sound bar started emitting a loud horn-like sound instead of audio. The customer service person was able to direct me to re-connect the remote with the TV and re-set the sound bar. Problem solved in under 10 minutes! Not the first time that Samsung has come to the rescue for me...highly recommended!

My refrigerator was down for about 5 days. i have requested for a service but no one has called me..i can't have it repaired outside as it voids the warrenty.samsung after sales service sucks

Samsung Galaxy S7 failed only few days after the warranty period and they ask a ridiculous amount of money for repair. Never again Samsung. Buy the cheapest smartphone on the market, still better than Samsung.

Worst experience I have ever had with any appliance company! Took forever to get my microwave and when I plugged it in- it was defective. I tried to get them to fix it and they said they don’t service my area. They said they would refund me instead but they are still arguing with me about a duplicate receipt I got from Home Depot. They refuse to simply look at their OWN records to verify that my credit card has been charged. Don’t buy their garbage products and their customer service is even worse!

Don't have access to wifi and it won't let me download phone updates with my data. Also, samsung has no feedback were I could have wrote this to them on my phone. And maybe got the issue resolved. Now I am just upset that I have wasted all of this time for nothing.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! REGRET ever buying my phone DIRECTLY FROM SAMSUNG. First got my order wrong, THE ENDLESS HOLDS, HANGUPS, EXPLAINING THE ISSUE WHEN TRYING TO RETURN, OR EXTEND THE RETURN POKICY SO I'M NOT AT OUT OF MONEY AND PHONE. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SAMSUNG TECH.

do not!!! buy a samsung phone if you do not want to end up in the mad house. Contacts are all over the place and none. Contacts do not save etc. calls for friends show as unknow number etc, hours spent trying to solve issue, still no answer. do not buy samsung phones if you value your sanity!!!!!!!

Tl;dr: don't count on getting an out-of-warranty device fixed at the service centre. They will ask you to change a whole bunch of unrelated parts without even checking if it's needed, and charge you for more than a new device is worth. My GWA2, out of warranty since 2 months back, just one day decided not to power on. It would either keep rebooting every 5 seconds, or be totally unresponsive. Never showered with it, never swam with it. Brought it down to the service centre, they told me that there was water corrosion, and they were able to tell me this in just a 30 second "diagnostic" which they were somehow able to do without even opening the device up. To fix this, I would have to change the PBA, battery AND the rear case (the latter two of which were apparently not even needed, but it just had to be done together), and they wanted to charge me $280SGD. Asked if it would be possible to speak with the technicians to understand why all three needed to be changed, but was told they were simply too busy. Well of course, they'd be busy, with all these extra parts they didn't need to change in the first place.

Samsung cares nothing about their customers. They lie. They don't try to resolve the issue. I ordered a Samsung TU7000 70" tv on 4/6/21 and was told it would be delivered on 4-13-21 between 900 - 1300, so I took time off work to be available for the package. As of 4-7-21, I hadn't received conformation of my purchase so I called Samsung. The lady apologized an sent several emails including "tracking" with AGS but all tracking ever stated was "in transit". It never gave any location. Then on the morning of 4-13-21 I get an email from Samsung @ 9:13am that received my order, then seconds later I receive another from Samsung stating they had "processed my order and confirmed my payment and will send my shipment. Look for an email with a tracking number soon." Now I'm angry! My order is expected to arrive and they are just now processing it. So I call Samsung. While I'm on the on the phone with them, I get a text from the carrier stating, "delay in delivery. when package arrives, we will reschedule." At this point I'm furious and demand to speak to a supervisor. While talking with him I get a third email from Samsung stating, "Your Samsung order shipped today". The superior then tells me I'm not getting emails from Samsung, so I read him the email address and ask if that is Samsung and he says yes but those are automated and should have been sent when my order was placed. Should've, could've, would've but they weren't! I finally talked with carrier and they now confirm they have package 4-16-21 and will deliver 4-19-21. Almost a week later than promise and another day I'll have to miss from work. They told me the carrier would schedule on a day that was convenient, I told them; " 4-13-21, THE ORIGINAL scheduled day WAS convenient for me." Samsung offered my $75. That doesn't cover half a day pay for me. Samsung LIED! They didn't process and ship when they should have. They inconvenienced the customer and really don't care. I requested a sound bar (HW-A450) to make up for their mistake but they refused. Since they think so little of me and my time I want a member of the corporate office to contact me and explain why their customers don't matter.
