Thank god for samsung back-up that does not back-up your gallery. None of my pictures were backed-up. Why do i need one drive?

I just wanted to say thank you. I've spent the last 3 days dealing with xbox live issues, my girlfriends phone keeps needing to be reset to factory settings for multiple reasons(not samsung), and I gave up on xbox and plugged in my ps5 and it had service issues for over an hour. The whole time I was looking up solutions I realized I couldn't remember the last time my phone had any issues, these days you can't really count on reliability... so thank you for being reliable.

terrible customer service - their 'premium' installation services are apparently coming with caveats that are not stated anywhere on their website. I've been refused a removal and installation by the delivery team when they noticed my old appliance is integrated, not freestanding. They have made a mess and destroyed other kitchen appliances while attempting to do something while saying at the same time they can't deliver their service - and they left the property without putting things back or fixing the things they broke. When I raised a compensation claim with Samsung, I got a disrespectful response saying they couldn't issue compensation for my "inconvenience", but as a gesture of goodwill, they will give me a XX voucher for a new Samsung product. If not delivering the service you pay for is considered an "inconvenience", then I really don't know what is the world they live in.

Customer service is horrible. No one speaks english. Samsung financing is a joke. The website is sometimey. Meaning it works sometimes and other times it does not. Financing does not work and neither does your credit cards.

Just purcased a new refrigerator not a samsung, it was presidents day at my local Home depot advised as many people as possible about samsung equipment Junk Customer service advised it was out of warranty so that was it Equipment rusted out in the middle of nowere BAD DESIGIN

Even when Samsung stop warranty work on the Z fold 3 inside screen, (which they knew was faulty), I stayed a loyal Samsung buyer. Recently, my Z fold 4 stop working, paid to have it replaced only to learn,I had forgotten my Samsung password. Which you can't activate a Samsung phone without an account. Talking to customer service, and they taking all my information, name, address, email, DOB, and phone number, I was told, I needed to submit a request to change my password. As without a phone working on my number, it couldn't be done. Keep in mind, it would take 3 to 7 business days to get it changed. Yet, they sell products that they know will fail. I will never buy Samsung products again. They have zero loyalty to the customer that has made them so large. Only wish I could give them the 0 stars they deserve.

Bad customer service. Phone lines not good. Hung up on. Two hours on phone. Bad information. UPS wants $30 to mail and package tablet. Sad warranty. My new tablet would not turn on. My son just reset tablet. Why didn't customer service tell me that?

irst i will email everyone i can find an email address to in you corporate office and board member about this . IT TOOK FIVE HOURS OUT OF MY DAY TO GET NY ORDER DONE . i had a credit of 2200.00 BUT WAS TOLD DO TO RETURN CHECKS I HAD TO REAPPLY. THE RETURN CHECKS WAS NOT MY FAULT I HAD TALK TO SOMEONE LAST YEAR THAT I THOUGHT PUT THAT ON RECORD BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN . SO I APPLY AGAIN LIKE I WAS ASK TO DO AND WAS DENIED!!!!!!!!! I WILL RETURN THE PHONE AND DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY! I told two about 10-12 different people today for nothing.

Worst after sales customer service ever. Fridge needs to be repaired just out of warranty. Cheaper to buy a new fridge. Won’t return phone calls. Only answered phone when I turned off my caller ID.

Samsung has been hacked in the past all personal info is not safe. Fired employees get your info. Samsung does not honor warranties and when you continue to ask for help they refuse. They do not fix what is no longer working and allow their repair persons to damage your home your appliance your life. YOUR INFO IS NOT SAFE. Their products do not last. Samsung help center does nothing but lie and pass you off to the next guy. If you value your info your money and your sanity stay away from samsung.

I will never buy anything from Samsung again! Samsung would not honor your warranty. I bought a range hood for my stove, it arrived on November 24, 2023. One week later all the buttons popped off. I have been trying to get a replacement since then. It is not February 15th and it is still broken. Samsung is giving me the run around because they don't want to replace it, so they keep sending a tech. Parts have been ordered twice so they said, but someone keeps stealing it. I'm done with Samsung and its products!

After decades if using samsung, I realized how cheap and unprofessional they are, their costumer service is horrible, the worst I have experienced in my entire life, so rude to the costumers I had a s ultra 22 for almost 2 years and one of the updates on the phone made me loose my network ...after not having a phone for over 2 months and them semding me to 20 different locations and give me a good run around they literally made me buy a new ultra 24 in January... they told me to go and pickup the phone 3 days later ... I went to the store on that day after having to take a day off work and the weather was horrible , no one was on the road but Me ... it usually takes me 15 min to get to that samsung location... it took me about an hour Then when I get there my sales person Tanya which is not professional and acts like a teenager tells me I'm so sorry your phone didn't come in..... could she not Pic up the phone and call me for 2 mins so I didn't have to drive all the way there, miss a day of work, pay gas and go there.... then she tells me the phone might (might) come in mid February, so I'm paying over a month worth of interest on my credit card for a phone that I don't have and meanwhile I have bought another old phone just to be able to talk and text while I'm using my old one for the apps when ever I can get wifi ...it was so bad Then when I called them they told me they can't do anything for me and hang up the phone on me every time ...even the store manager offered me literally nothing

