The first phone I received was glitchy and dropping connections. In the process of returning the phone and purchasing another there was no case available which was free due to the promotion. The representative told me I could keep my current case, which I asked him to make a note of and he said he did so as not to have issues over a free item. I then returned the phone with the air two Air Tags after I received my new Ultra with only two tags and no case due to its unavailability. The following business day I received an email stating the return could not be processed due to the missing silicone case. I promptly called customer service to resolve this ridiculous issue over a free item with a stated price of $7.50 before being free with the promotional credit for purchasing a $1,500 phone. After an hour on the phone banging my head against the wall they refused to budge on letting me keep the case and processing my return without it, even after seeing my new phone was shipped out under the same promotional terms without a case. There was no note as I had requested of the previous customer service rep stating I could keep the case, as I had feared due to his statement that "it was free", and he didn't think it would be a big deal, which I had a strong feeling otherwise, therefore I asked him to make a note of it. I don't want an empty apology, I want the situation to be made right. As a spokesperson for a company, I expect that company to honor what their employees state. It can easily be verified since calls are stated to be "Monitored for Customer Quality". I am disgusted that after purchasing 5 Ultras in the last three years I'm being treated this over a $29 top retail silicone case that is supposed to be black but is actually blue. This is the last Samsung item I will EVER purchase. That includes washers, dryers, televisions, computers, phones, tags, hardrives, and any other items I would have considered purchasing. Unlike Samsung, I honor my word. When your customer service is that ATROCIOUS, the quality of the product is irrelevant.

Purchased a brand new TV. Initially, the screen kept on going out. A piece of insulation between the board, and the screen was defective. A new screen is placed at that time. Now I have a pixel that is defective on the screen. I’ve had this TV for three months and Samsung has had to come to the house to fix it at least four times. Horrible customer service and horrible quality of products. I will never buy another Samsung ever again.

I have a Samsung laptop which I love. I wanted to buy another. I went to Samsung.com to make the purchase. Their system needed to verify my email address. Over three days they sent me 10 different verification pin numbers, none of which worked in their system. It took three days because their system kept shutting me out because I was "asking for too many pin numbers." Their chatbot is not set up to handle ordering problems, and there is no means on Samsung.com to talk with a human being. Utterly f**king useless.

They have the worst customer service! I bought a dishwasher from Homedepot online. One small part, the connector nut, is missing in the package. I contacted Samsung Canada on the day of receiving the dishwasher, provided purchasing receipt and delivery receipt I got from Homedepot. They still refused to correct their mistake and send the missing part to me. It’s really hard to deal with their people, they just use all kinds of excuses to refuse to provide service.

I transferred over to dealer support and waited over 2 hours on the line just to he told they weren’t working that’s day. I would’ve appreciated it if I was informed about that before wasting 2 hours of my day.

After years of being a loyal costumer, samsung disappoints again. After numerous orders from the legit website , I recived an email stating we'll get a free pair of ear buds as a gift due to my previous order. I've got in touch with support as the free item didn't arrive after a month of waiting for it, but apparently the offer started thr day after my purchase, but in the email it never started we'll get them just if I oreded them in a specific periid time. Very disappointing .

Samsung TV cust. service. Never have I been spoken to with more condescension as I had today with cust support. Nasty tone. Tried to convince me that it was cable comp I had to contact. It was not. No apologies from person when I proved I was correct.

Bought a dryer in November of 2024.. Didn't work upon arrival. 3 months later, still not fixed and I have spent countless hours being given the run around.. The Customer Service department is a joke.. they just pass the buck every time you call to check on your repair status.. Will NEVER buy another product from them.. If I could give zero stars, I would..

I purchased the Refrigerator where you can change the panel fronts. Upon delivery you only get the one color and then have to order your chosen color from Samsung. It has been almost 5 months and they sent partial panels but not all of them. I spoke to customer service, who I might say are of no use, and they wanted to refund me for the cost of one panel that did not arrive, but to do that I would need to call the police and do a police report for a missing package! So, my question is, this is a 4 panel refrigerator, why would I want 3 panels in one color and then 1 in another? They did not seem to understand why I was not wanting to call the police nor have mis-matched panels. NEVER again will I deal with them. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE....avoid their products.

My washing machine was making banging noise when spinning phoned Samsung for two months and still not repaired and it’s only ten months old I’ve always had Samsung but I’ll never buy again customer service not good at all .

Never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service- Samsung. I was connected through tmobile. The rep for Samsung had such bad English that I just could not understand him and had to keep asking him to repeat his statement. Spanish was his native language. He eventually hung up on me. Thus I will never, ever purchase a Samsung phone again!

I regret not checking reviews before purchasing a Samsung TV directly from Samsung UK’s website. Be warned: their advertising regarding sale discounts is misleading. The discounts they promote are not genuine—they frequently adjust the sale price and the advertised discount. This behavior appears to breach the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs), which prohibit misleading commercial practices, including deceptive pricing and advertising. What’s even more disappointing is Samsung’s response. When I raised this issue with their customer service, they dismissed my concerns entirely, stating they can change their pricing at will. I’ve repeatedly explained that the problem isn’t the price itself or their terms and conditions, but the inaccurate and misleading advertised discounts. Yet, they refuse to address the core issue. In summary, avoid Samsung. Choose a reputable manufacturer that upholds integrity, values customer feedback, and doesn’t rely on misleading sales tactics.

Samsung Customer Service keeps giving me the runaround. They continue to sidestep my question rather than respond to it. I spoke with Samsung Customer Service for a long period without getting any results.
