I bought Galaxy WAtch (6984) from verizon, less than a year it stopped working. It wouldn't charge, unable to turn it on. I followed up with verizon they tried all they could but still the phone wasn't charging. That was when they asked me to call Samsung. I managed to call Samsung and I was told the watch is out of warranty, they can't replace it so I'd have to pay for repair services. Meanwhile at the time the watch stopped working there warranty was still in active. I am beyond disappointed in Samsung. Treating your customers right is always the hallmark of every organization. Less than a year of purchasing a watch and it stopped working and you're here asking me to pay for repair services. Treat your customers right SAMSUNG.

Dishwasher displayed a code and would no start or run. Samsung recommended a local service Dept. That company was impossible to connect with to set an appointment. Once appointment was made tech didn’t show due to personal car trouble. Mew appointment was six days out. That was a Sat. Appt was scheduled for 10am. Tech showed at 530 pm. He did not have all the parts. Tech came out six days later different tech. Said different part was needed. Tech scheduled for four days later. Day of appointment message left on phone part was not available for me to call for new appointment. Tried to call numerous times no answer.

Customer service is the worst ever. They refuse to do a direct replacement of a 3 month old TV. 10 / 16/ 2020 Scored an awesome deal on a 75inch. RU9000 series 4K TV at our local BJ's. It was marked $800. This was brand new in a factory box on the shelf with several others. So not an open box or display unit. About the end of Jan. or Beginning of Feb. the TV lost it's picture and then the sound. Then the TV started cycling on and off, on and off, on and off along with the Red indicator light on the center bottom of the TV. The remote had no control what so ever. Had to unplug TV to get it to stop. Let it sit for a few minutes and the same malfunction started all over again. Left the TV unplugged over night and still no change. I had previously registered the purchase of the TV with Samsung, so I contacted the warranty department and let them know what was wrong and the information of my registered TV. I waited several day's before I got a response. They now wanted my TV information , again along with a copy of my purchase receipt with full details on the receipt. I sent them the information and waited several day's again. Finally I got a reply and they said they had no service personal in the area and to contact them so they could make ( ACCOMMODATIONS ) What? What are accommodations? Called their 1-800 number and went through the whole voice activated program, before finally being connected to a representative. After going over everything with the representative I was assigned a case number. Then they forwarded me to a division called CASE MANAGEMENT ! The kind voice answered the phone after several agonizing minutes of loud crackling music. I had to explain the whole story again start to finish and the rep say's they need a copy of my receipt. He could not find it in the records that I already submitted. He gives me a text message so that I could reply with text containing my receipt image. After reviewing what he had , he said they did not have one in stock at t warranty department, but he could offer me a coupon for Samsung .com or give me a purchase price refund that could take 4 weeks. I said no unless the coupon was good for the exact model TV at Samsung.com. He said no it would only be good for the purchase price. So because I got the TV on sale, they would now not replace the current TV with a new one of the same model. He said I could check back in 2 weeks to see if they get one into stock. I asked if they could put my name into a cue for a TV when they arrive. The reply was no their system is not automated and they need to check inventory manually. So I waited and called back at a latter date. Guess what, had to go through the whole scenario again. Person on the other end say's they checked inventory and they don't have any. My reply was well Samsung .com has them so just give me a coupon code to get one. Nope, can't do that, different inventory !!! Every time I call them they give me the same run around. I have asked for someone from higher up to contact me and I am told we are case management we are the higher ups. They all use the same script and just change their names when they answer the phones. I have asked again for them to add me to a list or be put in the logistic cue and all they can say is their system doesn't work that way. What kind of archaic system are they using that they can't order a TV or track inventory or shipments ? I even went to Samsung on Face Book with my concerns. A mystery person ***** sends me a message say's she wants to help resolve my issue. ( More like their issue ). Anyway she replies and say's see would take it up with the team and get it corrected. A few day's pass and I get a message from %%%%%%%% now not *****. It say's Hi George I am with CASE MANAGEMENT and checked inventory and we don't have that model currently available in our inventory, so all we can now offer is a refund. Please let us know if this is agreeable ? WOW, if that message doesn't sound familiar. Please don't anyone ever buy another Samsung product, if you value your sanity. The customer service robots are clueless and not willing to go above and beyond to do what's write. Matter of fact one of their CASE MANAGEMENT PERSONAL stated to me, WELL I guess you get what you paid for. That was after they were not willing to replace my product. Really ! If I paid full price instead of sale price for the same product, would it be of better quality ? Because I got this same model TV on sale instead of full price he feels the product I bought is inferior and that's what I deserve. We have now been watching a 32 inch TV that's over 15 years old. We had already sold our 10 Year old 55 inch V**** in order to install a useless 75 inch HD 4K Samsung dead mounted fish.