I bought the a samsung microwave from Lowes on 6/3/2023. I didnt get the microware from lowes until a month later due to their internal system issues (which is another story in itself). Upon arrival the box was damaged, however after plugging in the microwave its still worked and had no physical damage to the outside of microwave. Everything appeared on the up and up so i decided to keep the microware.. the microware was installed with no issues (two screws and a bracket - over the range) and worked fine until Jan 2024. The microwave door stopped latching and would not close. I called lowes who told me to reach out to samsung because the microwave was under a year manufacture warranty.. I reach out to samsung who sent a technician from Tekon to repair the microwave. When the technician arrived he took off the top black vent cover, told me that he needed to speak to a samsung rep because there was internal damage to the microwave and that the door would need to be fully replaced. After speaking to the rep he then told me that they couldn't replace or repair the microwave and that i needed to get a new one - i even showed him the pictures of the box that was damaged. He told me to go back to the place of purchase to see if they would replace it. After providing me with a service invoice he wrote that the damage was done by the installer (placing the blame on me). Which was not true.. After taking the microwave apart starting with that same vent cover.. i realized that the material used to make the microwave is extremely soft and is bendable with your hand / fingers. The issue was not the bend behind the vent cover... This microwave has a complete design flaw. The door hook latch can easily be broken because it is in place with plastic only. The whole latch has 2 holders for the top and bottom bracket and a hook for where the spring is attached. The plastic hook for the spring was broken, hence the reason for why the door would not close. Samsung should be ashamed for the amount of money they are charging people using cheap materials and not honoring their yearly manufacturers agreement while their outside technicians place blame on its customers. Needless to say that this is a know problem with samsung and this particular microwave. I was able to attach the spring to another part of the microwave that was metal and now it works fine.. Please also note that if you take off the inner seal to get to the latch to see what's wrong samsung again will not honor their warranty. Spoke with a tech about my Samsung refrigerator that was not cooling, and they scheduled a tech to come out, in about a week. The tech never came on the agreed date, and when they tried to reschedule I agreed to the new time they offered but they didn't confirm it and they never came out. Then they kept sending more texts to reschedule. This is a back and forth joke...enormously frustrating, so I will need to work with a local friend who knows appliances to figure out what may be a simple fan. Samsung did not stand behind their customer on this instance and I won't be purchasing their product again.

Awful experience with this awful company. Bought a Flip4 and it cracked down the seam - a noted design flaw since it's release. Rather than honour the warranty and acknowledge their flaw they're blaming me and charging me £340 for a new screen or £20 to have my broken phone back. I hate this company so much - they know what they're doing but they're gaslighting their own customers. WIll never buy another Samsung product. Too many bad experiences with their UK customer support team. Complained and this was their cut and paste stock response - they didn't even fill in the template fully. I don't know why it's out of warranty - but apparently the matter is closed. "Thank you for your getting in touch with us and please accept my apologies for the delay in our response in regard to your complaint. Firstly, please accept my apologies for the difficulty you have experienced with your product and for any dissatisfaction you feel with the service you have received. I can assure you that your feedback concerning your product and the service will be relayed to the relevant lines of business. I have now investigated your complaint fully and while I understand the inconvenience that this has caused you. For more information on our warranty terms and conditions please visit our website online at www.samsung.com/uk Please be advised that you are already through to the highest point of customer escalations and under terms of our Complaints Procedure, this is our final response. Therefore this will not be able to be escalated any further and we now consider the complaint to be closed. I acknowledge the inconvenience this situation may have caused you, but considering my comments above, I am sorry that we are unable to provide the outcome you would want."

We purchased 4 appliances from Samsung via Home Depot, and there were defects on both the dishwasher and microwave - Out of the box.. Which Samsung tried very diligently to pin on the HD delivery.. After a month of back and forth, sending out their tech team to investigate, the techs agreed that they were both defective. Waited an additional 3 weeks for delivery of replacements. After 6 months the microwave filter light came on, only to discover it was delivered without one. When I called to see if they can send me one, I was told I "was out of their 30-day warranty and they'd be happy to send me to parts to purchase one. Sh*t policies, Sh*t customer service. No wonder the reviews are so bad. ***BUYER BEWARE***

SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE "SUCK'S !!!!!!!!!!!" JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN EVERY SINGLE COMPANY IN TODAY'S WORLD. YOU 1ST GET PEOPLE YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY MUST RUN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF SWEAT-SHOPS IN VIETNAM. AFTER REPEATING MY SELF 10 TIMES AND THEM SENDING ME LINKS; THAT DON'T WORK I HAVE TO START THE ENTIRE XXXXXXX PROCESS OVER AGAIN. THE WORST................
