I am very disappointed with the purchase of my BeSpoke Fridge. Actually not the fridge its self but with the misleading by the customer service reps at Samsung and the lack of help from them once the purchase was made. I was told MANY times before I made the purchase that I would be able to watch tv on the family hub if I had a Samsung Smart TV, which I do, purchased in 2021. BEWARE, this is not a true statement, what they don't tell you is that it will apparently only work with certain models of Smart TV's. I guess I have the wrong model but I can't get anyone to confirm that. When I've contacted them by text, phone etc. I never get an answer and am transferred over and over to different "experts". The last straw was today I was told that the family hub can only connect to a smart phone and not a TV! Which I know is incorrect! Does anyone there have any idea what they're doing? They were very quick ,online to ask me several times if I was ready to purchase but now it seems that no really knows what they're doing. I realize this is not the worse problem to have but when you purchase something it's important to have all the information to make a decision. Don't get me wrong, the fridge itself is great, love the beverage center, the interchangeable panels etc. but I'm actually thinking of returning it just because of the customer service.

I purchased a Samsung gas hob…NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. One of the hobs stopped working and after several week of being referred to a company that did not have gas engineers it was agreed it needed replacing. This should have been straight forward but Sumsung make life as difficult as possible. They have set up three companies and the one dealing with replacements never had any stock, probably on purpose, and so could not provide a replacement. But if I wanted to buy a new hob I could get one immediately. When questioned they said there is no way they could transfer or get a replacement from the other part of Samsung. Then came the iron curtain when they REFUSED to escalate this any further leaving my family now unable to have a Christmas dinner cooked as 4 months later I am left in the lurch by Samsung. If you are reading this BEWARE and NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT. I never will and am in the process of changing my phone and everything else. Worst company I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE

They make it look like there is customer service but it appears that there is not any. You are queued up and told to wait for 2 hours and then after about an hour they message you saying they will not be talking to you and they terminate the message.

Absolute trash, buy anything else. Will sell faulty products and waste hours of your time refusing returns or any support. Samsung is evil.

Terrible service. Zfold flip 3 broke after less than 6 months. Didn't fix but gave me no reason as to why not.

We recently moved into a new home and bought a new french door refrigerator and, a month later, a new dishwasher. First the refrigerator: 4 months after purchasing it, it stopped cooling in the freezer. I called Samsung for a repair, which was fairly easy. The tech came out about 4 days later, which by that time, the refrigerator section had also stopped cooling. Tech needed to order a part and come back a week later. Samsung said to make an itemized list of what was in the fridge and send it to them for reimbursement. My fridge was ultimately down 7 1/2 weeks. At one point, a Samsung rep said they would reimburse some of our eating out expenses since we are a family of 5 with no fridge. They finally got me a new refrigerator (I am literally filing a claim as I type because the ice maker is broken and the dispenser leaks). It has been 3 weeks trying to get my spoiled food reimbursement and dining reimbursement. They said they won't do dining even though the rep told me they would. My spoiled food itemized list came to 380 and they said the max they do is 200. Now, to the dishwasher...it is also broken, only 3 months after buying it. It leaks all over my floor and, according to the rep, I now need to have that replaced as well. I will NEVER buy Samsung products again. It is junk; the customer service knows nothing and doesn't follow through with what they say they are going to do.

The delivery company is terrible, their automated call system doesnt work and they have never delivered on time. I have had to spend hours and hours tracking down orders.

WARNING if you purchase a washer and dryer and add a different color pedestal because the matching color is out of stock your choice of machine color will be changed without warning to the pedestal cover. Check your basket before you buy or you'll fall into botville where no human exists and they will try to deliver the machines despite them not being what you chose and then you have to spend days trying to get your money back

Using the same port for audio ports as the charger is the most asinine thing I've ever seen. The port gets worn out quicker and I can't hook my phone to audio without it I disconnecting constantly and having to stop to reconnect my phone. I mean are they seriously being THAT obvious that they WANT your phone to mess up so you have to buy a new one? Well backfired this time. I've used Samsung for as long as I can remember but I'm done with this junk.

50” 4K TV quit in less than six months after purchasing. It’s been a month and two repair visits later, still no working tv. I was issued a replacement ticket but not furnished any other info. I called Samsung and still no satisfaction. I was told to wait a couple more days for trucking company to call and then it would be and additional 10-15 days before new tv is delivered. So far, no one has called me back, ever, from Samsung after many promises to do that. They have no customer service. You’re not a customer to them but a victim of them.

