READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM SAMSUNG.... Horrible horrible service. Samsung has definitely gone down hill. Still waiting on receiving a brand new dishwasher. I’m going on 5 weeks now. I’ve had 2 delivery times scheduled already. Both times the delivery crew arrive at my home the call me outside to unbox the dishwasher in front of me. Only for me to see that the dishwasher is already damage. Of course I’ve refused it both times. The logistics company they use is XPO and each time they said that they and Samsung would follow up. I don’t hear back from either side so I end up having to sit on hold for 2 hours (each incident) explaining my issues over and over until I get transferred to a CSR specialist. Mind you; I have had to take off of work twice now for a time window that is given to me the afternoon before delivery day. Can’t adjust the time window or else I’ll have to wait 2 additional days before they can deliver again. Samsung Customer Service Reps are clueless and read from a script. This seems to be how Samsung does it. I’m a big Samsung fan but only have bought from Big Box Stores. This is my first time experience ordering directly from there website. At this point, I’m waiting for a call back just so I can cancel and get a full refund. Its been 24 hrs now since I’ve made my second call to Samsung after the second damaged delivery. I’ve already went to Home Depot explained my story and they actually gave me an additional savings of $150 for the trouble I’ve had with Samsung.com along with the Memorial Day sale they had AND set me up for next day delivery and install. I ended up going with Bosch. Spent a bit more than I wanted because I wanted to avoid anything with Samsung’s name on it.

Customer service on repair of a brand new micro wave came out of box defective and getting service set up and done in timely fashion was impossible. Customer service is horrible. And they do not care!! It was bought in Dec 2020 and to date May 26 2021 it is not fixed and they do not seem to care asked to have part expedited to repair service but they would not do anything called at least 6 times and always got the run around asked to have a new one sent and they refused. Most frustrating service I have ever experienced!! Do not buy any product from Samsung!!

Loved Samsung tv's but my recent experience with their customer service was unbelievable. Bought a brand new 8K tv but unfortunately there were vertical lines across the whole screen. Called in and the first time I called they had a technician come take the tv and try and fix it. They replaced what parts they had to replace on the tv but that did not fix the problem. So Samsung was required to replace the tv. So a new tv was exchanged and the first thing I did was put on a hockey game and see if there were any lines on the tv. Turns out it also had lines across the whole screen. I also checked out all my equipment here before I called the first time just to make sure the lines were not coming from an external source. So called in again and told them about the lines on the tv. They immediately said that the tv would just be exchanged again. 2 months later no call no email from Samsung. I eventually call back to try and get an update. Samsung says they canceled the exchange because they could not get ahold of me. Meanwhile no one called me or emailed me at any point. This started a barrage of me calling in to the Samsung service centre trying to get this tv either fixed, exchanged or refunded. Eventually after being constantly lied to and given the run around I thought I convinced them to look at the tv and try and at least fix it. A technician was supposed to come by and take the tv that weekend and make the necessary repairs. Of course no one came and know one called. The Tuesday after I called the repair shop to check when they would be coming to get the tv. They knew nothing of this tv or any repairs to be done. Once again I called Samsung about this. Samsung tells me the technician looked at and told them it was working fine and there would be no other repairs or exchanges. So moral of the story is DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. They take no accountability for their shitty products and will lie and sweep you under the carpet. This tv is the last Samsung product I will ever buy!

I used to be a loyal Samsung customer. At one point almost everything in my house was Samsung, Cell, Tvs, computer monitor, washer dryer, fridge, ect. Literally, everything has failed. My washer and dryer are the most recent. They are a few years old, but ironically, both failed within a month of each other. Why is everything failing? Engineered defects. Dumb unproven features that nobody wants, that when they go bad, the item is unusable. My dryer has a sensor that detects when your clothes are dry, fancy. But even on manual, it will not run for more than 10 secs before it says everything dry, all done and ends. Similar with the washer. My phones have had similar defects. Tvs too. I have many off brand alternatives that far outlast anything I have ever purchased from Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung product again. Literally the least reliable products in my home and some of the most expensive.

