Our new Samsung refrigerator came with out door seals making it useless. We spent over 8 hours with customer support that had a difficult time understanding English. Finally they made an arrangement for a technician. The technician called and said we had to pay. This is a brand new defective refrigerator and Samsung has done nothing but fail us. Please do not buy from Samsung, go elsewhere.

Received damaged product. More than 15 days and still waiting for reverse pickup. Customer support is helpless. every time you call they will supposedly escalate but nothin happens. Please do not buy samsung products.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a dryer and had a problem with it. Waited 7 weeks for a replacement and the install team they sent created an issue that flooded my basement. I have spend 2 days trying to get it resolved, but Can get no where with their overseas service department. Done with Samsung. I guess I will just let my insurance company fight with them.

I bought a washer and a dryer from Samsung. Worst buying experience I ever had. From the start it was horrible I had to take off work 4 times just to get it installed because it took 4 times for them to get someone qualified out to install. In addition it had a couple small dents. The place I purchased from gave me 150 off the bill for my inconvenience. I said fine and kept the dented washing machine. 6 months later my Samsung washing machine started making a horrible noise. I call Samsung. They sent a repair man out. The repair man said you are getting a new washer. The balancer got lose and damaged the drum. Samsung calls me back and wants to pay me less than what I paid. I said no. I had to call and get a receipt from the place I purchased it. They gave me a receipt that showed a $150 discount so they wanted to pay me the lesser amount. I even got a email from the seller backing the sale price. I was already going to pay more due to the fact that it is cheaper when you buy as a set. They told me that they cold not replace because they did not have my model number in my zip code. They absolutely did nothing to better my situation except give me a offer to pay me some of what it will take to replace it and likely not match my dryer. I even made the arrangement that I bought a washer and dryer combo to just give me all my money back and take their products back. That got a big fat no as well. So now if I can even find the matching set or at least close I will probably have to pay Samsung more money. I had a horrible experience with Samsung Air conditioners as well. They had to send someone out 4 or 5 times to repair. They ended up just giving my money back on that. At least that time they gave me what I paid for it. The only thing in my experience that has been good is their phones. I hate the I phone so who knows what kind of phone I will go with next but I do not plan on spending money with Samsung ever again. I advise you all to do the same.

Broke my phone and blamed me. Faulty motherboard so sent in, they claim damage and cost will be $100. Send phone back unrepaired with a broken back glass. Sent in again, they tell me it's $380 to fix now, after telling me they would cover the damages.

I purchased a Samsung French Door Refrigerator in 2015 - The refrigerator worked great. One day I see the bottom freezer is leaking, all my meat went bad. I called for service 3/22 (the only warranty that was still warrant was for the sealer/compressor) fortunately that was the issue. they come in March and fix the freezer, its working fine, until May same issue, Samsung send their appointed repair company. They cannot fix the issue and writes on the ticket "Unrepairable - Unit will be exchanged". Well I call samsung and they give me 726.00. They will not replace the unit.

Samsung has been the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Customer Service gives you a run arround, tech service is horrible, they just want to get paid for the service call and not fix anything. Our dishwasher has a chemical smell and they keep saying NO DEFECT is FOUND! The plastic was not manufactured well and the plastic leaks a chemcial taste onto the cups and the bowls. We have not used the dishwasher in MONTHS. They keep saying the dishwasher is fine and send a code of NDF. But say they smell the chemical and cant figure out the defect. So its not Broken!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DONT BUY A DISHWASHER WITH PLASTIC TUB!!!

I was an advocate for all of the products Samsung offered. However, they came out with the Samsung tv plus. The app was automatically downloaded to my tv and my phones. In the beginning I was like whatever. Then i got tired of Netflix, hbomax, Hulu and prime videos so I started watching Samsung’s tv plus. I have to say this streaming service is nothing more than a far left political billboard. They don’t even try to hide it. They only present ads for democrat candidates in the area you are watching. In 3 weeks I have not seen one commercial for a republican. It’s as if Samsung is in the Democrat parties back pocket. After week two, I traded in my phones and switched to Apple devices. In the near future I will be replacing my tv but it won’t be with a Samsung. It is my belief companies shouldn’t promote biased political propaganda staged for only one side. This falls in the same category as cnbc, nbc, abc and all the other mainstream media outlets that promote knowingly false information to elevate democrats and suppress republicans. The people are on to companies that do this and in time will end up closing your doors. Good luck.

