I have a Samsung 2070 printer and it is the worst thing ever made. Doesn't stay connected, scanner is very poor, when it works. Will never buy another Samsung product. Pure junk, no support and is the most frustrating piece of equipment I have ever owned.

I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years with multiple TVs, appliances, and phones. So it was really disappointing to see that they don't stand behind their products at all. Worst customer service I have into since VW. My nine-month-old phone stopped charging and they refused to support it or even allow their service centre to work on it.

Got Samsung Ultra 21. Love all the features, reason I did give a 5 stats was because it's missing where to plug auxiliary. It's so high tech that they forgot not all items are wireless. Had to purchase an adapter for my car to listen to music. I've a Samsung customer for 20+ yrs. I always like the idea that they were not like Apple, that u had to purchase everything separately, with this new phones they made exceptions, when they came out it came w airpods and charger, now you have to purchase them separately. No bueno!!!

Worst phone ever & customer support, is horrible!!! 3 month old phone/lemon & they won't stand behind their product! I wish I would have read the reviews 1st. Poor company, products & service!!

I have enjoyed samsung products but over the last 2 years I have had to deal with their customer service department for refunds and technical issues and they are horrible. If your issue isn't resolved in the first call then don't expect it to be fixed anytime soon. The customer service department, even with a ticket number is often confused and will require a complete retelling of your issue and what happened with your last call. I constantly spoke with agents that had no clue what had happened the call before. Beyond that they often found that the previous agent didn't do what they had told me they would.

Started with my s21 ultra order. The website would not let me check out. I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't figure it out and it would take 3 days to find someone who could help. I eventually found a way to check out on my own. Then the delivery if my phone was late, had to call customer service, once again I was told it would take 3 days to even find someone who could tell me what's going on. I gave them one final chance, and ordered the ear buds pro. I knew they shipped out of texas, so when the day my item would be delivered rolled around and my product hadn't shipped I knew it would be a while. I decided to cancel my order and just buy at a local store. Customer service told me 3 days in a row they couldn't cancel my order that day. I was heading out of town for a few weeks and just knew the order would be delivered while I was not home. I finally had someone in customer service tell me they would cancel my order, but it would take 3 days to cancel. I told them it's unacceptable and I need the order canceled right away. They said it would be, well I get an email an hour after getting off the phone stating my order had shipped. After checking the tracking I discovered that the shipping label was printed but the order had not been picked up by FedEx. I called customer service again, they stated they could not do anything since I had "shipped" and that I would have to call fedex and refuse delivery. I called fedex and they said they could not do anything until the item had been picked up by them. A week later the item was picked up by FedEx, I called to cancel the delivery. They said it would be and it would be returned to samsung right away. Well it was, then samsung shipped it out again. Eventually I got the item nearly a month and several head achs later. I have shipped it back to samsung unopened with a return label attached. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for 10 years but after this experience I will be switching for sure. Pixel and oneplus are great alternatives to samsung and I have heard their customer services actually helps and doesn't lie to you.

We loved Samsung products are TVs phones all kitchen appliances and laundry machines are Samsung than problems started the so called black stainless pealed off even following cleaning guide closely the refrigerator shelf’s are flimsy so far we bought two at 100.00 dollars each . The knobs on the stove fall off a design flaw of how the snap ring can stay on the shaft’ can cause the customer when cleaning to double the rings and break them (each knob Is 100 bucks ( seams to be a theme? ) than the new washer😡 ordered in the start of November asked store to be sure to note it was to be LP gas ready they tell us it don’t come with a kit countless calls and hours on the phone contact’s to Samsung Also J andJ the company supplier no part 🤬December January 😡February 😡March! Part on Back Order ! Machine sits in the garage gathering dust Appliances still. Pealing IS This A company you want to Buy from ! LG life’s good maybe they will stand behind there products 🥺

Refund due to defective washing machine Worst customer service (washing machine) I have ever experienced. 1 - Had a computer tech company contact me to repair the washer. Had to re-contact to get a washer repair person. New showed for 3 appointments over 6 weeks. 2 - Decided to go for refund and get rid of the problem washer. It took 3 1/2 months, multiple phone calls, sending (e-mail, as text attachments, faxed the form and pictures) pictures of washer label that they could never find 3 - Called at least 8 times and was assigned a new tracking number each time 4 - Finally got paperwork for refund to fill out and send in, and again multiple ways of sending it. none of which could they seem to find. 5 - Followed all of their instructions to finally get told by a customer service person that the procedures had changed - WHOOPIE, NOT 5 - Got a really shock yesterday in the mail - my refund check arrived. I'll cash that today in case they should try to rescind it. I would not put that past them.