I have been regular customer but my recent experience with service centre has been pathetic I purchased S 20 ultra eleven months back and during lockdown it automatically switched off and couldn't switch on and as I required certain prescription n contact due to covid I tried to open cover but stopped knowing it can't be opened and contacted service centre they straight away said they will charge 28000 although being in warranty period then contacted customer service and they inspite of telling my situation they behaved inhuman and the solution they provided is just so unjustified and biased keeping only the company in view .will never ever buy samsung .don't buy as they have very bad after sale service they are charging me for motherboard which clearly is the internal problem but putting the blame and loss due to their fault on customer.

I have to say that I switched to Samsung many years ago as I loved the phablet experience the early notes provided. I jumped ship from the iPhone and I haven't looked back, until............ I made the mistake of using samsung.com's guarnateed trade in program to buy the z fold 2. My note 10+ was a mere year old and I babied that thing. Not a scratch on it and I was able to safely place it back in the originally packaging in pristine condition. I even took pictures of it to enure I noted its perfect condition. (FYI - I am a 50 year old woman that takes care of her phones) Anyway - I"m concvinced it's just a ploy to get you to spend more money on a newer model. I don't think they actually intend to give you the full trade in value, but after you go through the hassle of mailing in your old phone and already purchased the new phone you don't want to yet again go through the hassle of sending the new phone back and getting your old phone. Not when they jerked me around with a like new phone - that I bought from them a year before by the way. I have bought three phones, mulitiple earbuds and a samsung watch directly from Samsung.com. NEVER AGAIN. As a matter of fact - I just bought two new iphones for my daughters who are about to turn 14 - which is the age we allow cell phones in our home. The next time I need a phone - it will more than likely be an iphone. The sad part is that it's not because of the cell phone itself but because of the way Samsung treated me (promised money then found a way not to give it to me). I was loyal until they screwed me over. I switched from iphones over 10 years ago and now I guess I am switching back. Goodbye Samsung.

In December of 2020 I contacted Samsung directly to make sure I but the correct television. I wanted a TV that was compatible with MLB. The Samsung Customer Service person recommended a television and assured me that it was compatible with the MLB channel. Turns out he was wrong! I called Samsung to return the TV and buy another one and was told it's too late, it's past the return period. I could not test the tv app because the baseball season did not start until April of 2021. So even tho the sales person gave me the wrong information I'm stuck with this TV. ( I kept a copy of the conversation) Samsung does not value their customers, so I would not buy any of their products, because they lie and don't really care. There are a ton of stories just like mine on the internet.

DON'T BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT I'm writing about a Samsung range that I purchased 6 years ago. Last March (2020), one of the burner switches on the cook-top no longer worked, so I had to get it repaired. Three months later, another burner switch went and had to get that one repaired as well. Total cost - over $600. October of 2020, (Thanksgiving), I didn't understand why my 15 lb turkey was taking so long to bake. I decided to adjust the oven temperature, only to discover that the sensor was not working correctly and the oven temp read 212 Degrees, instead of 325 Degrees. I had the "Samsung recommended" repair service take a look and the repair person said I needed new sensors & a new Mother board. Total (over $650). The next day, after baking cookies, the oven was still not repaired - the same problem existed. The people at the service repair place "Totem Appliance" were excellent. They sent another repair person out and he determined that the oven is unrepairable. The repair person sent the report into Samsung, but it fell on deaf ears. I called Samsung to ask for my money back on the parts & labour, but they said there's nothing they can do. I continued to try to contact Samsung, but with much difficulty. The one person I was initially dealing with via e-mail, just stopped responding. Here's what I have to say about Samsung... Their Customer Support should be called NON Customer Support. I wasn't asking for a new range - I was only asking for my money to be reimbursed back to me (for the oven non-repair) . I will never, ever buy another Samsung product & I advise those who are buying something from Samsung to be "buyer beware". Very disappointed in their NON-service. Frankly...horrible customer service.

I never knew how bad their customer service was until now. i have been dealing with them on a defective phone since 12/20/20 and today is 05/20/21 and i have still not received my refund. they assign a rep that is useless apparently they have no info its like a scam every day i call in and he makes some random information up today a month later he claims the check was sent out a month ago and USPS is delayed in which is NOT true at all he cant even provide me with a tracking for my check!!! BBB is involved as well save yourself a headache! too many good companies with great customer service who care about their customers unlike Samsung.

