I bought a Samsung tv and it lasted 2 years, the last update killed my tv. It now crashes every time you use an app. It shuts my tv off, automatically turns it back on and goes back to Samsung channel. I called support and amazingly enough my warranty just expired 3 days ago. It’s been doing this for 2 days. Troubleshooting through everything and nothing fixes it. They told me I would have to set up an appointment for service but couldn’t tell me how much it costs. Not even a ballpark amount. So I will never buy anything from Samsung ever again.

Paid for products I did not receive. This was on 9/26/24. Samsung keeps giving me excuses and will not issue a refund.

The worst company in the world Their customer service is trash. I've been having such a hard time with them and they're giving me the same excuse saying they'll give a call back and never does. The worst! So upset I purchased their products and warranty.

Galaxy s24 ultra is a piece of junk! This last update has made this phone the slowest phone I've ever had and I am 66 years old, I've had many phones. This phone never worked right for the day I got it. I was told that I could send it back to Samsung and get a refurbished phone. The last two times I did that with other models, the refurbished foods that I got back still had the old persons information on it and the phones were broken. I thought I would give them a chance again but never ever again. I'm getting rid of this piece of junk and going with Apple instead! For the $1,200 that you pay for this junk phone, the company should at least give you a new one not a refurbished one that they never fixed! My communication about this junk phone was with T-Mobile, my carrier.

Very bad experience I bought refrigerator technician came and said compressor problem and parts we need to order...again after 3days one more technician came and said we need to replace refrigerator... Very bad they don't do proper work and say nonsence stories...

Ordered a new phone online a month ago, it never got delivered. After 2 weeks it ended back in the hands of Samsung whom have yet to process a refund. After being lost in transit they offered no assistance whatsoever leaving me with a phone. As of right now I am still waiting for a refund for the device and accessories I never received. Have had to contact the bank for a chargeback as I have proof it was not delivered to me and that it was successfully delivered to Samsung who are refusing to process a refund. I have had a chorus of excuses and 3-5 business days means nothing to them. They are all talk and no action. It has now been over 5 business days since I have had any response from Samsung despite numerous efforts on my part to make contact.

in 6 years my frig quit 3 times.. ice maker seems to take the blame but you only know it's more than that when you notice your freezer is 50' how long has it been off ? about 350.00 Meat each time ! I am SO done with Samsung ... I expected better than that ! Unfortunately My entire kitchen is Samsung .

I have a 60” smart TV from Samsung. It just turned 10 years old, but it’s worth keeping because the pictures great. However it is no longer smart . I called the company and she said all I need to do now is buy a fire stick or something to make it smart. She was unable to help me update the tv . She told me basically too bad . So now I have a smart tv that’s now smart anymore . Even the resell value would be sh!t . So buyer beware because they won’t update certain TVs.

Awful customer services. I ordered a new QE85QN900DTXXU 8K TV and a capacitor in the power supply board expounded after 3 weeks of use! TV now trips my house circuit breakers. Contacted Samsung to get a repair, they sent over a local repair company who diagnosed the fault and ordered a new board under warranty. After waiting 2 weeks I chase Samsung again for progress, only to learn they cancelled the repair! Apparently it takes them more than 3 months to ship a new board. The flummoxed Samsung representative suggests a new TV is a better option, so he transfers me to the repair company, who unsurprisingly can't fix it without the part. I call Samsung again for the same conversation with a different tech support, who tries to put me back to their contract repair team. After refusing the transfer, he then put me on to their sales team for a replacement. The sales team tried to put me back to technical, when I refused they eventually agreed to to send a new TV with a promise of an email in 24 hours. 24 hours later I chase them again to learn that they are organising a collection of the old TV and won't send a new one for 7 to 10 days after they collect the old one. That will be 6 weeks plus since it broke. Avoid this awful company who sell faulty goods with a terrible customer services culture.

At this point I am definitely not pleased with Samsung product or customer service. We recently purchased brand new appliances for our entire kitchen. After the second day of installation we quickly noticed that the water dispenser on the front of the fridge would not dispense nor was the ice maker making any ice. At this point we have had ice for only (4) of the (60) days it has been in our home. I have now made over four calls to the Samsung Care line on this issue and we have received a minimum of (4) four different ticket numbers. We have already had a service tech from a vendor company that works on Samsung products come out as a result of two of my tickets. The tech told us that this is a known problem with Samsung refrigerator and he has had other customers with the same issue. However after two service calls it has not been repaired. I have called in a 3rd and 4th time in the past week with promises that someone will get back with me within 24-48 hours only to not receive a call and then I have to call Samsung back myself only to get told the same thing over and over. At this time please note the only reason they have gotten a one is because that is the lowest rating that can be given. It is clear that the care for the end purchaser is not there at all. I have asked for this matter to be escalated and a replacement be made but that is not happening. We shall see if we have a better outcome with her our third at home service call.

