I bought the latest all singing all dancing £3000 smart TV after 4 weeks it's a dud and guess what Samsung offer one promise after another. I have always been shy of Samsung after my mothers TV lost half the picture however I was assured they are now best in class and those batd times had all been fixed what utter rubbish.... Don't buy Samsung their customer service/customer care is basically once you have the product in your home it's your problem needless to say it will be my last product And I will do everything possible to convince friends and family not to buy from Samsung.

Bought Samsung Galaxy S3, in 2013 and Note 4 in 2014. totally rubbish, both stopped working after few months. Customer services are the biggest liar, trained cheater, and expert deceivers. They will blame you for wrong doing and will not honour warranty claim or even repair almost lost £1000, will never ever buy Samsung product. If you like just call customer services you will realise from 1 minute they are trained to deceive you. Totally disappointed.

I have multiple Samsung products in the house, but luckily never had a problem with them UNTIL NOW. TESCO suggested I get in touch with Samsung directly but what a soul destroying experience that has been. everyone works in the phillipines and although they never say the wrong thing the experience leaves you with the strong impression that their masters at SAMSUNG HQ give them so little latitude when things go wrong that they are totally in affective. no wonder TESCO passed the buck, they probably get short changed by Samsung in exactly the same way, so what chance had I got?

Poor service and uncaring people. When you buy an item in my case a Samsung galaxy note 4 and they repair it you expect it to be repaired not come back with the same fault. As you can imagine after travelling a 140 mile round trip to what is suposed to be my local Samsung repair center you can image how pee'd off I was t be told I would have to do it all over again. No lets get you another phone, no replacement offered just anothe 2 weeks. MY ADVICE AVOID BUYING SAMSUNG I will.

Bought a Samsung Wireless Audio Speaker - cost £399.95 on 2.7.15 from John Lewis - took it back today for a full refund. Had loads of trouble trying to set it up (even though the Samsung guy in the store said 'dead easy'), kept dropping out, had to keep resetting it - lost about 6/7 hours of my life messing with the thing. Emailed Samsung but am still waiting for a reply - very poor customer service!!

Samsung service is a joke the departments do not communicate the correct in formation my tablet is in for a free repair and they would not do it unless I paid £63.30 I got on to customer relations to sort it out 2 days later I had to call the repair department to find out if it was ready only to be told that it is a chargeable repair yet again I had to go back to customer relations but I could not speak to a manager and was told they are the team to deal with problems yet they failed to do so the last time I contacted them, if you want to take a complaint higher you have to write to them which is what I intend doing.

One of the worst experience of customer service. Agent unhelpful, uninterested , refused to put me through to a supervisor or manager and refused to give me her name. Was only interested in opening an account not at all in the problem I had. Will be putting a formal complaint to their Head Office but having spoken to three different people there, I am not sure that this will change anything as this unprofessional approach and poor mentality seem to be deeply anchored in this company.

Having problems with sound bar. Requested a call back hadn't heard anything so contacted them after 2 weeks. Been on the phone for over 2 hours speaking to multiple people who give different answers to the same questions. Not one person seems to know what they are doing.

I purchased a Samsung RFG23UERS fridge freezer in November, which was delivered in December on the completion of the newly fitted kitchen. The appliance looks lovely, and has great storage space. However, be very wary of buying this appliances, unless - should yours develop a fault - you are blessed with an infinite degree of patience! I eventually got through to the service centre, and had a frustrating twenty five minute conversation with an operator who had great difficulty understanding what I said, and equal difficulty making herself understood to me. She had no knowledge of the product at all, and eventually read from a troubleshooting script, even though I had already told her that I had followed this myself prior to the call. The fault that has developed on this appliance, is that it will not now make or dispense any ice. Within the user instructions, it clearly states that this is a problem which requires an engineer visit/inspection. This is not a cheap product, and I will reserve judgement as to whether I made the right decision. The last american fridge freezer I purchased is still going strong after ten years - the manufacturer of that one is LG. So if you are considering the samsung model, have a look at the alternatives just in case.

when my laptop had a problem told to contact Didgiecare in Telford the pick up by DPD ok I rang to check it had arrived and told a new battery was the only fault costing over £60 plus labour of £45, I informed them that the battery saver mode was on to be told I was dreaming ,the software issue was not checked but would be over the weekend and they would ring me .I rang a week later to be told I need a battery and charger and no software problem(6 meg of ram used 100%) the cost now £145 plus,I requested it returned to me they agreed to no charge if there was no come back !!. I turned off the battery save mode had the charger checked by my usual repairer (150 miles away) ,who sorted the soft ware problem in 15 mins .all ok now. but my old laptop 12 years old on XP ,has had a hard drive replaced with 1 meg of ram ,is better Samsung need to get a grip ,I will return to Apple when our phones end their contract, Fedup with Samsung ,Mike S , Dolgellau

Samsung customer service is shockingly poor.I purchased a Samsung laptop - model nP540U about two years ago. The first laptop developed a problem with its touchscreen about 2 days after I started using it. I took it back to the retailer who replaced it with a new laptop. This worked fine for about 8 months then the laptop developed another fault with its screen, this time it flickered every time you opened and closed the lid and would have black blocks across the screen. This was still in warranty and Samsung replaced the screen. All worked fine until about 7 months later the screen developed the same fault again. Samsung said they wouldn't do anything as there was only a 90 day warranty for the repair. I argued that given my problems this laptop wasn't fit for purpose, and also the component part shouldn't fail within a year, and surely the part should carry a warranty of a year, it was actually repaired but completely replaced, and still failed again. Samsung refused to do anything about it other than say it was out of warranty and tough luck basically. Samsung corporate cites quality as a core company value. The posted reply from customer service didn't even have a stamp and I had to pay Royal mail to get the letter. I will never buy another Samsung product again...customer service is nil.

