We purchased a fridge that is 6 1/2 months old. It stopped working, phoned Samsung, they took 10 days to send someone to look at fridge, when the tecjnichian arrived and I described the problem ( as I had already over the phone orginally )he immediately said the fridge needs replacing. He phoned Samsung, they confirmed yes this is what is needed. We are now 4 weeks without a fridge. When we contact Samsung ( everyday) no one can help but to say everytime " we will call you in 1-2 days ). We have contacted Fair Trading, they have told us we must go through the store we purchased at, seems strange when Samsung were happy to send out a technician and did not tell us to go back to store. We contacted the store, Good Guys Cairns, previously had chosen not to do this because the buying process was so appalling - we received our fridge 7 weeks after they said we would. So now it is two weeks since contacting the Good Guys, they have not been able to sort it. So here we are hugely out of pocket, into week 4 of being fridgeless, added the additional 7 weeks from the beginning and I can say overall The Good Guys Cairns and Samsung are quite happy to receieve your money but have no urgency or concern to attend to warranty replacement. Disgusting that theses companies can carry on like this without being held accountable.

very bad and poor company ... no customer support , charge large amount of money from customers , fake warranty periods, very disappointed,i buy sumsung monitor packed it;s just broken peace and sumsung denied to change or repair it .. just loss of money and product is only to through it in dustbin

Terrible service. Learned that my order was cancelled because I supposedly “ exceeded the maximum purchases”. This was my first purchase in six years. The person I spoke to online kept explaining herself about why our connection was being transferred and all I wanted to know is why my order was cancelled. She couldn’t get to the point until I repeatedly ask over four times. She later tells me Samsung will give me an answer 2-3 days on why I cannot purchases and suggested that something may be wrong with my credit card and it’s not the only company that has these problem. Really? I read their forum, it seems like a regular thing. Samsung get your s**t together. People want to buy, stop refusing sales.

Do not buy a Samsung TV. Not worth the money. We had ours for three years without any issues. Loved it. Now Samsung has decided to not make it work because of their updates and pushing their Samsung TV app which is useless. The tv is now deleting all the apps we have installed every three days and if it goes much longer Samsung will make the volume control stop working to force you to update. When you ask them what they are doing to fix their problem, they say you will have to pay a technician to come out. Not buying Samsung again. They are awful.

I have at least 6 Samsung T v's I've been a loyal customer to Samsung my volume is not working on my 55" Samsung they are telling me it's a software problem this has been going on for over 4 months I've called many times I have it fixed they're saying they're waiting for a software update but yet customer service wants to send a technician out and wants me to pay for it only to tell me that it's a software problem That makes a lot of sense doesn't it I will never buy another Samsung TV I don't recommend it you buy any Samsung

Just bought a smart TV 2021 after 2 weeks the remote control stop working I have been waiting for the replacement for more than 2 weeks their answer is always the same they don't know when the are getting replace remotes , tried to return the TV well good luck with that,, now I am seeing the customer services review and I don't understand how a company with such bad reviews could be still operating in this country

If there would have been negative marking I would like to give that. I bought refrigerator almost 2 years back and I have already started getting complaints. The gas has started leaking. I have raised the request but the customer care services are extremely slow response. There are giving rubbish date of visit.

Galaxy s21 ultra overheating...Samsung replaced it...2nd phone overheating same issues. Now they say ask bestbuy to refund my money on their trashy phone. Unacceptable. 2 year warranty my back side!! Don't waste your money. $1,400 later and a phone that only works half the time what a job. I feel robbed! Never again will I buy or use Samsung phone. No refund has been issued 😪

Recently contacted the support regarding a swollen battery. They mentioned they would check whether the battery could be replaced free of charge and "informed" me of an ongoing promotion to Samsung Galaxy Buds. Over 6 weeks later, no answer, even after contacting the support again. 😒

