They have the worst customer service in the world, at least in UK. Ordered my Galaxy S21 Ultra on 13th of June 2021, it’s a £1199 phone and still they charged me £3.99 for the delivery on a specific date and time. Guess what, they failed to deliver the phone on time and after calling them so many times, non of their customer service agents could give me any updates when I will get the phone, and their phone line is really really poor, you can’t hear them properly most of the time and suddenly they cut off the phone, it was really frustrating as I had to call over and over again and had to explain the same thing. Anyway, after lots of arguments one of the agents said she will send me an email with updates soon, but didn’t receive anything. However, suddenly in the middle of the night got an email from DPD that they will deliver my order in the morning, by this time it was already 24h delayed, remember they charged me for delivery on my specific date n time. Now let’s talk about the experiences after getting the phone. Obviously it’s a £1200 phone (£1199 to be exact) and you expect the best performance. Again guess what, the battery life is worse than my 3 years old phone. All the so called Pro-YouTubers and reviews saying you will get more than a day of battery life. But in reality I’m not getting anywhere near to that, it’s roughly 4h Screen on Time n I’m not a heavy user by any means. So after getting this poor battery performance I called Samsung again and again the same issue with the phone line, really really bad. Finally got to talk with someone after 3/4 attempts. He said I have to wait 2/3 days more to let the phone learn about my daily using patterns and then the phone will optimise the battery. If not then he said they will replace the phone. When I asked how the replacement process will work, he said “We will send you the replacement phone 1st with return label and you have to send the old phone back on that same box” So after 3 days when I noticed the battery didn’t improve that much despite me being so close fisted with the phone uses. So I called again to the customer service and again same poor line connection. This time the agent said they will replace the phone but I have to send the old phone back 1st and after 7 to 10 days of receiving the old phone they will send me the replacement phone. Is this a joke!!!!!! I'm now really disappointed with this phone and the service I've been given so far. This is one of the worst decision I had taken that buying a phone from Samsung. If you buy it from online you can't take the phone to Samsung stores or shops to replace as non of the stores or shops are their official site (as I was told by customer service agents) So I'm pretty much stuck with this phone and have to send it to them by post and wait. I have decided to return the phone and get my money back. It's way better to buy from Apple, at least you get better customer service and they have their official stores everywhere, and doesn't, matter wherever I buy iPhone I can take it to the store and get my issues sorted, at least that's what I learned from my previous experiences with Apple.

Got a S20 md the damn screen stopped working. phone isnt even 8 months old. I was so frustrated calling the automated service line telling me to press 1 for phones that I dropped my phone cracking it. Now they wont even help because it is broken. The Samsung S20 is by far the worst quality phone I have owned. I had a good portion of Samsung phones since day one and this is the worst. I will not one another Samsung product as long as I live. They do not stand behind their products

DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!!! We purchased a 65” tv and less than 3 months the tv base broke and the tv crashed to the floor. Because the tv had physical damage from falling it was deemed out of warranty. They will not do anything to help us. They are the worst company that does not back their product or care about their customers. I will never buy anything from Samsung. EVER!!!!!!

Try to stay away from their phones if possible. I have a phone that's acting up. I took it to T-Mobile and the guy wasn't able to fix it. He says it's under a 1 year warranty, so I call T-Mobile and they transfer me to Samsung. The lady, who's first language isn't English, tries to troubleshoot with me over the phone. For 30 minutes. Finally, I hung up - not her fault. Again, try not to purchase from Samsung.

I have a samsung washer and had the top replaced for a factory defect and now it has the same issue. They tell me it is my problem now. If you are looking to buy the top loader washer it is going to start to rust and fall on your clothes.

I am totally disappointed in Samsung's aftercare / warranty. I have a front load washing machine that is only 12 months old is leaking from the door and underneath. I have been asked to send photos 3 times to different numbers within Samsung, I have spoken to rude employees from here also. It is now 3 weeks later and they have decided (without even looking at the machine) that its not a manufacturing problem therefor it is not under warranty :( I will never buy a Samsung product again.

