i am so upset and disappointed with how samsung claims, customer service , warranty and specialty departments i purchased an electric oven less than six months ago when it began to overheat so i call to ask to have it checked the tech said because of a liability issue it could not be fixed, replaced or repaired its been six weeks and finally i was told after numerous calls and run around they could not do anything for me even though it was still under warranty my husband plans to contact the president / presidents of the company to try and have it replaced or our money back the company has had issues with overheating gas stove ovens back in 2019 when a lawsuit was filed you can google this issue i think the company has a flawed mother board heating element which causes the ovens to overheat which was verified by the tech who checked on the unit when i mention this to several representatives they chose to ignore my comments and showed very little empathy for my situation and distress for a company that has trillions of revenue you would think they would care to make customers happy but after going back and forth for the past several weeks frankly i am just too tired to continue the dialogue or any kind of future conversations because they do not care about communicating to resolve this issue

absolutely trash. updates erase and rearrange all your files. phones call 911 for no reason. completely changes all your settings and preferences whenever they want for no reason other than "try something new". zero help with customer service. all around absolutely trash.

Samsung customer service is one of the worst customer service and no response to the product issue/defective product. Received defective washer and no support from Samsung.

bought an over the range microwave for 300$ on Sep 2021, Dec 2022 the handle got detached . Contacted Samsung said that warranty only 1 year,Cost for the handle itself 150$. That,s not quality neither service. I wouldnt recommend Samsung microwave it is not reliable

I recently purchased two upgraded Cell Phones for my wife (Z Flip 4 with Galaxy 5 Watch) and I (S22+ and Galaxy 4 Watch) and took advantage of the trade in, The only reason I choose to upgrade and trade in our existing phones is I am retiring and decided to take on this expense before retirement. Our phone were aged, but functioning and meeting our daily needs. I also made note that there was damage to the case, not screen, when trading them in. Did not try and hide anything. I have been using my existing phone up to the day where I transferred all the data from my existing phone via USB C cable to my new phone and performed the Factory Reset. After the reset, the phone came back up and I saw the welcome screen to begin the activation. I then powered off the phone, packed it up and sent back to Samsung. A week later received notice they received the phone. Two weeks later I get a notice stating they are declining my return as they claim the phone does not turn on. So I asked a simple question.... how did I make calls, transfer my data and apply a factory reset to a phone that does not turn on??? I used this phone up to the point of shipping back to Samsung!!!! The only answer I continue to get back is the phone does not turn on and I am being charged. Have made attempts to reach a manager, but can not speak to anyone past 1 level on chat or the phone. I have been in the Customer Service and Support industry for some 40 years, including managing a WW support team, and if I treated my customers like this, I would be ashamed and probably fired. My family will never purchase another Samsung product again. Was looking at a new 75in Samsung QLED TV for Christmas, but based on my recent experience with Samsung, switching to LG or Sony. I only wish I had followed my original instinct and went back to Apple for my cell phone

Stay away from SAMSUNG!!!!! I purchased a Refrigerator in 2020 with the purchase 1 yr warranty was included, I also purchased a 3 yr warranty. The 3 yr warranty would start after the 1 yr manufacture warranty expires, so in total I would have 4 yr warranty. Calling Samsung to make sure of such and I have been on the phone for over 2 hrs and they keep giving me phone # after phone # to call all of them direct me back to Samsung. When I talk to them they do confirm the 4 yr total warranty but they can't no one on the phone to confirm the expiration date of my warranty. Assurant their 3rd party for warranty and repairs has my warranty expiring in 2023 when it should be 2024. It is not legal to have the exact same coverage on the same product at the same time. HORRIBLEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER WILL I GET SAMSUNG AGAINNNNNNNN

I purchased a Samsung Q80 and after only a couple of years, the tv will not turn on. The remote no longer works and the power button on the tv itself does nothing. After navigating the samsung site to actually find an English help line, I was told...sorry sounds most likely like the main board. This tv was well over $2000 when I purchased it and now it is nothing more than a piece of garbage. The service call and part will be more than the cost of a larger, better tv. I will never own another piece of samsung electronics. Absolutely the WORST customer service have experienced and overpriced, yet subpar quality merchandise. STAY AWAY

Samsung sent a technician to repair a leak in my refrigerator. He took 40 minutes and replaced a condenser fan which can be ordered online for less than $100. They charged me $500, a sum I allowed them to hold until the problem was diagnosed and repaired. I have never received an invoice or accounting for the cost of labor or parts. Repeated calls only got me passed around from department to department with failed promises to escalate and remedy the complaint. I spent hours upon hours on the phone talking to over a dozen individuals without any proper response or explanation. I feel I was mislead and deceived when scheduling the repair and offered no satisfactory explanation after the work was completed. I emailed the CEO's office and received the same run around. No one seems to know anything or have the authority to do anything. WARNING: If something goes wrong with your product after warranty, do NOT contact Samsung and fall into this pit of lack of customer care and absence of good business practices. I will not purchase another Samsung product ever. I will be replacing my phone and other household appliances with products from companies that treat their customers with respect and care. Samsung is NOT on that list based on my experience. BEWARE!!

