I contacted Samsung Technical support in July 2016 regarding having issues with my new Galaxy S7 Edge phone, screen freezes, Volume very low could not here the other person call, battery issues. They confirmed by letter that phone has been tried and tested by Samsung Authorised Repair agent. I can confirm none of above issues were sorted out, still have issues. I contacted Samsung head office, that were not vey helpful at all, they requested I contact Technical support for the phone to be collected and repaired again. I requested on numerous times for my S7 edge to be replaced, they refuse to do so. This complaint is still on-going as of 1st September 2016. I would never recommend Samsung to Anyone.

Mobile phone stopped working after 9 months. Picked up by Samsung repair and told it would take 2 to 3 days to reconfigure software and return. 5 days later I called only be told that it as still under repair as the Samsung repair unit was overwhelmed with faulty products (hardly a ringing endorsement of their products). 4 days later I called again - sorry we were waiting for parts (though previously told no parts were required) but these had now arrived and the repair unit confirmed that the phone would be with me on Friday (19th August) at the latest, no fail. Surprisingly it did not arrive! Called on Monday 22nd to be told that it was now in repair but could not tell when it would be delivered, followed by two further calls with same response. Now on September 1st (4 weeks since they received the phone) I am informed that because it had taken so long they had decided the phone was not repairable but they were waiting for a form to send to head office to authorise a replacement phone for me but the form might take 5 working days to arrive after which there will be a further delay waiting for Head office to send authorisation. It is now 4 weeks despite, Samsung Warranty guaranteeing 5 days, and probably will take another 2 or 3 weeks before I have phone replacement. Never buy Samsung products if you cannot do without it for a couple of months if it goes wrong. The conditions of their warranty is not worth the paper they are written on.

Bought a curved Samsung TVs that randomly turned green screen on tv Netflix and DVDs player all customer services did was run me around in circles for months the repair people who picked up the TVs apparently didnt have the fault For the 14 days it was with them. I had an indipendant look at it and diagnosed a main board problem. Claiming on card as Samsung don't recognise anyone else finding fault . RUBBISH

Dear CRC I would like to thank you for your help with my Galaxy S7 Edge I had issues with. Firstly, the screen had issues where it became unusable and this was repaired very quick and now working fine. Secondly (and most importantly of all) a big thank you to Darren for helping me get back into my Google account. Even though this was not anything related to CRC Darren went out if his way to help me solve this problem. Darren is a good credit to your service centre and it is customer service like this which is not often seen elsewhere. This impressive work efficiency has enhanced my confidence in purchasing Samsung goods. Yours Sincerely Richard Gascoine

I purchased a Samsung american style fridge freezer since i bought it it has a fault with the ice maker when you phone them if you can get through ,if you can hear them and if you can understand them ( I can not ) they finally came but i had to loose a days money to stay in for them because they told me they only do an all day time slot ( great for Samsung ) fixed the faulty part ,after 2 weeks the same thing happens , not making ice ,so rang them again and same ,after 45 mins on phone had to wait a week for them to come ,they did, then 4 weeks later the same thing happens again ,to cut a long story short they have come 5 times to repair my £2000 fridge ,and now its happened again ,the engineer that comes says we should get a new fridge as this is a joke and keeps happening ,so after more frustrating hours on the phone they finally agree for us to replace the fridge ,so after me having to send many emails to samsung and photos of the original receipt they promised i would here back from them within 5 working days ,so 2 weeks later now and have not herd back from Samsung, so I've got a £2000 fridge witch does not make ice in this lovely hot weather were having ,Samsung has the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with, once they have your money they do not care ,will never ever buy a samsung product again .

Dear Samsung customer service I bought a phone Samsung J7, after two months of use the phone completely stopped working I went by the agent in Egypt Giza pyramid, and after receipt of the examination, I called to ask about the phone a week later and the response was that the phone needs to change the control panel and this cost me 850 pounds, and the response was shocking me as the device is still in warranty and asking about the reason for that was the answer machine are the remnants of water and it was shocking Li also where I'm sure that the device is not at any time offer for water, he said Li Ahtma be sweating during use and this is not true and There is no evidence of that. Contacted customer service to express my dismay and the answer is you have two choices to go to hire and pay costs or relive the phone as expressed my dismay from this post and I will address my complaint Samsung Global's where I user phones Samsung I and my children and all my relatives and trust the brand and the response was do what you wish. Now I feel very resentful of the agent in Egypt and the deep disappointment of hope. Please Help -- Thank you and best regards Said Adly +201002614078

Purchased Samsung gear S2 smart watch ; tried to connect to a Samsung telephone that was listed on their chart as " compatible device " and it was not; there is no instructions mannual just a quick starting guide that does not list anything. If somehow you have to do a factory reset do not look at the instructions because there is none. How can you possible make a product that is not compatible with the rest of your company products?