I bought s21+ online from Samsung website and after month half the phone start giving me an issue, so I spoke with someone from the customer service from Samsung and they send me to repair shop which was more then hour away from where I live. The repair shop took 3 hours and by the end they told the phone could not be fixed because have motherboard factory issue. The shop told me to just send back and get your money back or new phone. I spoke with Samsung customer service, and they said they will need back but to fix it, and not to give me money back or new one. After I send the phone, I did my online research and the came up with information that phone will not be good after they fix it. overall, I spoke with customer service of Samsung and they were very bad and unprofessional, and they keep put me on waiting and someone else join and ask how can I help you and that happened over and over..... I asked to speak to manger for 100 times but still nothing. I would not even give them half star for the review. No refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service. No one calls you back and my refrigerator has not been cooling my food, which has spoiled . This issue has been pending since June 28th and I cant get it fixed. I will never by a product form samsung..There are many other good products that stand behind there product.

Is there a 1/2 star? Not even sure they deserve that. I purchased a new phone that didn't work properly from the day I bought it. Was told once I sent the phone in the second time that I would receive a replacement phone. The phone was returned to me repaired and worked worse than when I sent it in. When I sent it back they returned it to me "UNREPAIRED." Been a long time user of Samsung products. After fighting with customer service for over 4 months, I may never touch another Samsung product again! Doubt this review will have much impact on their methods but I'm hoping consumers will seriously reconsider purchasing Samsung products in the future as I strongly feel they have no intention of changing their bad attitude and low level of customer care.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life . On top of that I spent $1100 on a tv for it to break and after I get it repaired once , the same exact issue occurs 13 months later. I will never buy a Samsung product again in my life and I will encourage others to do so.

Every time I up date my note it works terrible, I have reverse the up date to get my phone to work properly. Customer service for Samsung is straight garbage!

Over 6 months ago our tenant reported the air conditioner stopped working. As it was still under warranty, we went through the warranty process. Now 6 months on and the 4 repairs the air conditioner is still not working. The recent repair agent recommended replacement as the same part has been replaced 4 times in 6 months. Samsung has declined their recommendation and wants one of their team to attend with the repair agent again. Our poor tenant is 6 months deep without an air conditioner. Your warranty service is a joke! We feel that you are just biding your time until the warranty is up on the air conditioner.

Samsung your customer service is the WORST I have ever had to deal with not to mention your repair service STINKS also as long as I’m alive I will ensure that anyone looking to purchase a Samsung product will be advised not to purchase your product purchased a fridge and has completely given up in four months took technician a week to come out that’s only because we demanded someone to come out sooner on arrival it took ten minutes to tell us that the computer board and compressor is shot will now be five to ten days tho see if parts are available still waiting GARBAGE SERVICE the country is also in a heat wave

Had a warranty on Samsung Refrigerator, after several calls and lots of time on the phone we now have to wait until we receive our prorated refund check to get rid of the old refrigerator. So we are supposed to live without a refrigerator for two or three weeks or get a new refrigerator without doing an exchange and figuring out a way to get rid of the old one. In other words they are hoping you will just give up on it through frustration and they won't have to honor the pro rated warranty costs.

The refund process is the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience ever. They use a third party company to pick up the damaged tv and there is no to little communication between the two. If you want a refund from these people, you would have to work on your own. They could care less. With the experience thus far, I would not recommend Samsung to anyone.

Avoid Samsung. The refrigerator is great but the customer service is incompetent. I used a magnet on my refrigerator and it slid down and scratched my door. I contacted Samsung to ask how to buff it out and they passed me around to customer care. “Someone will call you in 3-5 business days” after three weeks of back and forth I was told there isn’t a service technician in my area (northern va). I again asked how do I buff it out and was told to use bar keepers stainless steel cleaner and polish. It made the scratch worse. These people are totally incompetent. I do not recommend buying anything from Samsung. They can’t help you if something goes wrong and there is no accountability for their incompetence.

