On low end of pay scale. Ever dept is understaffed. Management wants more with no resources. I’d stay away from this place

This company is by far the worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My wife was involved in a car accident and the other party ADMITTED FAULT to the officer and has actually tried to help us with this case. Sedgwick was given the claim the day after the accident and did not contact us for a week and a half after multiple attempts to contact them. We finally heard back from them and turns out the adjuster was out sick for a week but they never gave anyone her caseload to work. Once we finally heard back we were told that we have to prove to them that we were not at fault for the accident. The other party has tried to contact them telling them its their fault and we have provided documents showing who was at fault. It's been almost 3 weeks since the accident and my car is still in my driveway. Still waiting for them to stop screwing us around. I'm going to get a lawyer involved if this keeps up.

I was misinformed on multiple occasions. Stafff was rude and uninformed. Reimbursement took a long time. They require you to provide your “set” work schedule even if you work different days every week. That rule is very important because it affects the number of days you are paid. In my case, they shorted me one day of reimbursement and said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Terrible claims people. You can never talk to the agent that's handling your case on the the phone live. Leave as many messages as you want with your phone number, Jim J. will never call you back. And if he do answer your questions in the message center, it's half-ass answers that don't help.

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever attempted to use. Any company dumb enough to trust you brainless fools with their employees information should be absolutely ashamed. Legitimately these people don't care about helping you whatsoever, just about getting through the work day. They provide no support for anyone who isn't able to reach out monday through friday 8-5, which, is kind of the vast majority of the working world. They screwed up my claim and lost me over a grand and to this day have made no attempts to tell me why and have been impossible to get into contact with. I'm beating a dead horse at this point because it's not like any human being with a brain thinks of them as decent, so I guess their services must be cheap! Sure seems that way. If you ever have to make a claim using Sedgwick, speaking from experience, you better be ready to sell all of your stuff because there is a vast likelihood of you NOT getting paid. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, at all, and am very hopeful that I'll live to see Sedgwick close down and every single one of those bastards who cost me my money lose their job.

Updates from Sedgwick are spotty at best and always incomplete. It is a constant request for more information.

Be waiting for ever to here from them. Then they require me to drop every thing to meet the short notification when site inspection is required. Over 9 months later and still none the wiser about my claim.

I wish I could give less than one star. Sedgwick has bankrupted my family once. This is on file in Colorado and I have the documentation. Now they repeatedly deny my STD claim for hand surgery for a job that is 90% typing. The surgeries have been to correct a flexon tendon laceration and laceration to 2 nerves. This is equal parts surgery and PT. Sedgwick is incapable of understanding this. This has been a major surgery and retraining of how to use my hand.... but 2 mths off work is over their heads for surgery, recovery, retraining, therapy, etc.

Where is the less than 1 star. I want to rate -5. My doctor has filled out their forms 3 times and each time they come up with a BS reason to reject them The new reason is that on their form # 11 "Patient Complaint" my doctor put "Foot pain" which I had to have surgery on. "Foot pain" was my issue, Not acceptable to Shitwick. I have worked for BAC for 11 years, never have I ever been put through anything like this. Tony G the appeal agent is rude, condescending and a complete a$$. BAC HR has been no help. So I don't get paid for 6 weeks for staying home trying to recover from surgery. I have no idea why when Bank of America brags about the great benefits , they force us to interact with such a crappy company as Sedgwick.

If there is a company in hell, it would be Sedgwick. If you ever want someone to kill themselves, have them file a claim with Sedgwick. Hands down, the most incompetent, poorly run company in the history of companies. It takes effort to be this bad, and they put in that effort in spades. Example of experience: We need this signature. *gets signature. Gets text saying they need more confirmation. Call Cuntwick. Employee says all documentation in order. 2 hours later gets text: Fuckwick needs more information. Calls. Needs documentation of signature that they already said they received. *Brown note hold music plays. Employee comes back on line to say they need to consult another department about how to give people the worst possible experience. Comes back on line. "Shitwicks system takes up to 4 hours to receive emails." *after calling and being dicked around for a month. I would rather be pumped full of meth, and skinned alive by a Mexican cartel than ever deal with this company again.

Is there anything less than a 1 star rating? They are the providers for Canadian Tire Petroleum division - whose car wash malfunctioned and damaged my vehicle. The adjuster does not respond to emails, does not explain anything and expects you to do all of the legwork in obtaining quotes. 4 weeks post damage - and zero answers. Had an 'acting' supervisor call me to give me her bologna corporate speech. Worst customer service ever.

They have made a stressful time into a nightmare. They never return calls. They don't send updates. You get a different answer every time. I wasn't notified until two months later that my claim was denied.

Worst company ever to deal with, there so called experts don’t seem to have any idea. I had four different experts to look at our claim and they all had different idea’s. Will be changing insurance company to one that doesn’t use this cowboy company

Absolute worst experience of my life trying to get my epic pass returned. Not only was it terrible service but they didn’t even refund the whole amount so I had to go back and fourth to get it corrected. It took 6 months or more

I hate that my employer BofA uses sedgwick to handle the employee medical leaves and FMLA claims. This company will deny your paid leave no matter how much medical information is provided by your health care providers. I will file complaint with BofA HR Team and appeal my claim.