Very bad service response post selling for refrigerator, please check review before buying. Better don’t go for Samsung they are only showing off outside with the product attraction.

Only giving it a one because I have to. There is no zero option. We bought a refrigerator from Best Buy that is made by Samsung. It's the bespoke refrigerator. We were given a credit to change the front panels and Samsung does not have the panels. They are telling Best Buy apparently that they have panels for the front that they do not have. This is blatant false advertising, and I will pursue legal action.

I purchased My fridge is only one year before. Little noise was coming from my fridge I called samsung service centre. There no mentioned about service charge. The service engineer came and half an hour they talked on phone only. They didn't do anything. Simply told to change the compressor. Which is in warranty. For gass filling they charge 2500. When I denied they charge visiting charge 500. Which is too much. Simply they cheating customer. Next time I am not going to use any product or services from samsung.

Never buy samsung mid range mobile you will face motherboard issue after 1 year and mobile repair cost will be 70 % of mobile price

Terrible appliances, just over three years old and dishwasher isn’t working. Seems like the motor is toast. It’s not like it was a cheap dishwasher I bought one of the top of the line Samsung dishwasher. The digital panel on the stove is now glitching and isn’t working well. Again just over three years old. The fridge makes a lot of noise and I assume it due for a breakdown like the rest of the line up. And I assume my washer and dryer will follow the same dark path. I should let have bought these product as my Samsung galaxy phone lasted only for 14 months before I switch to iPhone. Advice to buyers. Samsung products are cheap and they break down quickly. Buy anything less like LG or Bosch. I almost bought a Samsung tv not long ago but decided to go with LG. Thanks goodness.

I am beyond furious with Samsung’s TV upgrade program! I signed up, had my credit run, and paid on time every single month, dropping $3,500 on one of their priciest TVs when prices were sky-high. Now, after two long years, I’m told I can’t upgrade because the only option is the overpriced Terrace TV! It’s outrageous! I’m ready to buy another high-end TV, but Samsung insists it has to be of higher value than what I originally purchased, even though prices have dropped! Most TVs I’m interested in are now lower in value, leaving me completely stuck without a TV for my Bedroom. I reached out to Brian Gendeza Manager for help, and he was utterly unhelpful. This whole experience is a complete joke, and I feel completely screwed over. Avoid this program at all costs!

I bought a refrigerator and washer and drier new when I moved into our house 2.5 years ago and the drier died 4 months ago the cost of repair was more than buying a new one so I bought a different brand now my fridge is on the edge of going out it says that I have a 10 yr warranty so I called them for repair and was told the only thing covered under that warranty was the compressor and I would have to pay for repairs. I have had refrigerators last for 30 yrs with no problem I only replaced them so I could be uniform with my appliances I now wish I kept my old fridge samsung appliances suck! Don't get sucked in to buying one you will be sorry if you do.

Samsung E Commerce is the WORST COMPANY EVER! I wish I could just give it zero stars because everything has been a disaster. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE MISERY! Don't buy anything directly from them! Best Buy is better customer service! I bought a frame tv because it was $200 cheaper and it turned out being way more expensive! The time I have spent going back and forth is insane. When I purchased online, it showed that BestBuy would be delivering and installing. Immediately, I got an email confirming and it stated that Angi would be the installer. I quickly called to cancel the order as I didn't want someone from Angi's list installing the television (this was not clarified prior to purchase). The representative said I could not cancel because it was being processed! There is ZERO grace period from the moment you hit submit. I LITERALLY dialed after that email came in! Once I received the item the nghtmare got worse. We went back and forth because I didn't get a return label. After "escalating" it I was informed a week later that I hadn't received a label because I had to pay the "restock" fee of $50 first then I would get a label. No way around it. So I decided to pay the stupid fee and they STILL haven't charged my card, emailed me back, or answer the line...the number I called was 1-800-726-7864 and I have been waiting almost 30 minutes or so. It was dead air until I finally got music and was placed on hold. Wish I had a better ending but I'm still currently waiting for a resolution. SAVE YOURSELF AND DON"T BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEM! THEY ARE AWFUL!!!! Also, keep in mind you never speak to someone from here! Everyone I spoked with was an international representative who was NOT helpful.

I bought Samsung A73 in 2022 ,When i updated the software ,Lines started appering on my mobile.showed to servicecentre .There was no Physcial damge .Still they wanted me to pay me RS.7000.00 for the screen. POOR SUPPORT Service no: 4403328130