I received a Samsung tablet for Mother's Day. I received an email stating that I had a coupon code for 50% off a Samsung product. I found an accessory I wanted and as I hit the 'submit' button I saw an error in my address. I called to report the mistake and was told by a Customer Service representative that they could not correct the error but I would have to cancel the order and create a new order. Customer Service then reassured me that they would issue me a new coupon code. Based on my conversation with Samsung, I agreed to cancel the order. I then received an email telling me that coupon codes were only issued once and another could not be issued. After several emails back and forth, I called Customer Service and asked if a coupon code could not be reissued, would they honor the 50% off anyway? I explained I would not have canceled my order if I would not have been assured that I would be able to receive another coupon code. I am not being petty. It is not the amount, it is the principle. The original Customer Service rep might have made an honest mistake thinking a new coupon code could be reissued. However, knowing their error, I was hoping they would at least honor the discount manually. They could do this if they wanted to. Can't means won't. I am very disappointed in Samsung's Customer Service and will be returning my tablet. Customer Service means nothing to them and that is a sad state of affairs. This is why America needs to be getting back to manufacturing and marketing products made in the States. Foreign companies are out for money and care nothing about quality or happy customers. Let's cut these companies loose and do business only with companies based in the U.S.

Phoned Samsung today to ask a question about my new blue ray DVD player, only to be told that I could not do what the player was asking me to do. The so called expert really did not understand what I was talking about and told me it must be a faulty DVD which I may add has played on other players, and in the end she just hung up in the middle of the conversation. She wants sacking for her attitude, and even though I love Samsung products I will think twice before buying again, and definitely will not be recommending them to anyone else.

Seems customer's right and satisfaction means nothing to Samsung. My Samsung S4 mini had battery issue out of the box. Their warranty repair is a joke! !!! They keep sending me the faulty phone back! Has been sent to them twice in a month and it's still faulty! I did report it and was told to send it back again.!!!!! ... it's clear their "engineers" aren't qualify and they don't really care about it. Their escalation complaint procedure is to send a postal letter to the address in Sheffield. ... And the results would be NOTHING! they would send you a letter saying : Ah. .. send it back again! !!! This is obviously the reason for such a BAD service ..the customer service team knowing no one is actually care about the customer, service and their failure.... They know customers are out of options ....

I purchased a Samsung washing machine this weel and phoned their customer services to register for the warranty. The individual I spoke with spoke only basic English but understood me well enough. I gave all relevant details but was asked for a phone number. I queried this as I could not see why it was needed. The call handler said it was in case I needed to book a repair. I refused and was promptly cut off. I called back and went through the details again with a new call handler. Again I was asked for a contact phone number. Again I refused. I pointed out that I am under no obligation to provide a phone number but they are obliged to issue the warranty. The call handler became very rude, saying that she wasn't there to talk about law and I was wasting her time. She then told me that I would have to register my details online. I did, and this proved much easier. The phone number is a required detail, but I gave a false one. Despite data protection, and various assurances, its well known that these call centres DO sell the details on to other firms. Even if the product is good, I won't purchase any Samsung it again.

SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT! Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing Samsung items for my new kitchen. They may look nice but when a problem arises, you're screwed...it's that simple! The fact that the customer service centre is based good knows where and you're speaking with people who are reading off a script and know zilch about Samsung products is despicable! We have purchased a Samsung microwave, oven and fridgefreezer costing a lot of hard earned money and this is what we get for it?? Put off for LIFE!!

TV developed lines after 4 months. Tesco directed me to Samsung customer service centre. Was told to take to service centre 55 miles away for repair. Argued it was too far. Arranged a collection for Saturday. 1130am. Waited, no one showed up. Rang Samsung. They gave me engineers number , rang number and said closed on weekends. Grrrr. Unbelievable incompetence. I would give zero stars if i could. Terrible phone lines. They can't here what u are saying - possibly using VoIP on their end. Worse customer service ever. Samsung - avoid at all costs.

Do NOT BUY Samsung product! As easy as that advice. Bought amercan style fridge freezer, straightaway there was a problem with it. Reported that imidietely to the shop ( AO), which keep transfering me to Samsung with no interst at all. Samsung custemer service is shockingly poorly. They will tranfer you from person to person to tell you after 30-45 that they will call you back (Dominic) and guess what, they never do!!! One, Nikita, very rude, cutt me off because she could not find my post code on her system! Their lines are poor, their peple are very unpleasant. Over couple of months and hours on the phones, they managed to send 3 different engineers. I requested product replacement but their simply refused. I will NEVER buy anything from Samsung and will NEVER recomend their products.

Having a fridge freezer less than a year old to be told by Samsung service that the failed part only had a 28day warranty is outrageous. I was subsequently given the telephone number of a local spares outfit and told to go and buy the part myself! Fortunately the original supplier (Currys / PC World) were more helpful and offered to sort out the issue with Samsung directly on my behalf. The Samsung call centre was unhelpful, wrong in their advice (the warranty is two years not 28days) and frankly useless! On this basis I'm very unlikely to buy anything branded Samsung in future.

Despite numerous phone calls I have now been waiting 5 weeks for Samsung to repair my american style fridge freezer. The Customer Services are very polite but nothing ever gets done and nobody rings you back. I would not buy anything again from Samsung.