The lies they tell!!! Traded an Iphone11 for an S21 and everything was good until I was told that the iPhone was not in the condition that I claimed it to be in. Pics were sent. Nothing was wrong with the phone. Now they are trying to take $150 out of my paypal account or give me the phone that was either damaged in transit or swapped out for the perfectly fine phone that I sent in. I will never ever again buy a phone from samsung.com. I'm done....

I just had THE WORST experience with Samsung. I have been a customer for 20 years, typically getting my Samsung products via Verizon and have had no issues. This time I decided to purchase directly through Samsung when they offered a trade in program for cracked phones. I filled out the paperwork, received my new device, and sent in my old device as pee their specific instructions (factory reset). Two weeks later I received and email stating that my phone did not meet the criteria and they would be charging me the remaining balance I would have gotten off for the phone. They said it didn't turn on and wasn't factory reset. Interesting they could find that without turning it on. They gave the option to have it sent back to me which I did. Today I got my phone with NO SIM CARD. Amazingly it turned on and the first message I received was the no SIM warning. I called customer service and was told they would do an investigating to find out why the SIM was taken out and attempt to find it. I obviously was not happy about that. First, the people checking the phone lied about it not working, now they stole from me! I asked to be transferred to a supervisor who told me that the SIM card was an accessory and they are able to keep any accessories sent in with the phone. An ACCESSORY?!?!? My phone literally say it will not work without a SIM card. I am furious. I will never buy another Samsung! Be ware!

A Samsung representative, identifying herself as Kelsey, informed me that Samsung would repair my refrigerator door after investigating the correspondence that took place between another Samsung representative, Lyka, who used a 864-249-5454 telephone number to have my wife and I send her images of the damaged refrigerator door caused by her advice for us to use rubbing alcohol and other solutions on Thursday, April 22. Kelsey informed my wife and I that Samsung would repair the refrigerator door because of this situation on Friday, April 23, providing us with the ticket number 4159123963. Below are evidence of both correspondences. However, at the expense of our frustration, Samsung decided to renege on this decision, stating our problem caused by the company is a “cosmetic issue” and they are not liable. Yet this “cosmetic issue” was caused by them, with representatives acknowledging so to the point that Samsung set up a ticket number to have someone repair the door. If Samsung has any integrity, they would fulfill their original decision and fix my door, which they damaged. This is the first time in my life that a business admits damaging a product bought by a customer and refusing to repair the damage. This act is highly unprofessional and establishes a lack of confidence by the company. I am extremely disappointed.

Never buy Samsung. I bought a Samsung phone note 20 ultra. They broke my phone while fixing it, didn’t even call me to tell me, just replaced the cracked back and sent it back like it was no big deal but with a repair statement telling me the back was cracked during the repair process. That’s how I knew what happened. I was upset that they just replaced the back instead of replacing the whole phone because if it was me who broke it then they would take me off the warranty completely saying that there might now be internal damage to the phone but when they do it, they don’t need to tell you about it and just try to sweep it under the rug. When I called to complain why they didn’t replace my phone with a new one if they damaged it in their possession and they just bullied me and told me that they would not replace it and I had no other choices. They also outsource their customer service employees and pay them likely less than $1 per hour (most are in the Philppines and I lived in the Philippines for two years and was offered to be an online English teacher there for $1.50 an hour and that’s supposedly a high wage for me as a native English speaker). The representatives while polite have no idea how to help you, each one tells you something different and they don’t listen with detail to what your issues are so it’s a very frustrating process. And every time I called I was connected to a new person that I had to keep re explaining my problem to and each one either offered a different solution or offered nothing at all. They say press one to review the representative after the call but I was never directed to review anyone until I mentioned it to them and they sent me an email to review just one of the at least 10 different calls and representatives I spoke with. It was an outrageous and exhausting process all together. They charge you $1300 for a phone and invest nothing back into you and try to save by cutting corners and cheat you out of your rights and money. Very bad.

do not buy Samsung Products, Specially (refrigerators). Bought one in February and it lasted 3 month. has take all this time 5/18 and I still do not have my refund. All they do is delay the process and not give you an answer. 28 cft three door refrigerators break and Samsung does not have anyone that can help with changing the compressor. Do not expect a quick fix to your problem. They will simply not action it being a major appliance.
