Samsung customer service support is shocking!! They are only interested in their systems and when you call you they loose sight of the purpose of the call with no resolution. Instead your caught up in their processes which frankly speaking has no sight of resolution. They have made 4 attempts to collect my watch all at the incorrect address despite each time I called they assured me that they have the correct address. They will not accept any responsibility of the fact that due to their collection parcels all going to the incorrect address and having taken time to track down the courier company and taking my watch to them, there now remains concerns whether my watch is lost. 15 phone calls later I chased the repair partners who were exceptional in their customer services advised they have not received my watch. How does such a HUGE corporation with such (great products I am sure) get customer service so wrong!!! It appears that Samsung has and will continue to loose customers if they continue with their lack of support. I will never purchase Samsung anything ever again. As soon as this watch returns repaired (whether this side of Christmas) is anyone's guess it's going on ebay. I will cut my losses and be relieved I do not have the misfortune to ever have to contact Samsung ever again. Samsung get a grip of your support services because if the reviews on here are anything to go by your loosing loyal and valuable customers whom without there would be no Samsung -

I have the Samsung propane dryer DVE(G)45T6100 since April 2021. It takes at least 2 hours to dry a light load and a more normal load (i.e. 6 pair of pants and a couple tops) takes 3 hours to dry, and after 3 hours, the waste band is still damp on the pants. If I use Time Dry, the dryer shuts off well before the time is up. I called Samsung and they said that is a normal time frame for the dryer. I take off the eco cycle, which would make the cycle even longer as it uses less propane. I hate this dryer. My mother's propane dryer takes max 1 hr for the same load. We can only do one load of laundry per evening with this dryer. immensely frustrating and if I could afford it, I'd throw it out

Samsung isn't making me happy anymore I don't think they're making very many people happy anymore. They've completely forgot about what it was to please their customers. I don't know whether this new management new CEO or what's going on but they surely don't care about customer service or quality anymore it seems they are only after the money I hate to say it but a new company that cared about their customers and made quality products could surely take their loyal customers from them at this point.

I purchased a Samsung washer. When I got it home and got it set up water sprayed all over laundry room. Repair came with a new piece from Samsung. That piece was broken in the exact same spot. Samsung agreed to exchange the washer. Two months later I am still without a washer. I have called several times and can get no answers. Today I was told it was being shipped to the warehouse then the warehouse would contact me in seven business days....... This has been the worse customer service experience of my life. I have been without a washer for two months.

The inner screen of the Samsung z3 Fold appeared with a think black line straight through the middle of the hand set and within 1 day it was a thick black line, inner screen stopped functioning and had bubbles appearing on the screen protector. I called Samsung customer repair centre and they issued a repair number, and the phone was collected. So far the experience was good (as expected). However a few days later I received a call stating the phone was out of warranty due the damage on the hinge and wanted to invoice me with a bill for over £500 to repair it. What's estonishing, ever since I bought the phone was covered with a shatter proof protection case covering the entire outer layer of the phone especially the hinge area (photos of which was provided), so it's virtually impossible for any damage to have occured . But they then return the phone back to me with the damage to the side and said we can't do anything about this. The matter was then escalated to the senior management and their response was its not the engineers fault and accused me of damaging the phone. I’m disappointed with the service received, I sent the phone in near perfect condition except the issue with the screen and received the phone with scratches at the bottom corner of the phone. When asked about this i was then accused of damaging the phone myself as "it was not the courier nor the service centre's fault" so when asked who’s fault was it? the response received was a repeat of it wasn’t the service centre or the couriers. I shouldn’t have to mention this but I have been a loyal customer of Samsung Phone since Samsung Note 2 back in 2012 and never once did i complain about the phone as i didn’t have too, however when an issue did arise i.e. the screen on the Samsung fold i was accused of damaging the phone myself despite having the phone protect from all angles as you can see from the images The phone cover was never removed ever since the phone was purchased (the original QR code sticker is still in perfect condition placed at the back of the phone ever since it was first bought!) So now I have a phone with a screen doesn't work and damage to the hinge caused by their repair centre and apparently the matter has been escalated to the highest level and they now consider the matter closed.