Postponing transferring me to a Supervisor. One excuse after the other. My phone updated without my consent amd has in turn eliminated the one feature which made me get this phone. I am beyond disappointed in the product now. I will get I phone as soon as I'm able to pay off the phone I thought I was getting... Horrible experience.

Do NOT buy Samsung refrigerator!!!! My 5 year warranty expired Oct 2020 and now my freezer stop working. Samsung technician said there is an issue with seal system and I have to pay out of pocket for someone else to come fix it. Samsung won’t cover any cost and won’t help me at all for a $2800 fridge. Very disappointed with the customer service and I will NOT be buying Samsung products anymore and you best believe I will tell everyone about this.

I purchased a washer and dryer 12/28/19 and have had nothing but problems. Washer: WA50R5400A-started giving me problems 2 months after I purchased. The washer would not spin. Called Samsung and they told me how to calibrate the machine and it started working again. This happens at least once a month and sometimes when I calibrate the machine it still doesn't work. I have to leave it unplugged for a day or 2. Dryer: DVE50R5400V/A3: The dryer has worked fine until yesterday. It stopped spinning and we started to smell something burning. Now I have to wait 1-2 days for a tech to call for availability. In the meantime I have no way of drying my clothes. This has been the worst purchase ever. Both appliances were purchased a little over a year ago; I should not have these kind of issues with brand new appliances. I wish I had kept my old set because the Samsung set has given me nothing but problems.

Brand new dishwasher stopped draining after 6 loads, wait 2 weeks for technician, dishwasher works for 10 loads, same problem. Wait another 2 weeks for repair, washer works for a week! Another 2 week wait for repair, machine runs for 8 days. Samsung agrees to refund me after jumping through many hoops and many phone calls. The day I was promised the check, receive text from Samsung saying they can now only offer me less than what was agreed to. Run, don't walk away from Samsung.

Samsung is Scamsung. I pre-ordered an S21Ultra in its online store. It breaks down within 10 days. It basically disconnects SIM card and drain battery 50% per hour by itself. I brought to the store, the staff says exchange and refund takes 3 weeks. It is a brand new phone and it only lasted 10 days. Any other brand gives you exchange on the spot!!! now it is still being repaired and i am waiting for 22 days now. I called Samsung E-commerce team and they said the warehouse still has not received the faulty phone after 22 days. i am speechless. Never buy Samsung.

Literally avoid this company at all costs!! I've been trying to take them up on an amazing deal I saw on their website, and I repeatedly got the message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." Eventually a customer service lady told me to take everything out of my cart and add it again. Suddenly everything was hundreds of dollars more. She said, "yeah, prices change from time to time." TIME TO TIME?? That was maybe 30 seconds! I escalated to her supervisor who was also rude and she said to send in screenshots and they'd price match. I tried to order again and kept getting the message, "Sorry, something went wrong." They refuse to place the order over the phone. They cannot tell me what to do - I've tried to order this package on my Samsung phone, my Samsung tablet, a chrome book - all on both google chrome and Samsung internet. This has been going on since this past Saturday. The "resolution" they sent me was to clear my browsing history and try to order in incognito mode. Did that, and now the tablet is out of stock. I am trying to spend $1500 on their site. Why is it so difficult? I'm currently debating joining the Apple cult. Currently on hold with my 8th Samsung Customer Service employee, as they apparently can't connect me with any other department.