My stove wasn't even a year old know broke letters fell off and heat from over discolored my stainless steel kept sending in proof of purchase 4 times always someone says their sending parts now I get a call it's out of warranty my whole house is samsung but any thing else I buy will be a different company Not worth the aggravation. Don't buy there products if you need help you get the runaround Lolita

Where do I start? We purchased a new Home Audio system through Samsung directly on Black Friday of 2019. It wasn't working right over the summer of 2020 and we thought it was an issue with the optic cable. Finally got around to getting a new optic cable and connected it to find that the issue was the same and since I was next to the unit, I could hear that it sounded like it was rebooting over and over. I googled it and found that this was an issue that happened over the summer to MANY customers worldwide and the option to hard reset is not available so it has to be sent in to be fixed. I called to have it fixed and asked that it be free of charge since the issue is at no fault of my own and was told a ticket would be created. I contact the Techeim Inc where the person I spoke with said she needed to speak to a manager and put me on hold. The call was disconnected. I received 3 phone calls back but she pretended she was unable to hear me each time. I called back and spoke to ANOTHER representative who advised our unit was from 2015 and was way out of warranty. I then questioned him as to why we received a 2015 product when the item was purchased in 2019 which he was unable to answer. We are what we would consider loyal Samsung customers...appliances, phones, watches, TVs, home audio systems (2 of them) and we get the runaround on a service repair that is a Samsung software issue and will never purchase another Samsung product again.

One star is giving them too much credit. Their "Processes" and appalling customer service is unacceptable. Had issues with a month-old dishwasher. They claim they couldn't find a repair person within 100 miles radius. Therefore, they would refund me. First I was told as soon as I text them the pictures of the refund agreement, I could have a direct deposit (secure) set up so payment would be received in 1-2 days. After I sent the paperwork, the story then became a mailed check - that wouldn't be processed for 14-21 days. So now I have NO dishwasher and now have to wait another month for the check to arrive and then use my time to find and buy another dishwasher .... and let's not forget that I will also have to pay to have this one recycled. *Please note - hand washing dishes isn't the end of the world. It's the PRINCIPLE of Samsung giving no regard or taking into consideration their CUSTOMERS' time and value. I will NEVER EVER buy another Samsung product again. Never!

I bought a galaxy s21 plus straight from the company .The speaker phone didn't work right from the get go . They made me go back to my old phone and send the new one back so they can refund my order and if I chose to I can rebuy the phone. THEY DON'T STAND BY THERE PRODUCT

Horrible experience. Ordered Note20 Ultra 5G 512GB phone. Received it and phone had blue pixel line across screen. Called and they offered to replace but I would have to return phone and wait until they received it then they would ship replacement phone. Or, I could cancel order, would get refunded and they would ship new phone with new order. Opted for choice 2, got new phone and returned faulty one. A few months later I realized my memory on new phone was 128GB, not 512GB I originally ordered. I called to see how I get the correct phone and got the run around, it was too much time passed for price match, so I'm stuck with smaller memory phone even though I paid for bigger memory. What a rip off!!!