I've got say that this has got to be the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with and judging by the rest of the reviews on here, I am not alone. The people on the end of the phone are really difficult to understand. They are unable to deal with queries and keep quoting a process. Everything has to have a process. They cannot think for themselves. Long story short. I bought a £4,000 TV from them. Since day one any base sound the speaker will vibrate. So I was patient tried different settings, trawled through the Internet and YouTube videos but to no avail. After three weeks I gave up. Looked at the description from Samsung about the twelve speaker system, blah, blah, blah and realised I have been conned. No way the sound is as they described. They offered to change the TV but only if I followed the "process". Basically, you have the TV collected at their convenience. Then you have to wait 7-10 days for it to get back to their investigation centre and only then they will send out a new TV. So if they're doing an investigation to determine whether or not they will replace it, why not say so. If you ask the question they will say no, we are replacing your TV, regardless. So why wait 10 days then? It's wait for it the "process". Whilst looking online I could see many disgruntled customers waiting a lot longer, so I refused. I had to leave it for these guys are like robots, they can't think out of the box, everything is a process. Can't even take a leak without a process it seems. This is going to sound horrible but it's a fact. They are very hard to understand. They repeat your name unnecessarily time and time again. Their communication skills are poor and they repeat the same thing over and over again in the most long winded way. Thereby, making the call three times longer than it needs to be. If your looking to spend £4,000 on a TV, I would spend it elsewhere as if you had a problem you won't get anywhere. I just spent over an hour on a call, speaking with three different people with no resolution. How hard can it be to book a repair? Without a process it seems, impossible. It is so frustrating. Take heed Samsung, your after sales service stinks. Your are worse than the one star I had to give you. Update Finally, they agreed to a refund within 7-10 days of receiving the TV back. Of course that didn't happen. It took another lengthy call to sort that out. I got my money eventually after three weeks but not all of it. That took another week. Also, the TV I traded in I couldn't get back. So a lose, lose situation for me. No apology, refused to investigate my complaint, said they would do that internally and I would not know the result. Shocking behaviour. Avoid at costs. (I have changed my email address, so the order was under ianlogue@ntlworld.com)

2022, it was not cracked or damaged in any way, it was deemed a warranty repair and was sent off. I took pictures of the phone screen before sending, only to be informed the screen was cracked and would not be under warranty, I even sent the original picture I had taken, they completely ignored the picture stating it was not good enough quality to depict if there was any damage, however it was good enough for them to say it was cracked as per the repair centre photo showing the crack, I pointed out that the crack in their picture did not match what they said my picture showed. We have samsung phones / tablets / smart watch and televisions. Will not buy samsung products again, their loss. Shame on you samsung.

Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. Three rescheduled delivery times and when finally the product (refrigerator) was delivered on Friday, January 6th, it gives two error messages. No technician to come and fix, and we are left in a weekend with perishable food and no refrigerator. The customer service said that they would try to help us get tech service on Saturday, but they never followed through with getting back to us regarding the service. It is very inconvenient to have a new refrigerator, that we waited three months for not work and no one to help us resolve this issue.

We remodeled our kitchen and at the end of November 2022 we ordered a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven and the stove top. When you put the order the site tells you 3 day delivery, once you click pay, the 3 day jumped to 10, we said ok. The appliances were scheduled to be here on December 9 2022. On Dec 8 we got a message from the delivery company indicating that the appliances were late and they would give us an update. Today is January 7 and I do not have the appliances and nobody can tell me when I will receive them. I have called probably every other day, I talk to very nice people located in the Philippines that can do NOTHING for me. They say the will escalate to the next tier and that I will hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. NO ONE contacted me EVER. The holidays came and went and I didn't have a stove or an oven to cook anything. Unfortunately I can't cancel and buy any other brand because my cabinets are cut to fit the Samsung appliances we ordered. It is really frustrating because nobody tells you anything. If at least they would say we can't send the appliances until xxxx day, we would know what to expect. It is SHAMEFUL that a company such as this would do that with clients that spent more than $10K on appliances. More shameful is what they say on their site that nothing is more important than their customers.

Unfortunately had to give 1 star that they don’t deserve as 0 was not an option. Absolutely disgusted with Samsung a brand I have purchased many products from and trusted. In December 2020 I purchased a 50” OLED TV, just recently it has developed a fault where it keeps on going in to a restart loop. I contacted customer care and after a very long conversation and various steps to try to fix the problem I was informed that it would need to be looked and by an authorised repair centre. As the TV is just over 2 years old it is no longer under warranty and they except me to pay for the repair. I have paid £800 for a TV that has lasted just 2 years before breaking down and now requires me to spend money on to fix. I will never ever purchase another product manufactured by Samsung as their reliability is now an issue.