Customer service is just shocking. The way they treat people on the phone is just disgrace. I ordered two wearables and it was meant to be delivered on Monday. Delivery failed, no note that they tried to attempt to deliver goods, was left. Online it says delayed. Spoke twice with agents on the phone, soo rude and disgusting attitude. feels like you speaking to a robot. when they feels that it is not going anywhere they just keep repeating the same thing. They constantly keep interrupting you therefore not really paying attention to what you saying. they values are in the wrong place and they are not customer oriented. If i was treating my customers like that, i would of been fired. now when i said to not bother sending me an item but give me my money back, they said that it will take 10 working days as they need to inspect the package. explained to them that i have not even touched it so i cannot see the reason for such a long time to refund my money. now it has been more than a week since i ordered the item. i have no goods neither money.

I bought a Samsung combination microwave from John Lewis that had a 2 year guarantee. The first time I went to use it as an oven, it cut out after only 20 minutes at 200 degrees. I thought this was just a glitch but when it happened twice more I called John Lewis. I explained that the oven/microwave completely shuts down - no lights nothing and I was asked stupid questions by JL about what I had done to try and fix the issue!! How can you fix what has no power? So they eventually directed me to Samsung. Another 20 mins call asking the same stupid question and I asked if an engineer could just be sent and was told if there was no manufacturing fault I would be charged - no problem, there was a fault! So he came, replaced the fan, left and I rang back within a week to report the same problem. Samsung agreed to send a replacement. Got that, same issue, another 15 mins call to JL and then redirected to Samsung 'who had to just check my file' and another 5 minutes later she says, what have you tried to do to fix the problem!!! So now I wait again all day for the engineer to come and replace the fan and no doubt I will be ringing Samsung again tomorrow. I will not be buying another Samsung micro/combi because this seems to be a common fault and customer services took 20 minutes to agree to send out an engineer. With call centres in 'wherever' there is a lack of language skills and lack of common knowledge to help the customer. I am not impressed with Samsung customer services for appliances, although my TV has been thankfully not developed any faults - yet!!!

Bought a Samsung smart TV last year. Internet connection to TV stopped working after 3 months, losing e.g. Netflix. TV then progressively crashed more and more - up to 5 times on start-up. Finally got round to speaking to Samsung. Online chat - waste of 40 minutes. Told me to ring call centre. Called call centre who got me to do a Factory Reset. TV now will not start up at all! No warning from them this might happen. No resolution as "specialist wasn't available." So have gone from a TV with some features broken to no TV at all. Told me they would call me...never have. Call centre always 10+ minutes wait, plus the right people don't work during weekend. So I'd have to take time off work to call when with TV! Tried via Facebook...they took a week to respond: and that was to ask if I still had a problem! Unreliable Samsung TV; most useless customer service experienced in 30 years of electronics; buy any brand but them.

Galaxy Note 4....My phone developed a fault after eighteen months, it kept restarting all the time. Samsung arranged for collection no problem. That was three weeks ago, despite five phone calls, only to be told, we are waiting for parts, I still have no repair time or replacement. I am currently borrowing an iPhone 6, and I can tell you now that because of their poor customer service I won't be buying another Samsung product. We had a problem with an ipod of similar ago, this was returned repaired in 5 days!!!!

We've just bought an American style fridge freezer for almost £1000, but the tiny nut that attaches the water feed pipe is missing. I can't install the fridge until this pipe is fitted as there will be no access afterwards. This nut must cost around 20p, but after calling Samsung and sending three emails they will not send a replacement as the emails fail to attach the receipt for some reason. Surely there must be someone with an ounce of common sense at Samsung who thinks that customer service is just that and not some drawn out exercise in administration, talk about jobs worth! After over a week the fridge/freezer still sits unused in the middle of the kitchen, these people are a joke!

