so i wanted to buy a new samsung 65 inch tv i thought it would be better to order from samsung itself, it said everywhere that all samsung tv's had a 5 year warranty, it also said on their website that it came with a free soundbar.it came firstly we didnt get the soundbar and while setting up and registering the tv we noticed it was only for 1 year, when i contacted them they said as we had bought it through their app we didn't get the soundbar and they had stopped the 5 year warranty although you could still get it though other shops. i asked to return it so i could buy it elsewhere and they wanted 20% reduction in refund plus £50 delivery charge.

I had purchased tv in year 2023. And there was 1 year basic warranty and 1 year additional display warranty. The issue encouraged in my tv display after 1 year and i claimed another 1 year additional display warranty. But company charged me accessories shipment charges that supposed to pay at company side. And another thing I got to know that there was already identified issue in tv displays manufactured in 2023 and before. So even with all this things company taking charges from customer only and not taking responsibility to fix the issues with their own. I am deeply disappointed with company products and services.

I am humble disappointed at the service I received from samsung customer service team regarding all 3 of my appliances. My microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator is 5 years old. My microwave stopped getting hot, dishwasher starts but does nothing, and my refrigerator icemaker doesn't make ice. We troubleshooted all 3 nothing. They told me that I had 1 one year manufactures warranty. What breaks down in 1 year. Bottom line they wanted to charge/estimate me 220.00 for each appliance. I cannot afford to buy all me appliances after 5 years. I had maytag appliances that lasted me 16 years, American made not from China. I don't know what to do. The billion dollar company is not will to do anything but charge me more money for their dysfunctional appliances. Please, can anyone help me. I cannot afford all new appliances or repairs that may cost me and arm and a leg. I think I may reach out to the news to expose the inequality of not being willing to help. Is there someone out there that can give me advice???

Absolutely awful company with extremely poor customer service and low quality products - I recently bought a Samsung washer that broke after 2 months, it was repaired then 2 weeks after it broke again, Samsung said they could not replace it and would not allow me to book another repair! After lots of calls and live chats they finally agreed for me to return the washer for a refund (which under consumer rights law you can do with a faulty product in the first 6 months) however, they are deducting £50 from my refund for them collecting their faulty and dangerous product! I have been waiting a week for a manager to contact me when I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours, I've chased this numerous times and get no where. Do not buy from Samsung.

We bought our house less than a year ago, with a brand new kitchen and all brand new Samsung appliances. The microwave randomly caught on fire when we were heating up leftovers; it had been on for 10 seconds and this happened. So far it’s been 3 weeks, waiting for a replacement tray & plate, which were the items that caught on fire. So far they’ve sent 2 technicians to our house to take pictures of our microwave with no replacement parts. I called Samsung and got no sympathy or concern. I did get 2hrs of my time wasted transferring me to different departments. I’ve been transferred to 4 different departments this morning alone. Being it’s the week of Thanksgiving, I was hoping we could have a functioning Microwave, I guess not. No one cares to help or steps in to get our issue taken care of. Everyone blames another departments. The 1st microwave technician that came to our house actually said this happens frequently. I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY Samsung appliances, horrible customer service, horribly made appliances!

Samsung has the worst customer interaction with customers to resolve issues. I purchased a water filter from the site for my refrigerator which ended up being not compatible. (Grant it that website recommended the model based off of my appliance model #) I then reordered the correct part and called to receive a refund on the first. I was told a restocking fee was needed to process the refund via email notification. The email link doesn't allow you pay anything just gives you the order receipt. I called customer care 4 times and was met with the same " I'm sorry this is happening to you" I will never buy another samsung product again.

I bought a Z fold 6 during the pre-order promo deal. During the process of purchase, Samsung REQUIRED I pay off my trade-in to complete my purchase. I did as prompted THROUGH the Samsung website. The mistake I made was assuming that Samsung would communicate with my provider that the trade-in device had been paid in full. THEY DID NOT! Even spoke with Verizon, whom said Samsung is the responsible party since I purchased through them. I have contacted Samsung countless times about this issue and they say it's Verizon's issue. It's a broken record. Unfortunately, I chose to use the Klarna option and pay my new phone in 4 payments so there is no record of paying off my trade-in. I've lost $450 to Samsung and am still paying for the trade-in with Verizon! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUNK!

You need a no star to rate this company, and the service company is just as bad. Read the reviews there not wrong.