WARNING Don't pick a pedestal for your washer that is a different color as Samsung will change YOUR choice of machine color without telling you. No mix and match, I guess that's unacceptable, horror! out of the box!! Even if you did it so it would ship and arrive at the same time as the machines THAT ARE BEING INSTALLED. Then if you try to correct THEIR mistake they won't let you, and they will send the unwanted machines and try to shove them down your throat anyway.

Bought a samsung TV 65" QN800A 8k uhd neo QLEC 10 months ago ..contacted consumer affairs.took 2 hours for samsung to agree and come and check TV they didn't want to send someone out to check tv ...I was worried about causing a fire in my house... techian came out verified the burning smell coming from TV .... don't buy samsung they don't have good after warranty care as it's a major repair whole frount panel needs replacing they don't want to refund me so I'm going to have to go to tribanal.... safety issue with burning smell stay away from this brand .....

Samsung ZFold3 Screen protector bubbled... Phone sent and received on the 4th November, no updates on repair, phoned customer service and they never replied or messaged as they promised! Got the phone back today nearly 1 month on, it had fingerprints on all screens and looked filthy, I can assure you they didn't receive it like that! Disgusting service by samsung#mtr.co.uk Samsung you should be ashamed using these to repair your warranty repairs!!

I wish I have read these reviews before I purchased a product from Samsung. Samsung is simply too big and they don't care to have customer service anymore. One star is too much for them, there should be a negative star as an option.

Bought a samsung Galaxy Z flip 4. 2 months after utilizing the phone. The screen cracked after opening the device. A yellow bar went down the left side and the middle of the screen became black. No one will repair these flexible screens locally so I sent it in for repair with samsung. Initially the cost was a little over 200. Fine I'll pay it. The repair center comes back and states that the phone had an unauthorized repair done to it and all the sudden the motherboard was bad and they added an LCD assembly charge to the phone with a charge of over 700 dollars. They said the phone was out of warranty because of the "unauthorized repair and was not covered". There literally is no one else in the area that will repair these phones and no modifications were done to it other than adding a phone case and a screen protector. They also stated the phone wouldn't power on, which it did when I sent it in. They told me they would have another technician look at it after arguing with them for a while. Then they just sent the phone back without any response. I ended up having to pay the exorbitant fee which should have been at least partially under warranty. Don't buy their flexible phones and don't bother calling customer service.

A long time customer of Samsung and I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I have had a galaxy watch 4 and no problems with it. Then they had an update that bricked it. Called it in they had me ship it to be fixed for free which was fine. However got it back and used it once after taking a shower the screen acted up and it shuts itself on and off. Mind you it is supposed to be water resistant and a shower doesn't bother it and never had problems before. So their update breaks my device and their repair breaks something else. They then expect me to ship it again and trust they repair it. I argued with corporate and even they are no help and just say all they can do is the repair. I've lost time and my watch only seems compromised and not what it was before their mistake. Just is bad business all together.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7+ almost a year ago and the pen tip broke about 3 months into using it. I requested a new pen and have been waiting 7 months for the new pen. First it was the shortage of supplies (at this time they were selling that pen online still so a shortage doesn't seem truthful), then they let me know they are sending a new pen but no email is ever sent (they have my email on file). I then call about this and apparently they sent it to an incorrect address (one I am not associated with). When I let them know this, they apologize and create a new ticket. At this time I have about 4-5 tickets open and every call leads to a new ticket. Then they let me know they would escalate the ticket and to call back in 24-48 hours. Which is today 12/1/2022. After calling about the update they inform me the time to request a new SPen has elapsed and I would have to be transferred to a new department. I have wasted about 10 hours of my life trying to get a new pen that was covered under the original warranty. Their products are great, but if one every breaks good luck getting them to take responsibility. Their customer service is the worst one I have ever dealt with and at no point doesn't it feel like I'm making progress in getting my issue resolved. Each call feels like it's a copy/paste response to frustrate you into giving up. Never going to buy another tablet from them again, feels like a scam at this point. The SPen nibs are cheap and WILL BREAK in less than a few months from both my experience and what I've read online.