Absolute worst customer service. Never ever buy any Samsung washers. Bought first on. Within a year, the washer was shaking and vibrating so bad it was moving 4 inches across the floor eveytime. You have to spend hours and hours on hold with customer service. It took 4 phone calls before they would even let me talk to someone to send a proper repair man out to look at it. Let me say the washer was always level, and never overloaded. Repairman came and send the cost of repair outweighed the cost of machine. It was over a 1000$... after fighting with them as the machine was still very new I got warranty to cover a new one same model. Began having a drainage issue with it 6 months back. Was actually lucky this time as they ran through the support system a little faster and sent a competent repair man. Now, 2nd machine is doing the exact same shaking and moving along with a leak now.. called Samsung... spent over an hour on hold the first time... the service person finally picked up and could not hear me.... this has happened now exactly three times and still on hold right now for third time today. Absolutley done with Samsung home appliances and their terrible customer service that they refuse to fix. They shouldn't even be allowed to manufacture home appliances now at this point by how much they break down with terrible support help to fix even minor issues. Buy any other brand but them!!!

Bought £550 Samsung TV. Lasted 4 years. Totally packed up! Advised not economical to repair by technician. Consulted Samsung today - not remotely interested! What a surprise. Couldn't care less. No more Samsung anything for me from now on thanks! Be warned!

My tv remote has been getting hung up and would not change the volume. Called customer service and a very nice gentleman helped me to reset it and it worked for a mere two days. Tried the same same steps and was able to get it to work for as long as the tv was on. Well, got tired of having to unplug my tv constantly and resetting the remote and called customer service again yesterday. Had a lady on the phone, whose name I could not understand, anyhow. She had a different kind of vibe from the get go and during our conversation of trying to fix the problem and I tried to figure out what she was talking about, she had the nerve to tell me, “if you would just let me talk”, that was the first, oh heck no, for me. Long story short, we were not able to get it to work and she told me I needed to purchase a new remote. Wait up, isn’t my tv still under warranty? She told me no, and I was like, talking to my husband in the background asking when we got the tv, and I told her again, it should be still under warranty. She kept on saying my warranty expired, well me thinking Ialways buy extended warranty on all major purchases. Plus I we have 4 tv’s, so I could not exactly remember when we bought the tv. She kept saying there is nothing I can do in a very annoyed tone. So I was like “ attitude is not necessary low voice. Anyhow, she said no. I replied, “ I guess this is how Samsung is making their money”. She gave me a number to call to buy a new remote. I was frustrated at that point. She asked me if she could help with anything else to which I replied “no thank you” and hung up. So not even 5 minutes after that call I get a text message (never gave HER my cell number. Gave her my home #. This lady sends me, the customer, this message. And actually you had the damn attitude over the phone. I was nothing but nice and you had a nasty attitude because your tv is years out of warranty. Fix your attitude. Not my fault. Oh and I am the supervisor. Have a great day!! What the heck? Who or what gives you the right to send a customer a nasty text like that? She took it up on herself to go into my customer profile from a recent call and use my personal information to send me this text? Samsung is making some bad choices for their representatives who find it necessary to send this type of text to their customers. Very unprofessional to say the least!

horrible service from Samsung Prism services for Refrigerator repairing.since last 5 months they just tried to make fool of us. Intially when referigerator was not cooling they directly said gas problem and we asked to go for it .. later in january again cooling problem and water was dripping then they said some wire problem and pcb problem ... again in march the same problem with cooling and again they are saying gas problem again Pathetic service: technician doesnt know snything .. i dont know what service they did last time..never go for prism services from samsung. Today again they came from prism services Mohan and he just tried create video to make the refrigerator completely gone and spoiled completely as we complained to Prism services. Now that guy says sir it’s completely gone and now you have to buy new refrigerator. now i am planning to sell the referiferator...because they are charging us on some other stories and fooling us. Horrible horrible horrible service from Samsung and Prism services.

Wish I didn't have to give one star! Brand new TV, just hooked up and would not connect to remote. Chat, message/text, 3 separate people through 3 separate phone calls and no help. Gave email address and ALL info requested and they couldn't bother to contact me when they still needed more info. I cannot say how BAD the customer service/support is, just that it is NON-EXISTENT! Thankfully, I can return the product, explain to the store and never attempt to purchase this brand again!!

I would not recommend or go with a Samsung product anywhere or in my home at all Been trying to get a resolution for a missing TV remote and was told if I could get my receipt that they would take care of it it’s taking some time to get a receipt because documentation I had to find and now that I have it they push me off to another company that handling the remote bad customer service just bad