AVOID AT ALL COST! If you value your money, time and emotional health steer clear from buying their products. From my experience here are some of the few reasons: 1. Significantly poor customer service and after service care 2. Does not honour warranty and Australian Consumer rights 3. False advertising (products not durable as advertised, customer service care not as advertised, able to do what products of their kind normally do) 4. Breaching consumer law (products sold has several products has problem, or series of problems, that would have stopped someone from buying it if the problem had been known but they have not acknowledge this or try to remedy the issue. Instead defaults and stubbornly biased with the lacking evidence their internal team provides to blame the issue on user fault) 4. Lack of transparency (summary of interaction and copy of assessment outcome are not provided despite formal request) I was sold a faulty Flip 5 phone that started to cause issues 3 months post purchase. Was repaired but issue occurred again 5 months after. They refused warranty stating it was user fault. Responses from all their rep sounded scripted and almost automated. I cannot believe how they can continue to conduct business this manner despite multiple complaints and even being featured in current affairs. I guess they are too “big” to care and can getaway treating average Australians this way

I order a dryer and then in 2 days the dryer started making scratch sound. The person from Samsung came from warranty department. He said the products cannot be fixed and need to be replace. I called the customer service they said I am out of replacement window and cannot replace and now it cannot be fixed. I would never suggest anyone to buy product from Samsung again. Worst service and worst products. Will never in my life will buy the Samsung products.

Samsung is awful. Hung up on me twice. I’ve called four times about my microwave. Simply can’t get a template to my house. So I can put the microwave up above the stove. I just need a template where to put the screws and they cannot figure out how to simply put it into the system. Worst customer service ever I had to leave a review.

Honestly Avoid. (The warranty is not existing) My phone turning off itself after it closing, so I sent it back for repairing UNDER WARRANTY They said : Unfortunately because of the chips on the hinge, the warranty is not covering anymore. so the repair £ 319 Unbelievable. They find a reason for charging you. I spent nearly £8 000 in the last 5 years for the samsung phones. True to my business. Never again.

Bought the new Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra as a treat because it came with a promotion for a chrome book which I wanted for University. They expressed they sent me an email asking for proof of purchase, which I never seen, even though everything was dealt with in the store shop when I bought the phone. I phoned them today to chase things up after being away for 3 weeks dealing with a family matter and they have closed the promotion off so now I can't be given the chrome book. After spending thousands on a phone and they can't even be kind enough to offer it to me. Not happy, won't be buying from Samsung again, felt like they really cheated me.

If I could give zero stars, I would! We have a Samsung refrigerator which was here when we bought the house. It was manufactured in 2019; we bought the house in Feb., 2021. There were some parts that might've still been covered under warranty, so when the freezer's temperature went way down, I called Samsung first. The customer service person I spoke with walked us through some troubleshooting things & said it might take 24 hours to see if that worked. It didn’t, so I called back & was given the name of a specific appliance repair company in our area which is their designated company. The CS person I spoke with this time said that I’d probably be asked for a copy of the receipt. Since I’d already told her that the refrigerator was here when we bought the house, she said to just reply we didn’t have one. Samsung then started texting me information. They said it would take 1-2 days for this repair company to call. Thinking it might be faster if I called them directly, I looked them up & tried calling. No answer/no voice mail. The following day, a text did come asking for the receipt. I replied appropriately. The following day, still no contact from the repair company so I called Samsung again & reported all of this. In the meantime, I tried to directly call that repair company again. Still no answer/no voice mail. (I might add that I looked up reviews on the this “Cone” company and they were not good, to say the least). The following day, another text requesting a copy of our receipt. Again, I responded appropriately. No contact whatsoever since then. I called a local company myself, based on recommendations from neighbors. They arrived, fixed the problem efficiently, & also told us that the original compressor had been replaced at some point. Based on when we bought the house & the manufacturing date, that would’ve happened probably less than 2 years after purchase. Based on that & the complete disregard for getting our appliance repaired, we do not plan on purchasing ANY Samsung items again! One disclaimer: each of the 4-5 people I spoke with tried very hard to help; seemed to genuinely want to help. It was the process that I would give zero stars to if possible. (1 seems to be the lowest). Continuing on down this form, it asks how quick the company replied. The first 3 or 4 times, it was by phone call, so immediate. After that, 6 days with no communication. How would I rate customer service? The people I spoke with seemed to be trying to be very helpful. The customer service process, however, was abominable.