I have purchased all my major appliances through Best Buy for the last two decades. I have done this as the compared prices were fair but the competitive edge was the warm feeling of knowing the added Geek Squad protection plan purchased. The protection plan was sold with the promise of repair or replace should any problems arise for the following 5 years with the purchase of my major appliance. On face value, the insurance purchased was a small additional investment should the appliance fail. Best Buy / Geek Squad were way ahead of the game with my two decades of major appliance purchases as I had never needed to file a claim with the purchased insurance until recent. I contacted Geek Squad and spoke with a technician who opened a claim for my dish washer purchased circa 2018. The initial process to file a claim was simple. On June 3rd 2021, I received an email confirmation reference service event number 18472461. “Service Quick” was the name of the authorized repair facility. June 10th 2021 a repair technician was scheduled to respond to my residence to assess and repair my Samsung dishwasher. I was informed the technician would contact me on the scheduled date and provide me a window of arrival for the services. I was told to be available from 8am to 5pm on June 10th 2021. On the morning of my scheduled appointment, I received a call from the technician employed by Service Quick as promised. I was given a response time window of arrival between 5pm to 7pm. Although this was outside the 8am to 5pm window originally provided, I had made arrangements to be home for the day in anticipation of a service technician coming to my home. This was the last time I spoke with the Service Quick technician. On June 10th 2021, no one arrived at my residence to perform the repairs on my dishwasher. I did not receive a call, email or text regarding the matter. On June 11th 2021, I waited to be contacted by a representative of Service Quick regarding the no call and no show of the appliance repair technician. I decided to follow up with Service Quick mid-day with a phone call after waiting to be contacted to no avail. I spoke with call taker identified as Adriana. I explained the above circumstances to her and she advised the technician assigned to respond to my residence to diagnose and repair my Samsung dishwasher was unable to locate my home and his cellular phone did not have service in the area. Adriana was apologetic and offered to reschedule with me immediately. Adriana provided me with June 17th 2021 as the next available date and time a technician could be dispatched to my residence. I explained to Adriana June 17th 2021 would work as long as the technician could respond and complete the work before 12pm as I had an appointment which could not be rescheduled for the afternoon. I was very clear and stated if this was not a request which could be accommodated, a different date would have to be selected. I was assured by Adriana the time restraints would not be an issue and the technician would be able to accommodate my needs. On June 17th 2021, I received a call from the technician employed by Service Quick. The technician advised he would respond to my residence between 5pm and 6pm. I provided the details of the conversation I had with Adriana to the technician and explained I was assured a morning response would be accommodated due to my scheduled appointments in the afternoon. The technician replied, “I don’t see anything in my notes, you will have to re-schedule.” I decided to do some research with Service Quick and discovered in the last three years, the BBB had 144 total complaints with Service Quick and 123 of the 144 complaints were service related where customers complained about circumstances similar to mine. With this information, I recontacted Best Buy / Geek Squad customer service. I spent the next 2 hours and 45 minutes on the phone with customer service representatives. I explained my situation and requested a company other than Service Quick be authorized to conduct the repairs needed. I learned Best Buy had four companies in which they contracted with to provide repairs regarding claims made with extended warranties through the Geek Squad protection plans sold. I was informed the system in place for the customer service representatives did not allow them to select any of the four companies authorized to repair appliances on behalf of Best Buy. The software would auto generate the selected repair facility once the information had been imputed. Best Buy customer service representatives could not accommodate me and the only authorized appliance repair services available to me was to be conducted through Service Quick. I ended my phone call with Best Buy without scheduling a service call for repairs. Service Quick had proved unreliable and scheduling a firm date seemed grim at best. At this time, I am unable to afford the luxury of accommodating Service Quick with future dates with the high likelihood of rescheduling. Each date scheduled has a cost associated where I am required to spend the day at home. My Samsung dishwasher stopped working on June 1st 2021. To date, the repairs or replacement of the appliance have not happened. I have learned the cost associated where I stayed home to meet with Service Quick technicians could have paid for a new dishwasher. Unless convinced otherwise, I am terminating my relationship with Best Buy after being a loyal customer for over 20 years. I will tell my story to anyone who will listen regarding my experience with the customer service provided by Best Buy and through the entities authorized by Best Buy.