Purchased two new Samsung phones, one for my wife and the other fot myself, and took advantage of the rebate program. I followed the process requested from Samsung for both phones and returned old phones. Samsung three weeks later declined my return and claims my phone does not turn on. I find this difficult to understand as I was using this phone right up to the return date. On the return date, I transfered data via a USB C cable between old and new phone, did a factory reset and once it came up to activation screen I turned it off and shipped. Tried to call and was told that there was no one I could not speak with, only able to communicate to the return team via email who only sends me a we are going to charge me.

I have a Samsung eco bubble washing machine purchases with 10 year warranty on 20/09/2020. This machine is used 2 times per week only 2 people in the house, so not overloaded or overused. Washer had a repair as soon as I got it home dryer didn’t work. Now the pumps gone. Called Samsung not covered under the warranty. Told by Samsung today I would have to pay for the engineer and the pump and repair. I asked how much it’s gonna cost the engineer will confirm when he calls. What an absolute joke. Off out to buy a new machine definitely not a Samsung this time. Absolutely appalling service. I’ve ordered a Samsung eco bubble for my son for Christmas which I am going to cancel the order and buy a different brand.

Absolutely everything about my phone is fine except (and it is a BIG except) bluetooth is terrible. My previous Samsung phone (S3) had wonderful clear bluetooth but this one (S53) - same vehicle - has my voice badly garbled and people can not understand me. I bought an attached case and screen protector so feel stuck with this phone. Samsung: when are you going to provide a fix? I am not the only user with this issue. I am hugely disappointed.

Never buy a Samsung S22 Ultra!!!! Avoid!!!! I bought 2 samsung s22 ultra for me and my wife. They have very poor quality camera and the experience with customer service was even worse. Please ensure you.re not spending your money on this phone.It's not worth it!

I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH SAMSUNG AGAIN. While their products may be good, their customer service is so bad, actually the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have spent over 20 hours on the phone with at least 8 different phone numbers/transfers. Besides all the prior problems, I paid for a 36 month care+ (extended warranty). When I go online it shows my warranty is for 5 days only. No a single person can fix this. All they do is either transfer me to another person who can't do anything or promise that I would get a call back which never happens. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG.

Purchased a whole kitchen set up..refrigerator, stove,microwave and dishwasher in April. Had it delivered in June. Stayed in all factory boxes until a renovation was done which was September. Cooked in oven o ce and the digital keypad stopped working. Have repeatedly called Samsung to only get a run around. Keep telling me 24_48 hours.over and over again! I an still waiting after 5 times of calling them. I will not recommend them to my worst enemy. Worst customer service ever. !! Not to mention ..I can't understand a word they say!!! Terrible

i bought two samsung tvs, one has the left side turning black and the other one made a loud noise and turned itself off and i have been able to turn it on. No quality.

Worse customer service, they promise delivery of appliances but they don’t and they can’t even tell you anything when calling because the customer service people are in India or Philippines. On the site they promise delivery in 3 days but I am still waiting for the appliances that I ordered in Nov.

Good evening my name is Rodrick Adams. Today was just one of those days. I have a female friend who relies on her phone. She has had some major medical hurdles to over come in her life. And she is aSurvivor. Well somehow her Samsung phone all but died. She was unable to make any callsand or see any emails she received. We live in Alpine Texas, a small West Tx town. During the course of the day she became ill from her many medications. I was afraid to just drop her home with no way to contact her. So i went to the local Verizon store. And the KINDNESS, COMPASSION, EFFORT, EFFICIENCY,and ENERGY that the two young ladies put into helping unlock her phone, and retain all her stoerd photographs and contact information was SIMPLY AMAZING. I ask that you RECOGNIZE these two ladies for there Excellence. There names are Ms. Vianey and Ms.Rosa. They stand out amongst the rest. And i say this because,One of your call center reps hung up on me. And the second didn't deem us worth of his time as he found a reason to get off the line. But these two women stayed the course and fixed the issue. I just ask that you somehow recognize them for there COMMITMENT TO SERVICE...THANK ÝOU AND GOODNIGHT

I would love to give it a 0 star, but the website doesn't allow me to go beyond that. One of the worst customer service experiences. Bought a washer dryer in the first week of November to avoid any shipping delays. The product never got delivered on the day that was promised. Eventually when we received the product on December 5th, the dryer was damaged in transit and we refused the delivery. They took it back and on December 12th they only brought the Dryer with them hoping to replace the damaged dryer. Called the customer service and stayed on the call with them for more than 2hours. No resolution was provided and they don't even have a clue as to what is happening. No notes from our previous calls, and have to explain the same thing again and again and again. Avoid buying products from Samsung if you have a chance. Nobody should go through such a terrible experience.

Phoned warranty support. Had bought 49” QLED tv with extended 5 year warranty. Remote stopped working. Idiot woman who answered kept repeating from script warranty did not cover remote. Asked to speak with supervisor and then kept on hold for 25 minutes, before being cut off. No customer service. Useless call centre. Misleading warranty. Never again.