If I could put zero I would. They are scripted to sound like they care but it is all a script and fake. They sell defective products then refuse to fix or resolve the issue. Washer machine was defective and barely worked for 1 year. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE. you will be buying a new machine within a year. We are out $800 and can not afford a new one. Bought the machine for this much hoping for is to last many years and not have to worry about replacing it. Lesson learned and no washer machine to wash clothes with.

I am sangram . I buy Samsung a 73 .it is total waste of money . Camera not good . I already use Samsung m 31 . M31 display better than a73 . M31 click auto HDR photo . A 73 can't click . And battery back up very poor as well as m31 . Very disappointed me . Future I don't buy Samsung phone .

Bought a Samsung Refrigerator with ice maker and flex zone. The icemaker makes a mixture of cubes and crushed ice. When called customer service to have it fixed so that solid ice cubes come out, the rep asked "really?" in a mocking way. After asking to speak to a manager, the rep asking several times why, we finally got a service call set up. We got a technician out who was very friendly and had the ice maker replaced, but the same problem continued. To change between water and ice the buttons have to be pressed several times until it changes. In addition the drawer in the freezer does not pull out and go back smoothly. in fact, we had to readjust it several times, which was a pain. the technician told us that that is the way the drawer works. Overall the quality of the unit seems cheaply made. Really upsetting after having spent way over $2000 for the unit. Not even wanting to mention the attitude of the customer service rep.

Horrible experience to put it briefly! I bought one 1.5 ton AC in 2019 paying ₹36000/-. It started malfunctioning after 2 yrs. Gas leakage was detected,and I was made to pay ₹3800/-. No guarantee against recurrence of the problems faced. Who to bear the annual recurring exp? No concrete reply from any level of the grievance redressal Cell including the global Head Office. Extremely bogus customer care services. False inflated bills are being submitted. No refund made by the authorised service centre.I would advise my Indian friends only to buy products from our own manufacturers like Godrej and Voltas that I found superior while using these in my offices during service career. I vow to discourage all my friends,relatives and all intending customers not to buy Samsung AC.

I, Manoj Patel, my mobile number - 9924376644 and my complaint request number - 4357720140, would like to mention that Samsung services have poor customer responses.Since last week I have registered a complaint regarding my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 phone of 1.5 lakhs yet no response. My screen has dark pixels, otherwise it has no damage within. Now the customer service care is telling the cost of its repairing 50000/-. This is costing me nearly 2 lakhs for my phone in 1year time span. Further if it would be a replacement of any part then that would be viable, but this costs me far more expensive than the original phone. Adding to this I haven't finished paying my installment. Hoping to receive some calculative response from your side. For the details of my phone track my complaint request number mentioned above.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS...I bought a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds+ Plus, and they began to affect my ears, causing them to itch, smell, and extreme discomfort. I started a claim and sent my earbuds back to Samsung for a refund(or an alternative product). From start to finally getting a refund to almost 10 MONTHS!! I called nearly a dozen times and customer service couldn't do anything until someone from corporate got in contact with me. Just an overall frustrating ordeal... Glad to get a refund but it should not have taken this long.

Do bothered buying and avoid Samsung at all costs! You might as well just chuck your money in the bin! Nice phone, but be prepared for Samsung to find the smallest of cosmetic flaws, that has nothing to do with the fault and void the warranty. Will then look to charge you a good few hundred pounds to fix a cosmic flaw that has nothing to do with a known manufacturers fault. Or they can helpfully send back the broken phone free of charge! Have been a samsung customer for years, across a variety of devices. Will not buy again. After sales and customer services some of the worst i have ever experienced ! Anyone buying ANY new samsung product, you have been warned

Hello Guys ,Pathetic is the only word coming for experience with Samsung Products and its customer care team makes it the worst . I had purchased a Double door 265L Refrigerator write from the first day it had issues and Compressor was under warranty for up to 10 years,i had an issue in my compressor which was under warranty within 6 years of its purchase but they refused to make any replacement of the compressor and started making lot of other excuses to not replace it ,the whole activity took almost 3 weeks , i was daily making 10-12 calls to thier customer care team but every time the response was i will get a call back from senior but it never happned and finally they were asking for heavy charges of approx Rs. 10-12K for replacement of Compressor after wasting my 25 days . i had also sent emails to thier CEO level but that was not not of any use just wasted my 4-5 days more as one standardised email would come but nobody calls back and resolves the issue , Local service center people in Noida- Qled - they are complete frauds . finally i had to take the decision of scrapping the Samsung Refrigerator and purchasing a new LG refrigerator because i did not find worth spending 12K on samsung Refrigerator seeing thier such a money making mentality from the customers . i would never recommend anyone for Samsung Product and nor will anytime buy in my lifetime #samsungPatheticproductandcustomercare .