Hello people take my advice Never use Samsung.Com for anything ! Or safeguard yourself if you use this company ! There aftercare is a shambles . I've never delt with a company so bad on customer service . Left me near £700 out of pocket. They delivered my phone S7egde that came with a complimentary VR gear headset as I presume ordered and a case I payed £40 for . Total cost £680 i payed through paypal . Because there was 3 products the delivered it in a medium standard brown box . I was not in when it got delivered but a friend signed for it from parcel force. Because it's in my name my friend just signed for it no knowing what was in it obviously. Basically my friend signed for a brown box as the invoice was inside the box he could not know unless he opened it. Anyway I came home to hopefully start playing with my new amazing Samsung galaxy S7 edge and the free complementry virtual reality Gear VR headset and a special genuine Samsung case to protect it. When I got home I opened it removing all the brown tape . None of the box nor tape had Samsung.com on it . Basically it was a brown box! . Anyway to my surprise only 2 things was inside not 3 and surprise surprise the phone was missing ! The most expensive item . A bit disappointed I emailed samsung.com to rectify this simple error or maybe the phone was still on its way ? I got a reply to say the phone should have been in the box ! Ok I thought they would just send a phone out or offer a refund . NO I had to wait for there standard month long investigation starting in March! This obviously frustrated me but I waited .when there so called investigation had finished they basically said you signed for the 3 products so it's my responsibility ! Obviously I was furious and upset and rang them to ask what was going on and told them that a telephone conversation I had back in March with Samsung.co customer advisor admitted yes we've had many of victims like myself on the pre orders in the same week with phones going missing when being delivered with a complimentary headset in a basic brown box . This led to another month investigation!!! . That was it is received a brown box being allowed to be signed not by myself but a friend not me with a invoice inside the box . What was he signing for ? Had the box been tampered with they asked no i said it looked ok with its basic parcel brown tape . Well it's not parcel force nor us Samsung.Com then . But hang on i said you Samsung.com said it left your packing department so why do I not have it ! months later still trying to get my point across saying ok the phone has gone so you Samsung.com have the parcel insured right ? Sorry sir it's not our problem . What part of this is not Samsung.Com problem . I felt like I wasted so much money on a new phone that I needed elsewhere having 4 depending children . It's obvious Samsung.com products are bigger than the customer's . Big fish small fish . My advice is never buy from them and never sign for a brown box . Your being ripped off ! I have learnt so much from this . Yes samsung.com investigated and concluded it's not there fault but me the small fish did my investigation and concluded they samsung.com was totally to blame not me not parcel force but samsung.com. so many errors in there delivery procedures left open to abuse creating innocent customers as victims. Errors from samsung.com 1 sending a brown box with 3 products in one box should be signed for only when opened and checked by the customer only. 2 the very expensive phone should have been sent out as in its own box as a standard phones are delivered . 3 the Samsung S7 edge did not leave there factory so why is this parcel not insured to its value as every package I have ever sent was insured for a very small fee . 4 this is samsung.com a massive company yet the unique IMEI number was never blocked by them or tracked . They would obviously see the phone had not been used or to track it . Clearly they would find it in there packaging department or a Opportunists has it when they seen a clear flaw in the delivery service . 5 samsung.com investigated 2 times yet same conclusion ! The £600 phone was sent from there packaging department but who says it did and why is there word more important than my word . Why is it OK for the Big fish Samsung allowed to investigate yet the small fish the customer's own investigation dismissed as nothing . Clearly Samsung.com have serious delivery problems that are open to abuse leaving innocent customers as victims of expensive petty crimes . I am no Manager but I bet I could make sure the expensive products reaches its customers. I hope my upsetting experience helps anybody who reads this not to be left as a victim of crime ! It will help me get a little satisfaction if there is no more victims left open to abuse by a massive company who clearly have become amazingly complacent. BIG FISH SMALL FISH .

I have got a Samsung washing machine. Got it just before xmas of last year. The first machine arrived squashed. The second has been fine for 3 months then it developed a loud squeak when it spins, Went back to curry's to ask for someone to come and look at it and got told No. So I 've got an 6 month old machine that I spent £400 on, that has developed a metal grinding noise 1/2 way through the spin and I've got to put up with it. Guess who wont ever buy anything from Samsung again
