They are the worst. They can not get dates right. It is impossible to speak with anyone other than a work from home customer service rep. They do not return calls and there is no communication between anyone at all. Are they really saving companies money? The lowest bid on a service is not always the best bid. My company was doing better when this was handled by in house employees.

I have a uhaul storage locker, I pay to have the contents insured. A water line burst and damaged te contents of my locker. Uhaul employees threw away some of my items because of the damage. Its been over a year and although there was initial contact I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from Sedgwick for the last 5 months. I call every day and send emails (Kathleen Hilson) but never any response. Starting to get very frustrated with the lack of professionalism and curiosity this company shows. But from the reviews I've read, it seems to be their standard practice.

I was giving a claim number #134068438 by the adjuster name Alvarez after submitting all evidence the guy asking for Car title all methods to frustrate other part in other not to pay for damage done on my vehicle. Several communication was made both email and phone calls. They are fraudulent insurance company the public should desist from patronizing such company Sedgwick . I just receive a letter that my phone was unreachable very laughable . Rotimi.

left a 97 year old lady without hot water for 7 days now and nobody gives a monkey's, awful company avoid at all costs, really poor customer service, they deserve to go bankrupt

Where to start you get the call and from the start they dictate what they are doing not what they can do for you. They work on the behalf of the insurance company to save them money they will tell you it can be repaired just by taking a photo then the emails start that's when they price the works at just from a photo. The adjustor turned up with a clip board and lazer to measure didn't even place a hand on the work needed ? I had to make safe and remove the material from the footpath after they left. I have had three builders to my premises and all have said that it can't be fixed needs replacing but Sedgwick will still send emails to say otherwise. I have been with my insurance company for over 10 years and this is the first claim and it's none fault incident so claiming off the other insurance company to which I found out are both the same trading under different names hence Sedgwick to bully boy tactics and save them the payout. Best to check and gather information for yourself photos independent builders etc. Also check out insurance bullying on Google and get clued up as solicitors are willing to step in and have had to take these companies on don't get pushed around with insurance jargon and seek legal advice. And on renewal shop around as loyalty is not rewarded.

The absolute worse company or employees to try and reach. Best Buy employee hit my car back on 11/3 I have tried to reach the agent that's handling the claim and its now 12/28. No response no calls. My insurance had to pay for damages and waiting to get reimbursed for my deductible and other fees taken out from the rental car company. This company is a disgrace!!

Bankrupting our family over legit claims with multiple doctors and surgeons testifying as to my husband’s need for hip surgery. Absolutely the worst company and disgusting how terrible they treat people. They should be sued for malpractice! As if being unable to work and being in severe pain isn’t bad enough they make a very simple process horribly complicated and delay basic medical care! How are they getting away with this?!?!?! #classactionagainstsedgwick

A lowes truck hit my car in a parking lot with my kids in the car. No one was returned any phone calls or emails. This is extremely frustrating and unexceptable. The contact person is Rebekah and only works till 3 if she is a real person. I have call everyday since Thursday last week. Her email is now a failed delivery.

We’ve had to deal with them over a home claim for water damage this incident happened 3 months ago we still don’t have anything settled and we cannot seem to get a hold of anyone by email or phone it’s a real joke of a company!!!!!!!!

OMG ... THEYB ARE MORE THAN MESSED UP THERE CHECK BOUNCED .... AND THEY DID WANT TO PAY FOR ...LATE FEWS ... Shannon Sedgwick was on San Antonio Woman ... frontbpage .. Wearing a 10 thousand dollar suit ... How selfish ... My check was for less thab 1000.00 .. And it BOUNCED .... DOES SHE KNOW Jesus ... What would Jesus Do ..???? Not at alll .... What does money do for them ..... .

These are some of the most unprofessional, dumbfounded individuals I and my coworkers have ever dealt with. Not one of them can or are willing to put forth the effort of doing thier jobs correctly. The new hires are not properly trained, and won't answer our calls because they can't do the jobs that they were so called, trained to do. What a Crappie company!

SEDGEWICK is so terrible at getting anything done. Got my car hit by a commercial vehicle took over a year to get it fixed. You suck sedgewick !

Only looking out for the insurance company will give settle figures with bully boy tactics ie this is what we are doing even though other builders have written the job off as a full rebuild they are willing to repair onto unsafe structure. The quote I was given a a cash settlement worked out less than the materials. Each builder said they would not put their reputation on the work Sedgwick was offering.

The adjusters NEVER answer the phone. You will always need to leave a message and they NEVER return phone calls. This is the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. They are totally irresponsible and do not care. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Rude CSRS and the rudest adjusters, have to fight with these people every month to get paid. I paid into this company for 23.5 years. I have been collecting from them for the last three. In 2020 the claimed they overpaid me, so I paid it all back by spring of 2021. Today 11-28-23 I get a letter stating that I owe them from the overpayment in 2020. WTH The best part of this is that the amount they say I’m to repay is less than the amount I paid them, so now they owe me. Plus they still owe me for September and October. Very unprofessional. Then on top of all this, they sent me for an IME. They Dr. I seen spent 24 minutes with me, and each time I tried to explain something, he put his hand in my face and said…stop talking. Never once did he ask for medical records. So in 25 minutes he determines if I and disabled or not. Hmmmm. I sure hope he got paid by these asshats.

If you care about your well being or your future do not ever work for a company that utilizes Sedgwichs services. They are a privately owned third party company that is only looking out for one thing=it’s clients(which isn’t you!). Your health and well-being as an employee is the furthest thing on their minds. Get an attorney that has fought Sedgwich in the past. They are about the biggest collection of con artists and flat out liars on earth. They have one goal and one goal only=to get a worker back to work (especially if they really do have a bad injury) and to invest as little as possible into your recovery. Please get this into your head. If a company uses their services that’s a clear as day sign of a company that takes great effort to NOT look out for its employees. My claim has been a total nightmare. I’m glad I found a good attorney because Sedgwichs BS runs deep and is well known among most judges.

Awful ... Is an understatement .. Made a claim ... The company that is paying for there service ... What service are they providing ... They send me a check .. They stop payment for no reason ... I had to pay late charges plus ... They send me another check with out late charges plus all bank trips I had to make ... Spoke with a few people .. Very disrespectful ... No extra money yet ... Yes attorney needed ... Ms Sedgwick was on the front cover if a magazine .. She must have needed the money to buy her white suit.... Please find another company for your business .... Bad Management .... I guess that is