I purchased the 7070 powerbot in September 2018 for $500. Everything was great until September 2020, when it quit working. In order to have it fixed, you have to send it back to the Samsung Repair Center in NJ. (No local place can fix it.) It cost $69 to send it UPS (you have no guarantee if you don't) and then I had to pay a standard $199 repair charge to get it fixed. They replaced the brush, fllter, sensor, and motor fan. 5 months later, after very few uses becasue we were out of town, it is only vacuuming for about 25 minutes - much less than before. When calling again, I am told I have to send it back again to determine what is wrong. I think spending $768 already is enough. Don't buy this vacuum. I loved it in the beginning, but found it to be an unreliable product, as well as difficult and expensive to get fixed.

I recently purchased a phone from Samsung via the trade-in program. I traded in my old Galaxy Note 9 and paid the difference for a S21. Flash forward a couple days after I sent the trade in, Samsung emailed me saying the trade in was rejected for various reasons including: Failure to power on, and does not start up to Home Screen and function normally (yet sent an accompanying image of the phone powered on) and that I didn’t Factory Reset the phone (which I did). In the case of “functioning properly”, some Samsung phones suffer from a SOFTWARE issue (from a recent update) where the phone occasionally gets a yellow-green tint with horizontal lines and that seems to be their issue as to why the phone was rejected... but that’s because of THEIR software issue. Nonetheless they rejected my trade-in. This is extremely disappointing as it’s their own problem and they refuse to accept a device that’s been affected by their poor updates. Furthermore Samsung makes it very difficult for you to get in contact with customer service if you’ve travelled outside the US and for some reason doesn’t have live chat. I found a Facebook tech support chat but they don’t deal with these issues apparently. Therefore I can’t get in contact with anyone to discuss my trade-in. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I was pro-Samsung rooting for them in every aspect until recently. Bad service, don’t care about customers and don’t want to accept liability for their own errors.

We bought the high end Samsung Tuscany kitchen suite through Home Depot. It took several months before we received our fridge but understand due to Covid circumstances. The delivery drivers noticed a 2 1/2 in. dent in the front of it while unpackaging. We reached out to Samsung customer service and they offered us a partial reimbursement for the fridge if we choose to keep it. I explained to the rep that I did not want credit or a gift card. He explained the gift card is the type that you can take to your bank and pull off cash from. Waited a couple months and finally received it only the bank said you cannot get cash from this type of card. I reached out to customer service. They kept putting me on hold. Spent an hour on the phone with them. Long story short one of the supervisors, employee # 3784487, basically told me that because I received the gift card (that has not been spent) they will no longer be able to exchange my fridge out for a new one (which is what I paid for) and could do nothing else for me. She refused to give me her Supervisors info. Said she reports to the corporate office but refused to say to whom she reports to there. I will be elevating this to corporate but Buyer Beware!!! They are dishonest and do not even try to correct their errors.

I have been a Samsung customer for a long time. I only buy Samsung products. But I had the worst experience with their customer service. I ordered the Galaxy S21 Ultra on the Samsung website and when I received the package the phone was not in the case. I called FedEx and Samsung right after I opened the package. I provided Samsung pictures of the package, the case numbers for FedEx. I was told they were going to refund me, but then changed their mind and said that I need to send them a police report before refunding me. So, I gave them the case # of my Sheriff's report. The thing I don't get is why they need all this information when they have insurance on the package. The girl that I was dealing with was rude and unhelpful. I spent a lot of money on a phone that I did not get. Who knows if I will get my refund even if I do provide the Sheriff's report. I'm sure they will need something else or my time frame will be up. This is frustrating and disappointing. Even the Sheriff I talked to was surprised that they needed his report. This experience has definitely shaken my loyalty to Samsung. I am considering buying other products going forward because of the way they handled this situation and their customer service.

Purchased a Samsung dishwasher From Best Buy after doing kitchen renovations and after taking a dishwasher out of the Box it was damaged from the factory, Samsung sent someone to look at it and they said it was damaged beyond repair. but upon samsung investigation they find that they are not responsible for the damaged product. And they will not replace it. Very poor customer service I give them no stars.