I ordered a Samsung 34” G5 gaming monitor from Samsung.com store. I have long been a fan of their monitors. But their store is just terrible and so is the customer service. It showed in stock, but then after 10 days and the date kept sliding, I got that sinking feeling that they could not be trusted at their word as to when it would ship. The c/s people seem like in India or someplace and are nice enough, but what’s maddening is that they are not given ANY authority to do anything, even such a simple thing as to cancel an order that is 2 months beyond the original “in stock” promised delivery. I finally had to do a credit card dispute to claw back my money from these incompetent fools. I don’t know why such a major company would have such a crappy internet store. Ended up getting it off Amazon for same money and 2 days delivery with no drama. I couldn’t find it initially when I ordered from Samsung.com. Never order anything from there. If there’s any problem with the order you’ll be in for a huge headache! The instructions posted for how to cancel your order: the cancel button does not exist. Their excuse is that once your card is charged it cannot be cancelled. Well they charge your card immediately. So it’s not my fault they can’t deliver the thing on several weeks so of course I have the right to cancel and buy it somewhere else!! What kind of imbecile designs a system like that?

Samsung A11 phone isn't working. They have contract with UBreakIFix. I traveled to 2 different locations and both were closed June 16th. Not on phone message. Called Samsung customer service. They assured me that they spoke to a person in the Baltimore Pike UBreakIfix store. They lied. The store is closed as well. Samsung customer service is the worst.

Purchased a samsung refrig 5 years ago. Quit working. Ice maker has never worked and refrigerator quit cooling. Was on the line for 45 minutes with your representative and he said it needed to be looked at but no service representatives in our area. Got the local repair man to come and look at it and he said samsung has known issues with their ice makers and refrigerators. We currently have samsung washer and dryer which we had problems with also and had a repair man out to fix. We also have samsung phones and are not happy with them either. Just want to say Not buying samsung again.

I year and 2 months after purchase of our Samsung refrigerator the ice maker broke there was no one available to service it. They offered us $800 less than what it would cost to replace it. When we declined the offer their response was we were free to find someone to service it on our own. I guess we can buy a lot of bags of ice for $800 will NEVER purchase Samsung again

They only lie and give false promises. I was promised a phone to be delivered in 5 weeks. Nothing came. It's week 7 now and for 2 weeks, no one is giving me an answer as to where my phone is. For 2 weeks, I've been hearing the same phrase "we escalated your issue to our team and they will get back to you in 24-48 hours." It's been 2 weeks and no one is getting back to me. I wanted to cancel the order, then the representative offered me a $200 refund to keep the order and wait for it to be delivered. I accepted that until 5 minutes later I get an email that they cannot honor the $200 refund. How many lies do these people want to give their clients??? Now I can't even cancel my order!! This is complete scam and unprofessional behavior. Shame on you Samsung!!

Samsung Microwave failed during the manufacture warranty. I contacted Samsung for service and an appointment was scheduled. Service window was between 1 and 5. At 4:30 I called to verify the tech was still coming out. He was running late. At 6 I called again to find out what happen. They had no clue. Today I spent 54 minutes on the phone trying to get someone out. I have yet to get any resolution. Microwave still not working.

I have a Samsung French door fridge and twice I have had to change the Evaporator Cover Assembly over a 2.5 year period. Ice and moisture build up occurs because the cover is poorly designed. This has cost me $620 each time (Parts & Labour). I contacted Samsung Customer support and they will only have contact with you by chat or email with is poor service. They do not believe they have an issue but there are many videos about this issue on You Tube. Also, the service techs that each did the repairs say they see this problem all the time with this fridge. I do not recommend you buy a fridge from Samsung. They do not know the meaning of good customer service.

Online support is horrible. I have a Samsung tv with HBO max subscription through that it. HBO max quite working last year in July so I went in and updated my card. Thought nothing of it because HBO max was working again. HBO max stopping working again said I needed to update my subscription sooo long into the app which it says I am being charged and have been for a year for two subscriptions Che led my bank account and sure enough every single month charged twice for two subscriptions for same exact thing. After hours so I got online support I was transferred 4x told to just go delete my subscription if I didn’t want it. Told it would not charge me for the same tv subscription two times with one card or I must of signed up my self twice so I just needed to go cancel the subscription and also told by the third and fourth person I would need to contact someone else as it’s not there department EVEN though I was transferred to them by someone on there own team. Rude, very unhelpful and I had to answer the same questions over and over and they still ignored what I said and just kept saying just cancel the subscription. And I might add I asked to speak with a supervisor so the fourth person who told me they could do nothing and might I add he is the one who stated that would not happen with being charged twice for the same subscription. He also told me I was wrong that they could not charged a expired card which I never said they did supports them not actually reading what customers are saying