Run, don't walk away from anything with the Samsung name. Plan on spending thousands for a product that may potentially last a few years. (Appliances) or a few months (phones). If it's out of warranty, you are S.O.L. Apologies don't get me a heating element for an oven that is only 6 years old.....oh wait. It was "rejected " because they stopped manufacturing a part for an oven under 10 yrs old. That's why they want you to buy more.

New Fridge installed without casket seal Samsung said totally my responsibility but they would send a service repair at my expense. This is not a repair. Never received it - the false empathy from customer care was condescending

I have over many years had great experience with Samsung products and maybe once needed to interact with customer service regarding an issue. Never a problem. End of December and knowing Covid was again increasing and I have a vulnerable loved one to consider I decided to take care and purchase two air purifiers - one for bedroom and one for living area. I purchased what I thought were two very good bench top air purifiers plus 4 spare filters for approx $1,500. Not a small amount but I did not want to risk taking a short cut. Product finally arrived and was definitely not benchtop size. Would stand about 1m high and very heavy to move! I searched customer returns policy soon after receiving and the ONLY information showing after a couple of variations related to mobile phones. I tried calling customer service but after holding for a long time, hung up as I couldn't spare any further time. As Christmas and so a busy time at work, I did not manage to get back to the problem until about 19 days after delivery was received. Another search for returns policy, same outcome. Only mobile phones come up. I called and finally got an answer. I was heard, told the returns policy applied to the air filters also but they'd ask management if I would send through pics and that once a decision was made they would call me if answer was no or email me if they'd accept a return. I got the phone call, they were happy the packaging was unopened (still had their strapping in place so no problems there!) but answer was no. Too late. I noted again that their returns policy in the search on their website only mentions mobile phones but - too bad. I should have called earlier AND WAITED longer than the 3/4 hour when I first tried reaching customer service. I do understand it is a bust time of year but they need more staff to cover in that case AND their search function needs to be fixed so covers something other than mobile phones - as it clearly does not apply to airfilter units. As the lawyers say: caveat emptor - buyer beware! I have been a very loyal Samsung customer due to good reliable product but I seriously wonder what direction the organisation is now taking if they do not make it easy for customers to locate returns policies when searching their own website and calls to customer service require significant time waiting (on mobile phone) to make enquiries.

Terrible from start to finish. Ordered a washer and dryer online. The dryer came damaged. They sent another dryer - it was also damaged. The third dryer came and finally there were no issues. I was promised two credits and they were never processed to my credit card. On top of that they billed me for (2) dryers. Getting any kind of technical support was impossible - they just read from the manual and don't know anything about the product. Trying to get a refund is just as fun. Transferred from one department to another. No one to help. I would not recommend buying any products from Samsung.

I bought a Samsung s21 phone which started spontaneously powering off after about 4 months. I liked the phone otherwise. Trying to get the phone repaired or replaced under warranty was a nightmare. After about 6 months of countless and useless calls to customer service and 2 times sending my phone to them without any indication that they were trying to identify the problem, I finally had my state attorney general's office send them a letter before they agreed to refund my purchase price.

I have a Samsung z flip 3 and I sent it into Samsung because the screen protector cracked in the middle where the phone folds and the screen protector started coming up and pealing away from the screen. I have had the phone for less than 9 months. Samsung is trying to charge me $377.00 saying that the hinges on the phone are damaged and that is a lie! The phone has been in the Samsung case I bought when I bought the phone so there is no way that is what's wrong with the phone. The phone is defective and they know the screen cracking is a known issue with this phone. They are trying to lie to keep from fixing the phone. Never again will I purchase another Samsung product. Not to mention my Samsung dryer caught on fire and almost burned my house down. I'm done with samsung.i have had over 20 to 30 Samsung device's between me my husband and my kids but it looks like iphone is where I should have been. Good bye Samsung you are liar's and your products are trash!

This may be the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced, even worse than the DMW or IRS. My Samsung flip phone is peeling away from the interior scree for the third time in a year. At first Samsun denied it was under warranty, when I gave them proof they said I needed to use my phone insurance would have a $400 deductible. When I called the insurance company they wouldn't approve a claim because it was under warranty. Got sent to tech support who then sent me back to the warranty department. After 5 entirely wasted time I gave up due to the condescending employees and lack of knowledge about anything. Warranty useless, customer service appaling...never having to buy a Samsung product again...priceless.
